This adult transportasion that practical community was very helpful in reaching many facilities.Are using the community instrument transporting city transport, vilage transportation, taxi, taxi operators and other. Taxi operators is one of means of transportation for being an ideal more practical,saves time,cost-effective and used by all the community. At first the seller motorcycle taxi work individualy, as time goes and the increasing number of a person needs motorcycle taxi ,including the tambangan then formed a community where named unity taxi Nagari Tambangan ( the porta ). The establishment of the community this reason for being an porta want to help the people in transportation and meet the needs of the economy for the seller motorcycle taxi. Highlights the difficulty in this research is (1) how the from of social relations and economic taking place in the porta Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar ? (2) how did the from of conflicts that have occurred on the members of the porta in Kecematan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar ? The purpose of this research is to find social relations and unity economic on taxi Nagari Tambangan di Kecematan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. To know the from of conflicts that have occured in taxi Nagari Tambangan. Respondents in this research was all members of the seller motorcycle taxi that join within the community the porta. Consisting of 35 respondents research seller taxi services porta.Which is housed in the Tambangan.This method is carried out in a quantitative descriptif. The process of data collection in an interview that observation and documentation. The social economy is minang people running at the porta. The average this group is always active in the community even though they have the group it self. The also does porta various ways so that this community has stayed as with conducting activities arisan, saving and loan, mutual aid and meeting every wo monthsto discuss how they comfort costumers. This group also tenacious in overcoming a problem that occurs as external conflict which happened screamble for customers misunderstand, and less of trust between a fellow member. This group resolve the conflict in a deliberative manner,perform peace and give sanction conforming to a norm that applies as by means of removing them from the group.keyword: social relationships, taxi economic unity

Religion as worldview has contributed few main roles on world politics constellation for decades. One of them is Hasan Al Bana’s political thoughts, “Manhaj Harokah”. This research analyzes the influence of Hasan al-Banna—the founder of Ikhwanul Muslimin—political thoughts in Indonesia. This research is aimed to describe how Indonesia through “Partai Keadilan Sejahtera” adopt Hasan al-Banna’s thoughts on politics and governance. Formulation of Hasan al-Banna’s thoughts and vision about Islam and governance that has been adopted and absorbed in Indonesia will be explained based on Political Thought Theoretical Framework. These qualitative-descriptive research framework formulates ideology, actor, value system infiltration, institution, and political movement as one theoretical unity. Which means that, Hasan al-Banna’s thoughts focus on these four research concepts. The result of this research shows that Hasan al-Banna’s political thoughts influence Indonesia political situation by the existence of “Partai Keadilan Sejahtera” as the da’wah-based party. PKS is Indonesian’s manifesto on adopting Hasan al-Banna’s thoughts. The establishment of PKS is one of two main influences on Indonesia political situation. And another one is Islam purification, getting back to “quran and hadits”. Some previous researcher also called PKS establishment as the rise of “Jemaah Tarbiyah” in Indonesia. This research is political economy study which the background is solidarity action, whose the actors are nation. Nowadays many nations start the diplomatik relation or bilateral cooperation just because of the national interest and needs. However this phenomenon didn’t happen in relation between Venezuela and Palestinian. Diplomatik relation between both of these nation started by sympathy feeling of socialist nation, Venezuela. Venezuela’s Government, Hugo Chaves concern about the struggle of Palestinian who attacked by Israeli during twenty two days on January 2009, it named Operation Cast Lead. Palestinian have been force for along time, life under the monopoly of political economy by Israeli, and Israeli takes some districts of Palestinian region too.This research is conducted by using the research methods literature where the data and information received from sources that are relevant to the research problem. This research use constructivist perspective, solidarity concept and modernization theory to analyze the relationship and solidarity phenomenon between Venezuela and Palestinian.Venezuelan and Palestinian have the same history and similarity emotional, it makes Venezuelan’s President Hugo Chaves did solidarity act in political, economy and social to solve and help the struggle of Palestinian. Even if Hugo Chaves was died, solidarity act for Palestinian never ever stop, the new President, Nicolas Maduro still gave many aid in political, economy and social act.Keywords : solidarity, struggle, aid, political economy

This research is a qualitative research by conducting literature review and compiling data from books, journal and the website. It’s explains about Indonesia’s rejection on transpacific partnership (TPP) agreementin 2011. TPP Agreement is a concept free trade in Asia Pasifik with the highest rules-based 21stcentury. TPP Agreement is an agenda of America that was submitted on KTT-19 APEC in Honolulu, Hawai Amerika Serikat. It’s on 2010-2011 has nine partner’s members, they are Singapore, New Zealand, Chili, Brunei Darussalam, United State, Vietnam, Peru, Australia, and Malaysia. In analizing all members of TPP are the members of APEC in 2011. According to Indonesia’s ministry of commerce, Gita Wirjawan, Indonesia as APEC’s members rejects to join on TPP agreement.This Indonesia’s rejection on TPP agreement is influenced by interest group so that this research uses bureaucratic politics theory. Some of interest group in Indonesia support the rejection on TPP.This research shows that Indonesia does not join on TPP agreement because Indonesia has been involved in free trade diplomacy with ASEAN such as ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA), ASEANAustralia and New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA), ASEAN Community 2015.Keywords: Indonesia, Trans-pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), Bureaucratic Politics, Interest Groups, Free Trade Agreement

study the phenomenon is manifested in the lack of enthusiasm in thecommunity development program undertaken, ranging from determination of the development programs to the construction implements selected. This study aims to determine the level of Community Participation in Rural Development Programme Implementation New realm Kampar Kampar district, and to determine the factorsthat influence the level of community participation in the village of New Realm.Concepts used in this study is according to Cohen and Uphof in Dwiningrumwho say that participation can be distinguished as follows: participation in decision making, participation in the implementation, participation in decision-benefits, participation in the evaluation, and in this study the authors wanted to focus onparticipation in the implementation of development. Descriptive qualitative researchmethods. To perform data collection, this study using interviews, observation, anddocumentation.From the results it can be seen that the Community's Participation in Rural Development Programme Implementation New Domains Kampar Kampar district is still in the category of "not maximized". Because in this study we can see that the level of community participation in development undertaken is still lacking, it is because people are not fully able to provide their participation in development, this was due to several factors, namely, age, gender, education, employment and incomeand length of stay. Expected from the results of this study Village Government NewDomains can be increased efforts to invite the community to participate in the NewRealm of the village development program that will come, and is expected also thatthe villagers of New domains can also increase the participation in villagedevelopment programs that will come, in addition to the results of this study also found that people often reasoned that the work can not be abandoned, resulting in less public participation, it may be necessary for different mechanisms at the level ofJom FISIP Volume 2 No.1 Februari 2015 2implementation of the subsequent development so that the enthusiasm of the community to participate more stable future.Keywords: Participation, Community, development

This research explains about how the ASOD's role of international organizations in addressing Drugs Trafficking in Vietnam (2009-2013). Drugs Trafficking is one of the transnational crime that threatens global security. Vietnam is a country that is becoming one of the world's gateway Drugs Trafficking in Southeast Asia. ASOD international organization founded in 1984 and has offices in nearly every ASEAN member countries, the main goal is to Southeast Asia Free Of Drugs In Terms Of Production, trafficking, and the abuse. In addition to government ASOD and Vietnam also have an obligation to meet the goal of drug-free program in 2015.This research used qualitative methods. In this research, the data was collected by using library research technique where this technique is collecting data sources from the literature. This research uses pluralism approach which this approach has assumption that actor in international relation isn't just a state but there’s another actor one of international organization. In this research, writer uses role theory, sekuritisasi theory, and international organization theory which each organization has their duty. This research if ASOD has important duties and roles to overcome Drugs Trafficking in Vietnam. This study aims to determine how the impact of cash transfers to the poor in the village of West Perawang , how the distribution of cash transfers were held and anyone who get these cash transfers . The research was conducted in the village of West Perawang Siak District of tramp . This study used a descriptive quantitative method by using data retrieval poor people who get cash aid in Perawang West Village Head Office , to know clearly who the people who get the BLT . To collect the data of the respondents used the method of direct observation , interviews , documentation , and management of data used for descriptive quantitative method . The government has also tried to solve the existing poverty by creating programs that they deem to reduce poverty . One of the government programs are BLT , BLT is a program created by the government for the welfare of the poor and helped the poor to meet their basic needs , to strengthen the program the President issued Presidential Decree No. 3 of 2008 on the BLT . The results of this study are bahwasannya the community wants this BLT deleted because they were disappointed with the process and the target , the public is also advised BLT should be replaced with other policies that better understand the poor people , not merely maintain the image of the Government alone. This research entitled " Government Policy Study In Cultivation Prisoner ( Studi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II a Pekanbaru). Thing that melatar back to back him is about persolan that mysterious palinf in institution socialization that always been public view, namely custody room capacity excess because the low socialization institution capacity, then stiffness rate recidivism in institution socialization, obstacle facility and infrastructure cultivation, its shortage employee or socialization institution staff, and its shortage operational costs in support implementation cultivation. Disisi is other problem that not should happened by prep inside institution socialization is still free narkoba circulation in institution socialization and happened by him fight inter coequal prisoner.Rumusan internal problem this research is . Why Government Policy In Cultivation Prisoner ( Pemasyarakatan kelas II a Pekanbaru study Institution) not yet optimum. This research aimed to know government policy implementation in cultivation prisoner in II a Pekanbaru class socialization institution and constraints faced in pemerintrah policy implementation in cultivation prisoner in II a Pekanbaru class socialization institution. Benefit from this research is provide donation thinking for law enforcer apparatus especially selakau socialization institution employee like educator and cultivation prisoner.Method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approach. Technique data collection used is observation, interview, and kuisioner. Data source used is primary data that obtained from field and secondary data that obtained from place research that usually has been provided. Research result data obtained by policy that used by institution socialization refer to regulation in government regulation number 31 year of 1999 article about 7 cultivation prisoner. This result research get constraints happened in prisoner cultivation process namely, obstacle in thing facility and infrastructure, its shortage employee or socialization institution staff, and its shortage operational costs. And based on C.I Harsono theory that purpose cultivation is "Kesadaran", in this case awareness thing prisoner awareness not yet able to own awareness fully like inner awareness know potential self which said defective 11 people from 20 people and in awareness phase attainer that high also beum able owned by prisoner namely 55 % or 11 people which said defective.Keyword:Policy, Cultivation, Prisoner, Institution Socializatio
