Abstract

This research describes the Government of Indonesia policy to create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to Nigeria in 2010. Nigeria are one of most country in Africa Continent that have economic potency and from 2000 has been a mitra of Indonesia in economic relationship. In 2004 Nigeria have a implementation policy of economic protection. Ani this policy have influence to export from Indonesia to Nigeria.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze Government of Indonesia policy to create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to Nigeria. The theories applied in this research are economic consequences from Friedrich List and national interest concept from Donald. E. Nuchterlain and protecsionisme.The research shows that Government of Indonesia policy to create a Indonesia Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to Nigeria are because the implementation policy of Nigeria to protect the import from the other countries likes Indonesia and this policy are contra bained policy. In order because the increase of economic scale in Nigeria and be market brief for Indonesia bussiness.Key words: policy, economy, trade, promotion.

Abstract

This research describes the interest of Oman to create a Asian Beach Games II in Muscat 2010. Conflict politics, social and security in Middle East has been influence to region generally and to Oman. This conflict influence the bad image of Oman in international world.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Abstract

Discipline Civil servants In Department of Youth Education and Sports Rokan Hulu. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the Discipline of employees at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports if Rokan Hulu. Type of study is a qualitative method by using interviews and observation as a data collection tool to expose the employee discipline problems. The results showed that the enforcement of discipline in the field of education department secretariat on Youth and Sports Rokan Hulu District has not gone well in line with expectations visible from only a creation rules and sanction without a decrease in the level of disciplinary offenses, the growing number of employees who leave assignments during office hours . Abstract

The family is the smallest community unit consisting of father, mother, and children are interdependent with each other. As one of the husband's family members are required to be able to support his entire family, but with the changing times and low forward husband education, wife is also required to play an active role in improving the economy of the family is one done by the mothers who work as female sanitary worker in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. The main reason they work is to improve the economy of the family, that wants to help her husband in making a living because of the low income so that husbands with wives participation in making a living can improve the economics of the family. The problem in this research is: 1) How socio-economic characteristics of the lives of cleaning service employed in Fisip? 2) How does the system work in the sanitation cleaning service Fisip? 3) How is the strategy cleaning service women in increasing the family income?The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic characteristics of cleaning service working life in Fisip UR. To find out how to work the system cleaning service hygiene in Fisip UR. And to know the strategies cleaning service in increasing the family income. Subjects in this study were female worker hygiene Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau, amounting to 9 workers. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. The process of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique used in taking the subject is by taking the overall cleanliness of the working women of the Faculty of Social and Political Science as a whole.Suggestions that the authors of this study is to convey to officials involved in the maintenance of cleanliness Fisip to give more attention to cleaning service employed CV hygiene especially in improving their welfare, and better control of the workers, especially cleaning service women in Fisip hygiene in working order Fisip hygiene is maintained and manicured clean.Keywords: Cleaning Service Women, Faculty of Social and PoliticalSciences, University of Riau

Abstract

This research discusses the Indonesian government policies reduce raw mineral exports toJapan, after the enactment of legislation number 4 of 2009. Mining policy has causedconsiderable turmoil serious, many stakeholders in the mining sector who do not agree with thispolicy among Japanese and mining companies in Indonesia. This policy is difficult to acceptbecause it is considered to be difficult and hurt the company. To discuss the problem of mineralexport policies Indonesia using qualitative research methodology explanative, where datacollection using literature data collection techniques (library research) derived from sources inthe form of literature (books), periodicals such as newspapers, magazines, journals, andscientific articles. In discussing the problem of mineral export policies used foreign policy theoryRichard Snayder for more in-depth look at the measures taken by the Indonesian government.Reduction policies raw mineral exports to Japan by Indonesia because the Indonesiangovernment will develop downstream mining sector by processing and refining of minerals in thecountry, and reduce the export of raw mineral raw materials in order to meet domestic mineralprocessing. Abstract

Research on Community Response Against Shocked the Market Presence in the Village District of Tampan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru (Studies in Riau Indah Lestari Shocked the Market Village District of Tampan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru 2014). This study was conducted in one of the markets that are in the Village shocked Tuah Karya which operates from 7:00 to 12:00 PM. The formulation of the problem in this study are How Community Response and Public Expectations RT 05 RW 06 Sub Tuah Karya Against shock market presence in the Village Tuah Karya shocked Riau Indah Lestari particular market? In this study, the author uses descriptive quantitative method, which is done by obtaining and analyzing the data is numeric. This method as a process of solving a problem that is studied by describing the state of an object of research based on the facts available. o obtain the data necessary to make observations at the site author Shocked the Market research and public Riau Indah Lestari RT 05 RW 06 Sub Tuah Karya District of Tampan, Pekanbaru and conduct interviews with relevant parties, namely the Department of Market. The results showed that the presence of market shock is very helpful around the housing society, although this distance shocked the market with the official traditional market is not too much pulling people prefer to shop at this market. Market presence shocked not only facilitate residents to shop around for day-to-day or weekly, but the price of the goods sold are relatively cheaper, so that people find it easier and cheaper in the shop. However, the presence of market shock also have negative effects on the environment and public order, such as causing congestion, market stalls and looks shabby for trash scattered about, and cause odor. Public expectations for this market very well, they expect the market shock well organized and neat and worthy to be used as the official market. To that end, the Government through the Department of Market Pekanbaru City should make regulations aimed at controlling the market Shocked so cleanly and beneficial to all. Abstract

Deaf are those with disorders of the senses of hearing, so the hearing was low once could not even hear what was said or what was delivered to him. Deaf students using nonverbal language to communicate. Patterns of Extraordinary elementary teacher communication used in the learning processis expected to change the mindset of deaf students and be able to interpret the message properly. To achieve the desired things, require s the teacher as a teacher must have the ability in nonverbal language and articulation (spellingwords) verbally. This study aims to look at the communication patterns of teachers in teaching and learning for deaf students in the State Special School Pembina Pekanbaru.This is a descriptive qualitative research. The objectof the researchisthe pattern of teacher nonverbal communication of State Special School Pembina Pekanbaru with research subjects who meet the research needs of as many asseven people consisting of the headmaster and teachers. The techniques used to collect the data were deep observation, interview and documentation.The results of this research are the pattern of teacher communication using multiple nonverbal messages for deaf students comprising kinesik message, the message proksemik, and paralinguistic messages that can support the learning process. Kinesik message consist of facial expressions, using body partsand body language to communicate. Proksemik message that the use of spaceas a measure of familiarity between students and teachers to communicate. Paralinguistic message consists of volume, eloquence and articulation of words. In using nonverbal messages of teachers in teaching, there are several obstacles faced such difficulties teachers tocope with difficult students understand so must use a standard language, and create a learning environmentas comfortable as possible for the students classified as active and quickly bored.Keywords : Nonverbal Communication, Communication Patterns, Deaf Students

Abstract

Basiacuang tradition in the village of Kuok is a custom part and the oral tradition inherited Kampar Malay community for generations of ancestors embraced therein previous values and norms in Kampar Malay community life. This study aims to determine patterning Basiacuang as a Form of Communication Tradition Local Wisdom in Kampar Malay wedding ceremony Society Riau Province. To achieve these objectives it raised questions about how the situation of communication in basiacuang tradition. Basiacuang communication events in tradition, and follow in the tradition basiacuang communication in the Village District of Kuok Kuok Kampar District of Riau ProvinceThis type of research is qualitative. While research method used is an ethnographic study of communication. Most of the data were collected through observation and interviews. Informen earned by 8 people. Five people who existed as Ninik Mamak tribal chief (speakers), and three people are public figures. By using purposive sampling technique. After the interviews, participant observation, field notes, literature studies, documentation and internet searching. Keabsahaan test data by triangulation and the extension of participation.The results obtained useful to know basiacuang patterning tradition communication as a form of local keariafan in Kampar Malay wedding ceremony in the village community Kuok Kuok Kampar District of Riau Province in conveying the object and purpose of a particular moment in the deliberations conducted by Ninik Mamak indigenous tribal chief among parties family men (those who come) with the woman's family (the waiting) to seek and reach a mutual agreement to continue the relationship nephew kejenjang more serious or marriage. Abstract

Community empowerment is an attempt to show the state or the results to be achieved by an empowered community of social change , have power or control in meeting the search , participate in social activities and independent in carrying out their needs whether physical , economic , and social as having confidence , as well as the expression of aspiration , has eyes the tasks of life . It would also require a supporting factor in terms of education , health and social culture . The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the ineffectiveness of Rural Development Program in Business Economics - Village Savings and Loans ( UED - SP ) in the District of Bantan Current Teluk Bengkalis Year 2011-2013 . As for the background of this research is the ineffectiveness of the Village Empowerment Program in Current Bay Village this well . The large number of delinquent loans funds user community UED - SP , where Fluent BayVillage is the largest village arrears of Villages in the District Bantan Bengkalis.This study belongs to the type of qualitative research , using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews to respondents who have been assigned . Respondents were chosen consists of an element of empowerment programs and also from elements of the user community funds .Based on the research that has been done with the author , it can be seen that the lack of effectiveness in the implementation of rural development programs in DesaTeluk Current. Most of the program is running smoothly , but at the end of this program was limited to payback the loan or delinquent . Less stringent system in an effort to foreclosure of collateral that because many of the beneficiaries were relatives of staff UED - SP . Lack of partnership between the public administration , the system is too rigid , and the lack of programs that reflect the mutual cooperation in solving the problems of arrears . Beneficiaries have not been fully able to manage loan well .Keywords : empowerment , human resources and UED - SP Bina Mandiri.
