Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Syafira Pekanbaru located on Jalan Sudirman, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, non-physical work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The study population was 87 and the model used is a model census. Research variables used are leadership and non-physical work environment as an independent variable, turnover intention and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. This research method using path analysis supported by SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study show that leadership influence positively and significantly to job satisfaction, work environment non-physical positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, leadership a significant negative effect on turnover intention, workplace non-physical negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction effect negative and significant impact on turnover intention and also the leadership of no effect through job satisfaction on turnover intention. Because each individual proven leadership variable, non-physical work environment and satisfaction significantly influence turnover intention, it is recommended that the hospital management more attention to the level of leadership and job satisfaction of nurses.Keyword: Leadership, Traning, Non-physical Work Environment, Job , Turnover Intention, Job Satisfacition

Abstract

This study aimed to test the Influence of Time Budget Pressure, Task Complexity, Knowledge Auditor, and Audit Judgment Against Auditor Experience. In this studied, data collected by using questionnaires given to auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Pekanbaru, Batam, and Padang. The data used are primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques to assess the outer SmartPLS models: Convergent Validity, Composite Discriminant Validity and Reliability. From the questionnaires sent many as 100 questionnaires (74%) that can be completed and processed. Accuracy auditor to generate audit judgement influenced by time budget pressure, task complexity, knowledge, and experience. The study population was all auditor who worked on the firm in Pekanbaru, Batam, and Padang, and has worked at least 2 year experience. The result of this study showed that time budget pressure, task complexity, knowledge, and experience has a positive influence on audit judgment. Suggestion for futher research that could add situational factors such as organizational culture and and ethical values as well as more variable.Keywords: time budget pressure, task complexity, knowledge, experience, and audit judgment

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Meta Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work experience and job placement on organizational commitment. The study population was 75 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the competencies, work experience and job placement as independent variables and organizational commitment as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21.The results of this study concluded that the variable competence, work experience, and job placement positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In terms of competence, the company should improve the competence of employees through technical training related to the field of the employee's duties. Work experience can be enhanced by the company's employees through the implementation of tasks in accordance with the ability of employees so that employees will increasingly gain work experience. In the variable job placement for the implementation is effective and appropriate, where the company should have to look at the educational background, skills suitability, suitability of the attitude of the employees. Regarding the commitment needs to be improved is the attention of the employees of the various problems faced by the company, so that organizational goals can be achieved.Keyword: Competence, Work Experience, Job Placement, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The users of financial statements need informations as a basic of their economic decision making. Not only in judging the fairness of financial report or detecting a fraud, but also auditors have responsibility to judge the company ability to maintain company going concern. Going concern audit opinion defined as opinion state by the auditors based on their audit, concludes that substantial doubt exists with regard to the company’s ability to continue functioning as a business entity. In this study, we attempt empirically to investigate the relationship between KAP Size, Financial Disstress, Audit Tenure, Disclosure, Prior Year Audit Opinion on receiving a going concern audit opinion of a company. The samples are selected by purposive sampling method. All manufacturing sector company listed in Indonesia stock Exchange that had going concern such as capital had decreased significantly, asset had decreased significantly, net profit was negative from 2012-2015 are used as the population. Logistic Regression is used to test the hypothesis. From the results, indicate that Financial Disstress, Disclosure, and Prior Year Audit Opinion is significantly affect on receiving of going concern audit opinion. While the others (Audit Tenure and KAP Size) are not significantly affect on receiving of going concern audit opinion of a company.Keywords : KAP size, financial disstress, audit tenure, disclosure, prior year audit opinion, going concern, manufacture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Discipline, Compensation and Workload Performance Against Employee PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. In this study population were all employees totaling 58 people. Given the small number of the population census needs to be done because of the relatively small number of employees, the sampling is done by census sampling technique, in which all employees were targeted sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that Discipline, compensation and workload simultaneously affect the work performance of employees of PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. Discipline partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. Compensation partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. The workload is partially influence on employee performance PT. Mega Finance Branch Pekanbaru. So expected to company head be can improve employees labour capacity with giving good motivation for example by giving other bonus or appreciation to employees owning contribution more to company, giving heavy sanction to employees which impinge regulation of company so that this matter can improve discipline work employees, giving good and complete facility able to support performance all employees, improving training and education to employees in running its duty, and also entangle all employees in make decision to problems faced by company.Keywords: Discipline, Compensation, Expenses Work And Performance

Abstract

This research held in Ramayana Department Store Panam Square in Pekanbaru City. Pekanbaru is a city that has a high consumption patterns, especially in fashion. This can be seen with the establishment of many department stores in Pekanbaru. One of them is Ramayana Department Store Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know strategy Ramayana Department Store Panam Square Pekanbaru and know the effort Ramayana Department Store Panam Square Pekanbaru in improving competitive advantage. Variables used are internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) of the company and external factors (opportunities and threats) of the company. The population in this research is visitors Ramayana Department Store and Ramayana Department Store Manager. This research is a qualitative reasearch using qualitative descriptive method using collection techniques such as questionnaires, observations, documentations and interviews. This research used SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Ramayana Department Store Panam Square Pekanbaru has SO highest scores so that strategies can be used are as follows; expand market share, product development, product diversification and cooperation with various parties. Based on the Cartesius diagram, Ramayana Department Store Panam Square Pekanbaru is the position of Growth. Abstract

This research is aimed to examine influence of the presentation of the element-element integrated reporting in the annual report to the asymmetry of information. The research was conducted on a non-financial listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2015.The population in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2015 are 440 companies. Samples used in this research are 85 companies. The method of determining the sample is by using a random sampling method, while the data processing method used by reseacher are the multiple regression and use SPSS version 22.00. The result of this research showed that the variable overview of the organization and the external environment, governance, and resource allocation strategy, business model, performance, future outlook no significant effect on information asymmetry. Abstract

This study aims to Acquire empirical evidence of firm size, Auditor Opinion, company size, level of complexity of the operations of the Company and Profitability effect on audit delay on the company's property and real estate listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The population covers all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange which publishes financial reports that show data that supports the analysis of the factors that affect audit delay. Further analysis of data using multiple regression analysis through SPSS 17.0 software msi. The results showed that company size has an influence on Audit Delay on Property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2014. Public Accounting Firm size has an influence on Audit Delay on Property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange , The complex does not have an influence on Audit Delay on Property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has no effect on Audit Delay on Property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of the Relativism Ethical Orientation, Moral Intensity, Organizational Commitment and Professional Identity to the Intention to carry out an Internal Whistleblowing. The main problem that researchers descriptions are as follows: to see how many significant relationship between the dependent variable to the independent varaibel. This research was conducted on employees SKPD Rokan Hulu. This research was included in the quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is the primary data by source. And then, in data collections sampling was conducted with a purposive sampling method (Sugiyono, 2012: 392) with respondents as many as 104 employees who working in SKPD Rokan Hulu. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 20. The results of this research showed that the Relativism Ethical Orientation have influnce to the intention to carry out an Internal Whistleblowing, moral intensity have influnce to the intention to carry out an Internal Whistleblowing, Organizational Commitment have influnce to the intention to carry out an Internal Whistleblowing, and professional identity have influnce to the intention to carry out an Internal Whistleblowing. The research was conducted in the PT. Coca Cola Amtil Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. This study aims to determine how the effect of Supervision, Discipline of work, and compensation onemployees performance at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch.The study is a population. The number of samples in this study were 88 respondents.
