Abstract

The success of Industrial and trading sector have given big contribution in creating national economic structure. One of food industries in Payakumbuh city that have vase growth is F1 Aina corn industry. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Sweet Corn Industry F1Aina. Knowing the industry development strategy F1Aina Sweet Corn. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunites, Threats). This research was conducted in the District Payakumbuh West Payakumbuh Nagari Koto Nan IV. The population in this study is the sweet corn industry F1Aina located in Payakumbuh, Engineering sample selection of respondents was done by purposive (purposional sampling) that is as much data was collected by interview, observation, and questionnaires. Sampling method is purposive sampling. This type of data consists of primary and secondary data. The results of the SWOT analysis matrix values can be obtained from internal factors 17 and the value of the matrix of external factors 5. Application Aggressive Strategy / Strategies SO Sweet Corn Industry F1Aina means are in a situation that is very profitable or have the power and opportunity. The strategy should be applied is taking advantage of opportunities for profit. Based on the analysis of internal factors and external indicators of the strength of the sweet corn industry F1Aina in Payakumbuh is supervise the activities of production, production capacity is excellent.Keywords : Food Industry, SWOT Analysis, Development Strategy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of information technology, computer expertise, formalization of information system development, and top management support on Accounting Information System (AIS). This research uses Private Hospitals in Pekanbaru as objects in 2017.The methods used in this research was multiple linear regression. The sampling methods used was total sampling which counted 16 private hospitals that listed in department of health in Pekanbaru and using information technology on implementation of the accounting process. For the unit of analysis in this research is financial staff, services staff, income staff, and purchases staff that using Accounting Information System (AIS) on Accounting process. So this research uses 64 people as the respondents. The results of the hypothesis test showed that information technology, computer expertise, formalization of information system development, and top management support have effect on Accounting Information System (AIS) with 0.000, 0.000, 0.026, 0.000 significance.Keywords : Information Technology, Computer Expertise, Formalization Of Information System Development, Top Management Support, Accounting Information System (AIS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine farmers’ income sources in Kepenghuluan Mumugo Village Tanah Putih Sub District Rokan Hilir District. The sample in this study was 67 farmers who grew pineapples and oil palm either in joining or separate systems. The technique in collecting data used questionnaire then the data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis, analysis of farming business and percentage contribution of farming analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that (1) pineapple farming has a greater level of contribution income, accounted for Rp. 38.850.000,- /1 Ha/ Year or 74,04% compared to oil palm farming, generated income of Rp. 13.620.000,-/1 Ha/ Year or 25,96% of the total net income. (2) Kepenghuluan Mumugo Village Tanah Putih Sub District Rokan Hilir District mostly located on peat land structure, thus affecting the productivity of oil palm, in addition to the value of the selling price of palm oil which tends to be unstable. Instead, pineapple farming was suitable on peat land, and also the demanded of pineapple fruits continued to increase which made an increasing tendency in the value of the selling price of pineapple fruits.Keywords : Area of land, Financial capital, Workers, Prices

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch in order to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Employee Development and Culture Organization simultaneously on Employees Competence PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employess of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employess of 40 persons and sampled. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linier regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultannous regression test (Test-F) showed that the variables of Organizational Employee Development and Culture Organization simultaneously significant effect on employee competency. From the results of the parial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Organizational Employee Development and Culture Organization have significant effect on employess competency. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.720, which means, variable Organizational Commitment, Employee Development and Culture Organization jointly affect the Employee Competency, while the rest influenced by other variables not examinet in this study.Keyword: Organizational Commitment, Employee Development, Organizational Culture and Employee Competency Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Program Implementation Differences Total Quality Management (TQM) applied by each hospital, and Satisfaction Inpatient and Outpatient. The population in this study all employees and all inpatients and outpatients. The dependent variable in this study is Total Quality Management (TQM), while the independent variable is Satisfaction of Inpatient and Outpatient. For the determination of the sample using the formula slovin research. This study used two sampling techniques. First to determine the number of samples Inpatient using accidental sampling technique, while to determine the number of samples Employees and Outpatient with Purposive Random Sampling technique. Methods of data processing using comparative analysis, one way ANOVA test (ANOVA test), and t-test. 21:00 SPSS software version. The results showed that there are differences in Program Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and there is a significant difference between satisfaction Inpatient and Outpatient Patient Satisfaction at Bina Kasih Hospital and the Hospital of Lancang Kuning.Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Satisfaction Inpatient and Outpatient Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Good Corpotare Governance’s mechanism that consist of Board of Directors, Independent Commissioner, Manajerial Ownership, and Institusional Ownership on the existence of Enterprise Risk Management and the effect of the Enterprise Risk Management on firm performance. In addition, this study also examines the intervening role of Enterprise Risk Management on the relationship between Corporate Governance and firm performance. The population of this study was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012 to 2014 financial year. By using purposive sampling method, 25 firms were selected as a sample. This study used data from company’s annual report. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS computer program. The results of analysis showed that Board of Directors, Independent Commissioner, Manajerial Ownership, and Institusional Ownership affect the existence of Enterprise Risk Management and the existence Enterprise Risk Management affects firm performance. The result also proved that Enterprise Risk Management act as an intervening variable among Board of Directors, Independent Commissioner, Manajerial Ownership, and Institusional Ownership on firm performance.Keyword : Good Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Firm Performance

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of budgeting participate to budgetary slack with asymmetry of information and group cohesiveness as moderating variables. Object of this research is department of the city government in Siak. There are eighty four questionnaires were sent, but only eighty one questionnaires were returned. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method and SPSS program version 19. The results of this research showed that budgetary participate has an effect on budgetary slack with 0,000 significance, the asymmetry of information has interaction between budgetary participate on budgetary slack with 0,009 significance and the group cohesiveness has interaction between budgetary participate on budgetary slack with 0,009 significance. The results of this research also showed that coefficient determinant is 16,4%. The interaction of asymmetry of information gives more strength is 20,7%. Each independent variables, gives the strong influence to dependent variable, it means independents variables could explain dependent variable well. While the remaining influenced by other variables not included in the regression models were not included in this study. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze Experiential Marketing, Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, research applied on customer Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru City. The object of this research was Customer Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of four variables: the dependent variable, one intervening variable and two independent variables. They are Customer Loyalty(Y2), Customer Satisfaction (Y1), Brand Trust (X2), and Experintial Marketing (X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 100 people. This research used nonprobability sampling, based on respondents who had check-in Grand Jatra Hotel over than one time. Data are taken by giving respondents structural questionaires. In terms of data analysis, this research used Path Analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Experiential Marketing has significant and positive effect toward Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust has significant and positive effect toward Customer Satisfaction. Experintial Marketing has significant and positive effect toward Customer Loyalty, Brand Trust has significant and positive effect toward Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction has significant and positive effect toward Customer Loyalty. Experiential Marketing and Brand Trust Influence Customer Loyaltyare moderated by Customer Satifastion.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Brand Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Public sectors use performance-based budgeting system that is an efficient and participation development process, and use performance as a benchmark for the achievement of local goverment’s budgeting target. However, the performance-based assessment motivates agents to perform budgetary slack for the sake of a better future career. The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal clarity on budgetary slack with information asymmetry, and group cohesiveness as moderating variables. The population of this research was 45 SKPD offices of Kampar Regency. This research use purposive sampling with the final sample of 84 participants. This research use primary data bu disseminating the questionnaire. Multiple linear regression and MRA was used in this research as technical analysis to test the hypothesis. The result of this research showed that budgetary participation and budget goal clarity significantly influenced budgetary slack. Information asymmetry as a moderating variables was able to influence the relationship between budgetary participation to budgetary slack and budget goal clarity to budgetary slack. Group cohesiveness as a moderating variable was able to influence the relationship between budgetary participation to budgetary slack. At the same time, group cohesiveness was unable to influence the relationship between budget goal clarity and budgetary slack.Keywords : Budgetary Participation, Budget Goal Clarity, Information Asymetry, Group Cohesiveness, Budgetary Slack.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru with the aim To know and analyze the influence of Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on the effectiveness of employee PT. RB Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who numbered 63 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Effectiveness. From the results of partial tests (Test-t) indicates that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Effectiveness. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,796 or equal to 79,6% which mean, Coordination variable, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together influence Effectiveness Employee, while the rest 20,40% influenced by other variables that not Investigated in this study.Keywords : Coordination, Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness
