Company Limited (PT) Pegadaian as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) participate and help improve the welfare of the community, especially the middle class down by means of distributing a wide range of credit facilities are fast, easy and secure, One of the credit facility is Business Credit Household (Krista). The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of PT. Pegadaian in community development efforts. Data collection method used is the field of research and literature study with quantitative descriptive analysis of the data using figures and tables and described systematically.Business Credit Household (Krista) is one of the credit facilities granted to small and medium entrepreneurs preferred women. The prerequisite is a small entrepreneur / medium, identity cards and family cards, become a member of a group of business has been running for at least 6 months, and currently has no debt. The procedure to be followed by prospective borrowers very fast, easy and secure. Which include prospective borrower fills the credit request form (FPK), further functional Krista will conduct a survey and analysis of credit. If decent credit is given, then the prospective customer will perform a credit agreement with Pegadaian engagement. Kuda Lumping is one of the entertainment community of Java that has been handed down from ancestors. Kuda lumping is a traditional art that is used for a popular entertainment that is often held in the village Seminai. The intent of Kuda Lumping forged art as entertainment, education, medicine and clean village, adaptation, goal attainment, integration and latent. The objective of this art is to provide entertainment for the villagers Seminai, education, medicine and clean village. Involved in art of Kuda Lumping is public figures, Kuda Lumping handler, Kuda Lumping players Seminai village communities. Being the problem is : what function art of Kuda Lumping for the people in the village Seminai ? What is the meanings contained in art of Kuda Lumping ? This study aims to determine what is the function of art of Kuda Lumping for the people in the village Seminai. To find out the meanings of what is contained in Kuda Lumping. The theory used in this study is the structural functional theory. While the method used was descriptive quantitative, using census and observation techniques. The number of respondents in this study as many as 33 people. Based on the research results of almost all respondents were happy with their art of Kuda Lumping in Seminai village, in addition to entertainment arts is also a positive impact on the community in the village of Java Seminai. Art of Kuda Lumping is also a lot in the favorite by all people, both among parents and adolescents and children. Information about the function of art of Kuda Lumping for the Java community in Seminai can directly from respondents who live in rural sub-district Seminai Kerinci Kanan district Siak. The health center is one of the health facilities as priority and the yardstick of health, theparticipation of the people, and it his the first comprehensive service of a borough. The pleasureis the feeling some one after a performance or compare results according to feel hope. By thepresence of some patients who said it was satiesfied with health services at Bawan health center,then here is researchers interested for research into Bawan health center with one of the problemswhich are what was the level of satisfaction patients to the public at Bawan health center AmpekNagari sub district Agam district ? For the purpose of knowing how the level of satisfactionpatients against the provision of services by health center workers Bawan. The theory used is thetheory of satisfaction and services. Is the act of services or deed that can be insesible by oneparty to another and was in nature are invisible, palpable, and owned, but limited only to be used,perceived, bough, or rented. A method that is used is descriptive quantitative, that therespondents were selected in the way anyone who accidentally met with researchers and inaccordance with characteristics that researchers set then the person can be used as respondents.Data collections techniques that we use is observation and interview. The accumulated dataanalyzed, mixed with SPSS, and used as table, then given the description of the adverb orcomprehensible and understood by common form of responses from respondents of the objectbecome the focus of research. That whould give a little conclusion. The result of research showsthat of respondents who researchers get 25, negative perception of respondent said or notsatisfied with services at Bawan health center is as much as 20 percent of respondents (80,0 %),they said was not satisfied because the services they receive not in accordance with which theyexpect, as often waited, not served by fast, lack of friendliness, scolds say hello to what patientswith very low against the elderly patients, from the completeness of a medical instrumentpatients also feel less satisfied because they often get referrals due to limited medical devicesthat were in the health centers.Keyword : the level of satisfaction, health services and health center

Political Recruitment ensure continuity and sustainability of political party , as well as a way to recruit and train future leaders . There are various ways to do political recruitment , through personal contact , persuasion , or other means . The purpose of this study was to determine compliance with the requirements given to the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) candidate Regional Head of Riau Province which will be supported and know the reason PKS in determining candidate Jon Erizal as Regional Head of Riau Province . The study was conducted in Pekanbaru , which is the key informants in this study is the Chairman of the Board of Regional Leadership ( DPW ) PKS Riau Province , General Secretary PKS Riau Province , Chairman of the Committee on Regional Election Campaign ( KPPW ) Executive Division of the Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN). In collecting the data obtained from the documentations and in-depth interview to the informant . Once the data is collected and analyzed using qualitative analysis. After research in recruiting candidates for regional head , PKS submit three (3 ) requirements that must be met by each candidate , namely : political support , financial support and social support . In fulfillment of financial support , the PKS does not specify the amount of funds to candidates as rumored Regional Head outside , but PKS submitted a proposal containing the winning program. Of the five candidates were selected , PKS sets provide support to Jon Erizal to advance the election of Regional Head of Riau Province in 2013 .Key Word: Political, Recruitment, Political Party

Indonesia, nowadays, is facing a large challenge of multinational criminalization. These cases are affected from the geographical condition of Indonesia and the large numbers of Indonesia civilizations which make any kinds of criminalization are easy to enter this country. Riau, especially, since this province is directly adjacent with Malaysia, Riau province becomes a strategic location for black markets and illegal transit shipments before they are sent to another regions in Indonesia. Until November 2014, there are five Malaysian prisoners in the Public Prison Class II A of Pekanbaru and they have to make any interactions with the other prisoners or the prison officers. The goal of this research is to analyze the communication patterns and to identify the verbal and nonverbal communication of the Malaysia prisoners in the Public Prison Class II A of Pekanbaru.This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. The subject of research is 5 who represent Community member of ME&ART selected use technique of purposive. Data obtained through participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research use technique analyse data of interaktif by using data collecting technique, data discount, presentation of data and withdrawal of conclusion.The results of this research are showed that the communication patterns of the Malaysia prisoners are divided into two; the first one is internal communication pattern which uses all channels outline. In this pattern, they can make any interaction and it will influence each other. The second one is Y outline. In this outline, they need a translator to interpret their language. Provide motivation on the child then the child will be lazy for the school. factors that affect the commercial school children that parental education is low, and the lack of interest in the environmental conditions that do not care about the education the purpose of this research is to find out how to view the parent of child education and factors that affect children's school the present breakdown in SD River village of Bunut Pelalawan District Reed. This study used quantitative methods by means of data retrieval in the village of River Reeds in the Sub-District of Bunut. To find out the number of residents in the village of river Reeds and the number of children dropping out of school in SD 009 used census methods that take a whole child who dropped out of school as a sample to assign respondents involved in this research. Data field which became population totaled 18 people consisting of 7 persons class 2 and class 3 to 11. To collect data from respondents in the use of direct observation methods, interview and documentation, for the processing of data on the use of quantitative methods. The respondents in this study generally have middle income and above this should make the motivation for parents to send their children. As an always evolving beings should make the parents being dissatisfied with the child's education. Parents should have a good view of the education of the child so that the child can compete in the future. The development of the present demands of higher education without education then the person will not get any role in his life, from which parents should make sure children have a college education by changing the way parents point of view. View the parent who looks weak from a lack of parental control to his son by not often reminds the child to school. If the child is not guided properly, then the child will loose control and will likely not have any interest to the school. parents should also complement the facilities studied children so that children can complete his duties, if the parents do not complement the facilities studied child then the child will not be able to expand rapidly in the lesson. Weak parental view is also visible from the weakness in motivating the child, if the parents are not.Keywords: views of parents, dropping out of school, River Reeds.

Pekanbaru City Government to increase revenue (PAD) in accordancewith the order to build a regional autonomy impose tax Swallow's Nest which wasarranged through Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 10 of 2011 which is guided bythe Act No. 28 of 2009 on Tax and Levies. With the enactment of the TaxSwallow's Nest in the city is expected to boost revenue Pekanbaru Pekanbaru andassist in the development in the city of Pekanbaru. Swallow's Nest tax for 2 yearspassed since its implementation in 2011 until the end of December 2013 did notproduce. Swallow's Nest tax is expected to increase revenue Pekanbaru was stillvery far from the target of the tax levy itself. Departing from the abovephenomenon, the authors are interested in studying this matter with the title"Implementation of Tax Policy Swallow's Nest Pekanbaru City Year 2012-2013 inthe Perspective of Regional Autonomy".Based on the results of studies using the theory of Edward III, researchersconcluded that the Tax Policy Implementation Swallow's Nest Pekanbaru CityYear 2012-2013 in the Perspective of Regional Autonomy is not going well. Thisis due to the realization of this tax is far from the target and did not produce.Some of the causes include lack of awareness of employers to pay taxes swallow.Several factors in the implementation, such as communication between RevenueService Pekanbaru and employers do not swallow well established. Highlights the difficulty in this research is ( 1 ) how perception students against sexual behavior the students in the neighborhood of university of staying in Riau corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru ? ( 2 ) the factors that influence sexual behavior in the neighborhood of Riau university student dormitory new urban village, Pekanbaru Panam this? The purpose of this research is to find how perception student against student sexual behavior university dorm in the neighborhood of Riau corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru and know the factors that affect sexual behavior in Riau university students who board in Pekanbaru corner panam new urban village . Respondents in the survey respondents was ten people consist of students, who was courting five men and one woman. Approach done on this research is a qualitative descriptive. The on the collection process uses in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.The results of research stated that ( 1 ) perception of staying in sexual behavior student against student board in corner new urban village Panam Pekanbaru can be measured based on ( a ) perception students who believe in regard to sexual behavior as courtship are low because the who believe can improve student learning achievements courtship on campus is only three people with perceived value 30 % ( b ) the perception that it is not good of having sexual behavior like going out relatively high because the lack of education that college students and six others with the religion of the 60 %. ( 2 ) of factors affect sexual behavior students board in a university campus lie in the Riau dominant: ( a ) the internal factor influences which are derived from within the individual influence happens to everyone , as a result give rise to desire syahwat in its interactions with the opposite sex so that elicit a feeling , and desire , of diverse sexual behavior as courtship . ( b ) external factors , who come from outside individual factors affecting sexual behavior of staying in Riau dominant university student in the neighborhood of derived from the influence of their peers , the gracied and supervision from the community , with the number of high as much as almost all the percentage of respondents said as many as 90 % influential , due to nearness emotional and ease information in access the internet and less control of the community leaders and mother of staying in.Keywords: Perception College Students, Sexual Behavior

This study, entitled Community 234 sc in Pekanbaru (Studies Social Group).Researchers interested in this theme because the researchers wanted to see whatmakes a person interested to enter this community, how its characteristics, whatmotivation, and the impact of joining this community, both positive and negative.To know the results of this study, the authors used data collection techniquesby using observation, interviews and questionnaires with respondents. As for howsampling researchers do simple random sampling technique, where the determinationof the respondents through simple random sampling with the number of respondents78 people of 150 members who are still active in the community. The theory used inthis research is the theory of social groups, the research method used is descriptivequantitative.The results of this study indicate that the nature of the 234 SC in Pekanbarucommunity members to follow this community aims to strengthen kinship though notby blood but more than you, can channel the feelings and opinions in the community.Community 234 SC has a positive impact on its members, the impact is a memberhaving an opportunity to gain social relations in the world of work, as well asentrepreneurship and have a sense of solidarity.The results of this study are expected to provide a general overview to allthose who need information about Community 234 SC in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Social groups, Community 234 SC Pekanbaru.
