Abstract

The implementation of the CSR ( Coporate Social Responsibility ) at PT . Pertamina (Persero) Lirik Indragiri Hulu. This study aims to investigate the implementation of CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility) and factors inhibiting the implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at PT . Pertamina EP Asset I Lirik Indragiri Hulu . This study used a qualitative research study descriptive data . subsequent to collect data using  interviews and observation authors as a means of collecting research data. After collecting data from informants research is Head of CSR PT . Pertamina, Head Lirik and Lirik  Area and Village Heads it is known that it can be seen that the implementation ofCorporate Social Responsibility conducted by PT Pertamina has been implemented in accordance with the provisions and social responsibility. But there are still shortcomings in the implementation of activities such as activities that are not effective and do not fit as well as the number of activities a bit. The limiting factors are the internal factors include the source of funds and human resources , and external factors that government policy as well as the support of the local community .Keywords : Program, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

Childhood is a period when an individual tends to follow and absorb everything easier that is seen and felt around, either in the form of attitudes , behaviors , actions , and words that are heard. All of that helps children to develop their creativity. Early childhood is also called the golden age which means  this period can be said as a very important period in the forming creativity of early childhood development for the future. to develop the creativity of early childhood, the communication behavior of teachers becomes the determinant of the creativity of early childhood. The purpose of this research is to determine how verbal communication behaviors of teachers in developing early childhood creativity and how non-verbal communication behaviors of teachers in developing early childhood creativity in the kindergarten An - Namiroh 1, Pekanbaru .This research uses the qualitative descriptive study with the symbolic interaction approach. Data that has been collected by the authors based on the observations and interviews . The informants in this research consist of six people ; which three informants are teachers in the An Namiroh 1 kindergartenin  and the technique used in this research is purposive sampling and another three informants are two students of An-Namiroh 1 kindergarten and the parent, while the datacollection uses the Accidental technique . All data are collected through some interviews , observation of non - participant , documentation and the test for  validity of trangulation.The results of this study show that  verbal communication of teachers in kindergarten An - Namiroh 1 pekanbaru uses a simple and easy Indonesian language to understand to ease the development of childhood creativity . Teachers also use the polite Indonesian so the children get used to it . In addition , using the greeting in English can help the children learn and remember a new language that given. While the non-verbal communication behaviors of teachers in kindergarten An - Namiroh 1 become the contributing factors of verbal communication , because in understanding Jom FISIP Vol. 2 No.1 febuari 2015 2kids in early childhood need some type of communications, that is the visual communication type ( seeing ) , audio communication type( listening ) and audio  –visual communication type ( seeing and listening ) .Keywords : teacher communication behavior , verbal communication , non- verbal communication , symbolic interaction , child creativity

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) itself can be interpreted part of  open spaces (open spaces) an urban area that is filled with plants and crops to support the direct or indirect benefits generated by RTH for safety, comfort, well-being, and the beauty of urban areas .RTH which drafted by the Department of Public Works in the Village Pematang Reba namely 1) the city park; 2) park along the road; 3) Playgrounds; and 4) recreational park.From the research that the authors concluded that the implementation process of development in the Village Green Open Space District of Causeway Reba West Rengat Indragiri Hulu uses four stages: planning concepts are pretty good, but the concept of setting, implementation; and supervision has not been sufficiently well implemented, the government plays a role in the implementation process of development of green open space (RTH) in Kalurahan Pematan Reba District of West Regat Indragiri Hulu is the physical implementation delegated to the Department of Public Works in the field of Human Settlements, while the role of Local Government in the allocator budget, proposed, designed by the respective agencies appointed to carry out the activities carried out by the implementing activity Unit (SKPD).keywords: Green Open Space (RTH), Government Management, Role of Government.

Abstract

Cleanliness traditional market became one of the environmental problems in the city Pekanbaru. Traditional market conditions are squalid and filthy negative impacton health and eliminating the beauty of a city. This study aims to determine the form of hygiene management effort, in traditional markets, to know the constraints in the management of hygiene in traditional markets, and the role of merchants increating hygiene traditional markets in the city Pekanbaru. This research qualitative research using case studies. The Process of data collection is one by several techniques, interviews, and documentation related to the research topic. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling, so that samples taken truly representative and find out what researchers need. respondent of this study consists of 1 key informants, and 12 informants.From the research findings hygiene management in traditional markets, namely the provision of labor market cleaning personnel, provision of sanitary facilities market, the application of hygiene regulations market, collecting dues levy cleanliness, and hygiene monitoring market. Constraints in traditional markets hygiene management can be said to exist. Constraints that occur in the management of hygiene such as the availability of sanitary facilities market, environmental factors can not be predicted that the rain, and the low level of participation of both traders and visitors to the market to keep clean. Cleanliness is inseparable from the role of market traders to keep the markets where they sell. The role of merchants in maintaining the cleanliness of the traditional markets in the city of Pekanbaru can be said to be good. Role of the efforts made traders in traditional markets such as creating hygiene; throw trash in its place merchandise, Provide temporary landfills, pay the levy hygiene market, reprimanding people who throw litter, and participating merchants selling cleaning the place.Keywords: Traditional Market, cleanliness, Role, merchant

Abstract

This work is based on an informal jobs, a determination themselves with the business and skill which is not reached by the employment. Usually this job also more chosen by labor of the female genitalia because the characteristic that is distinctive. This work is done by men, because it is a quite hard work is done by women. But as development era, this job also chosen by many female workers especially of women that has been settling down for the sake of sufficient daily needs family. Parking worker is a person employed to monitor vehicles on the parking right as well as service payment collect the parking on the edge of a public road. There are two problems faced by workers parking lot when she worked namely environmental problems or location of work less comfortable and the occurrence of violent problems when she worked.This research aims to understand the process and what course which is one reason women workers parking in setting an election parking location and identifying several strategies workers endure women parking lot located in the city of Dumai by the use of quantitative analysis diskriptive and data collection techniques interview, as well as the sample collection methods used are census method.The time in working hours, women parking workers in the city Dumai experienced multiple forms of violence, the transfer of parking location without a permit and the dispute with various parties involved. Forms of violence suffered by parking workers is in the form of a threat, rough treatment and sexual harassment slight extent .The threat of: a lowbred remark as bluster to frighten respondents.Rough treatment: ordure, the charges and other. And sexual harassment slight extent: asked for their subscription to seduced by thugs when he was its turn around the location.Strategy is the way parking workers women to maintain any profession as a worker parking so as not experienced multiple forms of violence and the transfer of parking location. Abstract

This study aims to deter mine how the decision making factors and tourist send before coming to visit anattractione specially Mosque Jami' Air Tiris Kampar Regent Riau province.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive approachtoexamine the issue in the lift. The samplein this study as many as 95 people were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, andinter views. Abstract

International trade that used in traditional and limited, now has progressed veryrapidly. The flow of goods can not be blocked even by doing a free trade agreement.Trade liberalization is intended for all countries in the world, has long been discussed bythe experts of the economy and also the leaders of the countries in the world. Attempts tobring this AFTA born of thinking about how to improve relationships (and also cooperation),especially in the economic field, which is closely among ASEAN membercountries. Entry AFTA will certainly impact the economic actors in each member state.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of ASEAN Free Trade Area(AFTA) on the growth of Indonesias CPO exports Period 2003-2012. The results showedthat regional cooperation in the form of regional organization is still an option This isdue to the inability of developing countries to deal with the complex development ofinternational relations and the notion that regionalism can increase the level of theeconomy. Indonesia as a country that is known as a producer of CPO feel the influenceof the enactment of AFTA significantly to the development of palm oil exports. Abstract

This research describes the effect of farm policy towards domestic investment and foreign investment in the province of Riau. Investment in the plantation sector in Riau province is part of the purpose of the investor as well as the geographic and regulatory support, global history of the emergence of the first foreign investment in Europe in 1760. The role of investment is helping the movement of the economy, then the researchers wanted to see Indonesia managing investments in domestic investment and foreign investment in the oil palm sector in the province of Riau.This research used a descriptive analytical method, in this study the data were compiled using data integration techniques Primary and secondary data. secondary data in the form of journals, mass media, books, research, Internet, and electronic media, the primary data used in this study in the form of data from agencies and legislation.Plantation policy and investment policy is a policy alignment reality in favor of investors. The lack of regulation in favor of the ruling capitalist society makes the system in the management of existing plantations in Indonesia, especially in the province of Riau.Keywords: plantation policy, domestic investment, foreign investment

Abstract

Tourist visits to the Riau province both foreign and domestic each year has increased but has not reached the desired target by the Riau provincial government of 60,000 tourists in 2013. Riau provincial government for several years is quite heavily promoting tourism through cooperation with Riau Tourism Board for example by initiated an event called Visit Riau, publish tourism magazine named Visit Riau and follow the promotion of tourism to the various countries to promote tourism in Riau province. The purpose of this study is to determine the communication target recognition, assessment purposes communication message, the selection of communication media and the role of communicators in the communications made by Riau Tourism Board to promote tourism in the Riau Province. This study is a qualitative research that do not use statistical analysis procedures. All information of the study was obtained from informants as many as 5 people from Riau Tourism Board officials namely (Head, Deputy Head, Secretary and staff), using purposive sampling. The study states that the identification of the target audience is divided into domestic and foreign tourists. Assessment destination communication message, Riau Tourism Board to use the media that emphasizes the content of the message, in form of : a) the Malay Cultural Festival, Riau Expo and Expo Pekanbaru, Riau Visit tourism and bulletins to get the attention and interest of tourists to come to visit, perform dances and other art of Riau Culture (visualization), and invites businesses like hotel owners, travel agents to participate in the increase of tourist visits (action). Communication media used by Riau Tourism Board are through: Pekanbaru Riau Expo and Expo as well as exhibitions and expo outside Riau Province such as Jakarta Fair, Medan Fair, arts and cultural performances such as Cultural Festival. Using printed mass media such as Visit Riau bulletin, Indonesia Wonderful Bulletin and Pekanbaru Tourism Enchantment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Local Government in to curb the Ahmadiyah community in Sungai Meranti Darussalam Pujud Rokan Hilir Year 2008-2012. Knowing the limiting factors regulating Local Government against the Ahmadiyah community in Sungai Meranti Darussalam Pujud Rokan Hilir. According to Paul Conn in Ramlan Surbakti book, conflict is basically divided into conflict win-lose (zero-sum coflict) and a win-win conflict (non-zero-sum conflict). Conflict winning or losing is antagonistic conflict situations it is not possible to achieve a compromise between the parties involved in the conflict. Win-win conflict is a conflict situation in which the parties involved in the conflict is still possible to compromise and work together so that all parties will get part of the conflict. The method used in this research is qualitative methods of data that is manifested in the form of a portrait explanation state forms, processes and specific pristiwah. Data collection techniques used were Interviews, Observation, Documentation.From the data obtained findings that the presence of the Ahmadiyya Community in Sungai Meranti Darussalam then there was a conflict between the village of Sungai Meranti Darussalam By Ahmadiyya Chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council in Rokan Hilir eager to join the Local Government to dismiss Ahmadiyya of Rokan Hilir particular in Sungai Meranti Darussalam. The regional government said one of the fathers Subdistrict: not I do not want to participate dismiss Ahmadiyya but it is very difficult when we asked questions about Islam, because they are memorized the Qur'an than in our Islamic religion. That shortage of Islam on his own knowledge of His religion and do not want to deepen the Qur'an Islam only as a symbol of national identity card (KTP).Keywords: Role of Local Government, Ahmadiyya, Assembly Ulamah Indonesia
