Abstract

Greenpeace is an INGO (International Non-Government Organization) which is an independent organization financially and organisationally. Greenpeace is an environmental organization that is campaigning. Activities undertaken by Greenpeace is soft activity and are NVDA (Non Violent Direct Action) that perform direct action in accordance with the issue and without violence. Public campaign by Greenpeace in Indonesia include, Sea, Forest, Toxic Waste and Renewable Energy. However, for in Riau Province Alone most focused campaign is menngenai Forest.Problems of forest in Riau Province is very difficult to find a way out to block the opening of new land by burning the land every year. Greenpeace as environmental organizations feel the need to participate in order to save the remaining forests and voice to the burning of land that they are doing is wrong. Seeing the weakening penngawasan of government and legal regulations on forest make some menngeluarkan Greenpeace campaign on forests of Riau and Sumatra. Abstract

Social media is now very popular among’s the people. Like the mass media, social media can also disseminate information to the public in general. One of social media is currently popular it’s news portals. This type of social media offer new information presented in the online form on a website. GoRiau.com is one of the leading news portal in Province of Riau. The further development of today's technology raises many new news portal. To competition, GoRiau.com through keredaksiannya face has a strategy to attract the requested read on social media. For this reason, this research is focused on the function of management on news portals GoRiau.com and what factors attract interest in reading to know.This research applies qualitative method with descriptive approach undertaken in GoRiau.com news portal, Sudirman streets No. 125 South Tangkerang, Bukitraya, Pekanbaru. Subjects of study include general chairman, chief editor, managing editor, and two journalists, as well as some of those readers who are determined through purposive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation.The results of this study show that first, the management function in the editorial GoRiau.com news portal in an effort to attract interest in reading. GoRiau.com implement a planning that is done in three forms of the editorial meeting, which includes the planning meeting news content, placement planning meeting journalists, as well as evaluation. As for organizing, Goriau.com have determined the distribution of every reporter in accordance with the coverage of each post with the granting of work specified. Continue, regarding the actuating of the starting material coverage of news, collecting, writing, editing news on the website to which this form of utilization of new media. Form of controlling carried GoRiau.com one of which is the evaluation of the work, but other than that GoRiau.com also open a service complaint to the reader via e-mail. Second, the factors that attract interest in reading on this portal ie, interest, experience the same, and information needs. Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Location Research in Indragiri Hilir the focus of research in the Department of Plantation Indragiri Hilir.Plantation sector is one of the backbone of the economy Indragiri Hilir. Various plantation crops that have been developed over the years is the local coconut, hybrid coconut, oil palm, rubber, coffee, chocolate and nut. Of various commodities, the local oil is excellent. Plantation yield potential in the downstream Indragiri oil production reached 390,924.28 tons per year with a land area of 295,380.24 hectares. With this potential makes Indragiri Hilir listed as one of the world's largest oil region, even dubbed as the "Land of Coconut Overlay World". Potential land for plantation commodity development is an area of 722 806 ha. And has been used about 600 691 ha. As State palm plantation owners largest in the world, Indonesia has a plantation area of 3,7juta acres scattered palm islands. Kateman or more regions known as blunt River is the District which has the most extensive coconut plantations there. The gardens are owned by PT. Pulau Sambu, an agribusiness company that has a garden at the same time in the palm oil mill Indragiri Hilir.Though coconut plantations (copra) in Inhil well managed by the planters, but the marketing of palm fluctuate so that the bargaining position of farmers is very low in determining the price, because they depend on the purchase by the company. This is because far too Regency Inhil give freedom to companies engaged in the coconut to make your own garden, for the supply of industrial raw materials. So when the company has been able to 'self' with their crops as a raw material, they will suppress the purchase price of coconut farmers. As a result of this monopoly in the market price of oil becomes unstable, even often substandard. This is due to lack of impartiality Government Indragiri Hilir so that the lives of farmers in Indragiri Hilir was not improved.

Abstract

The research present describe the motivation of nomination legislators to be Regional Representative Council member from Riau Province in 2014 election. In this election, was founding many of the legislators who have the background of political parties prefer to be a Representatative Council member, which are known is independent. Of the 25 candidates DPD registered in KPU, seen 6 names are legislators. They are Desmianto and H. Said Zohrin, S.H., MH which are member of Pekanbaru legislators, then there’s that comes from DPRD Riau Province, namely is Iwa Sirwani Bibra, S.Sos., M.Si, H. Zulkarnain, S.H., MH, dan H.Ilyas Labay, S.Sos., M.Si. Further Afri, S.P who are the member of Kuantan Singingi Regency legislator.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. Researcher collect data from books, government regulation, journal, mass media, website, and deep interview with informan who are knowing about the phenomenon in this research.The conclution of this research are motivation of the candidates DPD RI who was from legislators are wanted to defend the aspiration of Riau community. They want to get into state agencies DPD RI because wanted to defend the regional aspiration are still many failure, without intervention from another including from political parties.Keywords : Motivation, Election, State Agencies

Abstract

One strategy that can support business success in the banking sector is trying to offer quality services with high service quality which appears in the performance / performance of existing services (Parasuraman Zeithaml, and Berry, 2003).This study aims to measure how service quality and customer loyalty at PT. BRI branch Selatpanjang well as to examine the effect between these two variables. Customers who sampled totaling 98 people. The data used is primary data collection method of data using questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study is a simple linear regression with SPSS version 18.0.These results indicate that the quality of services provided by the bank BRI branch Selatpanjang already quite good and loyalty of customers, based on the overall results obtained BRI branch bank customers loyal or faithful Selatpanjang to use the products or services provided bank. From the results of the five service quality dimensions studied (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) together show significant results on customer loyalty which means the dimensions of service quality real effect on customer loyalty. From all the tests performed can be concluded that the variable quality of service that is used to explain 69.3% of customer loyalty variable The remaining 30.7% is affected or explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: quality of service, customer loyalty, PT. Abstract

At the present time, the influence of western culture (westernization) too in the adorable among young people make increasingly decaying values and norms. Thus, the moral behavior of the young generation is not in accordance with the norms that exist in society. Sexual problems that occur in various areas also occur in the East Village community Chart District of Bangko Rokan Hilir (visitors Cafe Goli-goli). The purpose of this research is to gain "of how the public perception of the visitors' Cafe Goli-Goli". This research was conducted at RT 10 RW 03 Chart East Village District of Bangko Rokan Hilir. In this study, the research subjects were indigenous East Village Chart already many as 15 respondents and who became Community Leaders in the East Village and supplemented Chart of visitors "Cafe Goli-Goli" A total of 8 visitors, to collect data researchers using the method of observation and in-depth interviews using the interview guide. In analyzing the research data the researcher uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Results showed socioeconomic visitors economic classified medium, it can be seen from the income they earn. And the public perception of dating behavior of visitors Cafe Goli-Goli No Good. Their reasons because it will lead to promiscuity, community hopes that the parties are more assertive in supervising authorities Cafe, what if a visitor finds that violate the values and norms that exist in the society in firm sanctions so that no pornography.Keyword: Public Perception, Visitor Behavior Cafe Goli-Goli.

Abstract

Pekanbaru city experienced rapid growth, this is because the city of Pekanbaru isthe capital of Riau province so pembangungan concentration centered in the city ofPekanbaru is a strategic place for karaoke entertainment industry in particular, is due to thelack of tourist attractions in the city of Pekanbaru, while the level of community mobility ishigh enough, so there was nightspots in the community such as Club executive Karaoke,public interest in visiting Club Executive Karaoke quite high. Opportunity is that capturedthe investors to invest in competing karaoke entertainment industry in particular, be it afamily or club executive karaoke karaoke.The purpose of this study is to describe the public perception of the Club ExecutiveKaraoke in the city of Pekanbaru and to determine the impact of Club Executive Karaokefor the city of Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method is to describe andexplain the results of research in the form of words spoken or written on a number ofqualitative data. The location of this research was conducted in Jalan Sudirman PekanbaruBased on the results of research conducted in the field, a positive public perceptionof the Club Executive Karaoke namely as a means of family entertainment. As for thenegative public perception of the Club Executive is not only as a family entertainment butserve adult entertainment establishments selling alcoholic beverages, narcotics and providecomfort women so that visitors are free to do anything that is no longer compatible with therules and norms of society. Presence Club Regional Executive Karaoke violate regulations(Government) NO.3 of 2002 on Public Entertainment In Chapter III Section 4 of theentertainment licensing regulations and entertainment Club Executive Karaoke alsoviolated Section IV, Article 5 of the operational time entertainment venues. Abstract

In Indonesia, many tribal areas that have a habit of ceremonies . At any rate the region has a traditional ceremony has the intent and purpose and its own characteristics which actually can not be separated from the element of history . Traditional ceremony in West Sumatra is famous legendary is Tabuik ceremony held in the city of Pariaman which routinely performed each entered the month of Muharram in the Islamic calendar developed by Shi'ite to Pariaman . Tabuik ceremony is a symbolic form of expression of deep sorrow and respect for Muslims in Pariaman to the Prophet Muhammad's grandson . Pariaman community predominately Minangkabau ethnic group which generally makes the religion of Islam as a religion . Historically , Tabuik ceremony is closely related to the growth and development of Islam . At this time kenyataannyan , Tabuik ceremony in West Sumatra Pariaman city has undergone many shifts in Part of the ritual , and now only be implemented as an object of tourism to attract tourists to the city of Pariaman . The aim of this study was to see how the symbolic meaning Tabuik ceremony in Pariaman city of West Sumatra . This study used a qualitative research method with descriptive approach . The object of this study is the symbolic meaning Tabuik ceremony in Pariaman city of West Sumatra , with a research subject that is all informants that meet the needs of the research consisted of 10 members, namely tuo Tabuik pasa and Subarang , children Tabuik , Head Disbudpar Pariaman city , village children and chairman PKDP Riau through purposive technique . Data collection techniques in this study using in-depth observation and interviews and documentation . Results from this study is that the symbolic meaning Tabuik ceremony can be studied through two aspects: social and physical . The social aspect is the process of making Tabuik which consists of making deraga , taking land , cutting down banana trees, events maatam , mearak fingers , Maarak saroban , tabuik promoted , tabuik hoyak party , and tabuik thrown into the sea . The physical aspects are parts Tabuik consisting of peaks Tabuik , gomaik , top rank , and rank Bouraq below . The shift in meaning to the ceremony ceremony Tabuik influenced by maketh Tabuik be fixed event dijadikannnya Tabuik Pariaman to become the object of western Sumatra tourism . There is a difference between past and present Tabuik , Tabuik ceremony is now aiming for the entertainment and performing arts attractions with the aim to attract domestic and foreign tourists to come and see the show tabuik ceremony and can boost the regional economy and promoting particular areas of West Sumatra Pariaman area .Keyword: symbolic meaning, Tabuik ceremony, symbolic interaction.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Low Cost Green Car policy to strategy Nissan Motors Corporation dominate the automotive market in Indonesia. In 2013 Indonesia by Minister of Industry issued Low Cost Green Car policy. To face the enthusiasts of Low Cost Green Car that much, Nissan issued old products are very popular in Indonesia called Datsun.Perspective that used in this research is Neoliberalism perspective. The theory used in this research is the competitive theory by Michael Porter's. According to this theory, competitive advantage is the advantage by delivering greater value to customers, the price is cheaper and give more advantages from its competitors.The influence of Low Cost Green Car policy to the strategy of Nissan Motor Corporation in dominate the automotive market in Indonesia is Nissan follow low cost green car policy with its subsidiary company registered Datsun successfully. This is proven from the beginning of the presence of the first model of Datsun like Datsun Go+ Panca which began in May. Datsun sales continue to increase each month until November.
