Abstract

The importance of the provision of compensation is one way that made the company so that employees have a responsibility towards the company. The granting of compensation to the employee properly applied will reduce a sense of employee concerns against economic problems and daily needs, because they would have to comply with the compensation received by the company where he worked.Existing problems in this research Granting compensation do PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantangives rise to the existence of spirit and the excitement continued as an indication of the work of its employees. This makes PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantan continue to strive so that the compensation awarded can improve the morale and productivity of their employees. This research aims to: to know the granting of employee compensation part of the production on the Gulf Coast Gardens PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantan. employee morale to know the production at the Bay Gardens Beach PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanUntuk know how the compensation of employee morale the production at the Bay Gardens Beach PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanThe above results indicate that compensation given to the company as a whole is good whereas if viewed from each sub variables i.e. direct compensation was rated good. A compensation policy that is applied by the company is received by the employee. Whereas indirect compensation is already good, indirect compensation approved by employees. The incentive is good enough. Thus the incentives that are applied by the company PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanGardens approved quite well by employees, but there needs to be an increase in employee morale may again get better again, and for the morale of work productivity, showed less well.Thus the overall employee productivity less approved by the employees, which means that there needs to be improvement to improve employee morale was judged less good attendance rates, there are things – things that make employees less disciplined against regulatory acts of the company. Transfer of employees employee displacement rate is not good and the level of anxiety is pretty good, which means that employees still want to look for a better job in another company.Keywords: compensation, workforce, labour turn Over

Abstract

In order to regional autonomy necessary apparatus that qualified, skilled in order to carry out the task of the government, and the services to the people that satisfies. But a staff of Education and Culture Kampar Regency at this time we still have any minus and weakness this can be known from the phenomenon that I come across. Human resources Looking, indirectly will can have an effect on the performance of Education and Culture Kampar Regency, So that I'm formulate this research is whether there is a relationship between education and training to employee's competency in the Education and Culture Kampar Regency in the service to the community. To answer the purpose of this research, I'm doing an assessment data using questionnaires and carry out a study libraries or documents from the office of Education and Culture Kampar Regency. Analytical technique data using multiple regression and correlation Spearmans' Rho. Abstract

Education is very supportive of a nation's progress , can be used as the main factor of tigkat the quality of the HR ( Human Resources ) in facing the challenges of the contemporary era . Bengkalis have natural resources of oil earth and crop that delivers the richest counties ranked number two in Indonesia after Kutai Kartanegara. With a large budget each year in excess of the rate of Rp 4 trillion be a tough task for the organizers of the region in allocating the budget post appropriate and not for corruption . Once a year the government budgeted cost of education aid as a flagship program of the Regent supporting Herliyan Saleh in improving the quality of human resources Bengkalis community . Theory proposed by Robert Dahl classifying policy analysis based actor and goals, organized interest groups and the interaction between actors and groups in the areas of policy, supported by Frieden in modern economic politics who observed the role of policy actor . This analysis also uses a decentralized approach in Indonesia , So the political criteria for urban / The Urban Politics exist on regional autonomy as stipulated in Law No. 32 of 2014 . The method used in this qualitative research , to obtain data based on interviews , observations and studies and then presented descriptively . Series of educational assistance policy Pemrintah Bengkalis very benyak terms of budget, but the target accuracy is still far from expectations. The involvement of non - governmental organizations that professional education is necessary in terms of policy formulation which is sometimes neglected by the government . Abstract

City Transportation stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Transportation KM numbers. 35 of 2003 on the implementation of the road transport by public transport. The ministerial decree contains provisions in urban transportation. Problems that occur in Dumai still many Urban Transport netted in public passenger and freight operations were caught violating the license should be completed throughout the City Transportation partly also ineligible roadworthy this can cause problems with regard to the safety of passengers and road users other. Public confidence to use the City Transport began to diminish due to inconvenience in use. This is because of several City Transport which is not according to the standard of driving is reckless, smoking, stop halfway etc. Things like this which should be addressed by the Department of Transportation. So that people do not feel reluctant to use public facilities in transportation services. Improve oversight by observing impose sanctions and an evaluation of public transport that does not meet the criteria specified in the regulations. In imposing sanctions for drivers need good firmness and City Transport to the City Transportation companies provide socialization is because of weak regulatory oversight of public transport is also affected by the lack of knowledge of the Municipal Transport driver itself on the City Transportation standards.Keywords: Supervision, Sanctions, Evaluation

Abstract

Post dated September 4, 2013 Riau did the democratic party is the regional head election of Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau for five subsequent periods. On Selection is done directly in Riau Province abstentions bloom coloring organizing various City and County in Riau, one of which is the city of Pekanbaru that once the capital of Riau province. The research looked high and low levels of political participation of people in Pekanbaru in Riau regional election in 2013 (Evaluation Study RW 11 Sub Tuah work Handsome District of Pekanbaru). In this study devoted to measure political participation in the conventional form. In addition, the study also aims to determine the factors that affect people's political participation and the level of satisfaction of the people in the process of implementation of the General Election in 2013 by using the theory according to participation. This study is a descriptive quantitative research, then to analyze the data presented in the form of numbers. Abstract

This study analyzes the foreclosure dispute problem Ship conducted by Ghana who seized the ship ARA Libertad belong to Argentina in 2012, the seizure of the ship in the background backs by the influence made by NML Capital, which is a Multi National Corporation (MNC) which is based in the United States. Argentina ever build cooperative relationships Fiscal Agency Agreement (FAA) with NML Capital in 1994 experienced a problem on debt payments, Argentina did not pay their debts to the NML Capital due to several things, which led to NML Capital demanding Argentina to the level of appeal in the Supreme Court of England regarding payment debt, the decision of the appeal at the Supreme Court level, NML Capital gain verdict that NML Capital reserves the right to freeze the assets of Argentina that is outside the countryAuthors collected data from books, encyclopedias, journals, media and website in analyzing the NML Capital Influence in policies Ghana seized the ship ARA Libertad. Abstract

Nestle DCP as a new product has been reached their sales target, but the target to be a market leader has not yet reached. This research aims to determine about the implementation of Nestle DCP marketing communication strategy as a new product research metodh used qualitative with descriptive approach. Located in Jl.Lobak Gg.Kopi No.3 Pekanbaru, from July – November 2014. The subjects were 10 peoples, were taken through purposive technique. While the object is the marketing communication strategy of Nestle DCP as a new product in Pekanbaru. The data collection technique used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique researcher used qualitative data analysis according to Huberman and Miles. The data validity examination technique was using participation extention and triangulation. The result of research indicates that marketing communication strategy Nestle DCP as a new product it was by having a sales promotion, establish a commercialise an advertising, doing a personal selling, establish a publicity, contriving a direct marketing, and arranging event/sponsorship. The obstacles is such as the lack of media advertising usage, the lack of budget for promotions, discontinuity of the promotion process, sponsorship activities were performed slightly, competitors activities were more innovative, the Dancow’s brand were too identical with children’s milk product and the publicity effort was not at its best.Key Word: Marketing Communication Startegy, New Product.

Abstract

Homeopathy is one of the alternative medicine option in Pekanbaru city. In the process of homeopathy treatment, doctors use the consultation as a reference in determining the appropriated medicine for the patient. Consultation process conducted by doctors and patients in the homeopathy treatment applying interpersonal communication that is therapeutic. The purpose of this research was to determine how therapeutic communication on prainteraksi phase, on the orientation/introduction phase, on the working phase and the termination phase.This research used qualitative research methods to the presentation of descriptive analysis. Informan in this research are homeopathic doctor, doctor assistant, and 5 homeopathy patient in Pusat Pengobatan Al Jawad Pekanbaru selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. In reaching the validity of the data in this study, researchers used an extension of participation and triangulation.The result of research showed that therapeutic communication doctor and patients in the homeopathy treatment in Pusat pengobatan Al Jawad Pekanbaru on prainteraksi phase/preparation of doctor collected information on patient and doctor designing interpersonal communication strategies to patients (openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, and equality). On the phase orientation/introduction that the doctor introduced himself to the patient , showing a friendly attitude , and show the genuineness attitudes, empathy, and warmth. Therapeutic communication doctor and patients in the homeopathic treatment on the working phase of physician digging depth information about patients by implementing several methods or techniques in therapeutic communication (listening, silence, giving the open questions, giving information, advice, focus , repeat and clarification), and observing nonverbal attitude shown patients when consultation. Therapeutic communication doctor and patients in the homeopathic treatment of the termination phase is doctor conclude the consultation, giving the appropriate medicine for the patient and provide advice (advice and prohibition) when the patient is at home .Keyword : therapeutic communication, doctor and patient, homeopathy.

Abstract

This reseach is intended to review Indonesia strategyefeectivity in handlingillegal fishing that happen in Anambas Sea. Anambas is a regency which locate inSouth China Sea at the west side of Indonesia. The regency of Anambas Islands isa “fish managing area” (WPP 711) that has estimated fishing arround 1 millionton/year. Strategic position and Anambas potension in the other side has a riskwith illegal fishing activity. Indonesia has tried to handled illegal fishing at thislocation with patrol activity by government institution like TNI-AL, DKPAnambas, Satker PSDKP Anambas and built monitoring post also engagingsociety.Cluasewitz said a strategy as a form of engagements of war objective.Describing this phenomenon with using qualitative method with descriptiveanalysisresearch. Using 2 kind of data, primary and secodary data. Primary datais obstained from interview with witness, informant, and institution, andsecondary data isobstained from library research with document and media.Theory in this research is using strategy theory. Strategi is capability to use poweras instrument and threat. Cluaswitz said a strategy as a form of engagements ofwar objective. To understand effectifity of military strategy with using politicaleffectivity approach and also strategy effectivity. Relevant perspective in thisresearch is realist perspective with security and soivereignity theme. Abstract

Service is core from communication form where every government and privateinstitutions should apply it well to establish a good image. Badan Pelayanan Terpadudan Penanaman Modal (BPTPM) is one of government institutions in runningadministration service for society. That is related with permit and non-permit which ismeant as one of services to help society people for developing their business and also toimprove economic developing area especially in Pekanbaru. In providing services,BPTPM Pekanbaru got an award “Citra Pelayanan Prima” by Central Government asBest institutions from all around Indonesia in providing services to the society people.This research has a purpose for knowing role from BPTPM Kota Pekanbaru to supportnational best provide services in society people.In this research, author has used descriptive qualitative method which is extendsituation and also doing analysis based on survey result from the office. Informants inthis research are 2 people officer services from BPTPM, 2 people from BPTPM inproviding permit, and also 3 people which is using providing services in BPTPM. Thisresearch uses frame as reference in case developing to author about role of BPTM inpublic providing services. Based on that case, if BPTPM does services base on reles, soBPTPM could excellent services to society people.This research collects data with observation, interviews, and alsodocumentation. The Result from this research indicates BPTPM Kota Pekanbaru has arole in doing coordination and providing administration in permit and non permit onintegrating manner which have principal coordination, integration, synchronization,simplication, security and certainly of BPTPM in developing image from Government inPekanbaru that easy, quick, secure, transparent, friendly providing and also best publicservices in society. Nevertheless, in fact imaging in society doesn’t like promises fromBPTPM, many people are dissapointed on services especially in simplicity services andfee transparancy for society people.
