Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2) Honda Scoopy Motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan. The population of study was customers who have Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 144 people were selected to be sampled. Path Analysis with software SPSS version 24 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 2) Price had a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 3) Purchase Decision had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision; 5) Price had a negative and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision.Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, capital intensity, firmsize and profitability on tax aggressiveness. Tax aggressiveness is the dependentvariable in this study and is measured by the effective tax rate (ETR). Theindependent variables in this study are leverage, capital intensity, company sizeand profitability. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listedon the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2017. Samples were collected usingpurposive sampling method and obtained 54 companies as samples. The type ofdata in this study is secondary data and the analytical method used is multipleregression analysis assisted with SPSS version 21 windows. The results of thisstudy indicate that leverage and profitability effect on tax aggressiveness.Meanwhile capital intensity and firm size have no effect on tax aggressiveness.The calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.236 which means thatoverall the independent variables used in this study explain the tax aggressivenessof 23.6% while the remaining 76.4% is explained by other independent variablesnot used in this research.Keyword : Leverage, Capital Intensity, Firm Size, Profitability and TaxAggressiveness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of hedging, financial leverage,corporate social responsibility and institutional ownership on tax aggressiveness,.The population in this research is company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchnage in2013 until 2017. Total sample in this research is 28 companies with five yearsobservation. Sampling technique in this research using purposive samplingtechnique and analysis teqhnique using multiple liniear regression The result ofthis research indicates that financial leverage, corporate social responsibility andinstitutional ownerships influence the tax aggressiveness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy of the freshwater fish feed industry in Kampar subdistrict of Kampar district . This study using all population of 18 units of fish feed industry as the sample by using the census method, Analysis method used in this reseatch is SWOT Analysis and IE Matrix. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the fish feed industry in Kampar District, Kampar Regency, has a strategy to develop a business in dealing with internal and external problems. IE matrix for the fish feed industry is in Column V, which has moderate internal and external capabilities and is in a state of growth and stability. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, this strategy is in quadrant 1 (aggressive strategy). The strategy that must be established in these circumstances is to support aggressive growth policies. This aggressive strategy is more focused on SO (StrengthOpportunities) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.Keywords: Strategy, Internal, Eksternal

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure, integrity, objectivityand work experience on audit quality with audit ethics as a moderating variable. So inthis study the population used was an independent auditor who worked at the PublicAccounting Firm (KAP) in Medan, Batam, Padang and Pekanbaru. The samplingtechnique uses purposive sampling method. So the sample in this study was 90 people.The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of secondary data withcollection techniques in documentation from existing data. This study was tested usingmultiple regression analysis with the help of processed statistical data with SPSS version21. The classic assumption test used was multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test andautocorrelation test. The hypothesis test used is the statistical t test and the coefficient ofdetermination test. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significanteffect between Time Budget Pressure, Integrity, Objectivity, Work Experience that has asignificant effect on Audit Quality. There is a significant influence between Time BudgetPressure and Auditor Ethics, Integrity and Auditor Ethics, Objectivity and Auditor Ethics,Work Experience and Auditor Ethics have a significant effect on Audit Quality.Keyword: Time Budget Pressure, Integrity, Objectivity, Work Experience, Audit Quality,Auditor Ethics

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. Industry, trade, services, health services and other activities, where the cycle of world change recently changed a lot especially in the field of woods that very rapidly, so a good target for the sale of distribution of furniture and also the demand for products and other industrial services in Pekanbaru City. With the aim to know and analyze the influence of price, production cost, and profit on furniture offer. The total population in this study is 36 ukm. The sample used in this research is 36. Using the census method, where the whole population becomes the sample. And data processing using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program. Based on the results of the test if the data using multiple linear regression can be taken several conclusions, namely: Price has a positive and unsignificant influence on furniture supply. Production cost have a positive and significant effect on furniture offerings. Profit has a positive and significant effect on furniture offerings. And price, production cost, and profit have influence together to furniture offer in Pekanbaru City. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the supply of furniture, the effect of price, production cost, and profit can be given the following suggestions: a) The company needs to determine the pricing strategy, by stepping up and maintaining the quality and service for customer satisfaction. b) The Company may increase the amount of bid to raise profit by taking into account market conditions.Keywords: Price, Production Cost, Profit and Supply

Abstract

The study aims to learn about (1) the effects of time's budget pressure (2) the effects of accountability (3) the effect of objectivity on the quality of the audit. This research was done in a public accountant's office. The data used on this study is primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for selection of samples is sampling (sample retrieval is based on the availability of elements and easier to obtain them). The number of samples in this study is 75 respondents of 25 KAP. Hypothetical testing was done using a double version of regency analysis using a statistic test used with SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a significant impact on the quality of the audit at a rate of 0.001 significance, accountability has a significant impact on the quality of the audit at a depth of 0.001, and effectiveness has a significant effect on the quality of the audit at a degree of 0.001 in the public accounting office.Keywords: Audit Qualit, Time Budget Pressure, Accountability, Objectivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. This can be seen from the acquisition of income after the existence of village funds is greater than before the existence of the village fund program, it can be seen from the real value of the income.Keywords: Village Funds, allocation, income

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of character, capacity,capital, collateral, condition, loan term at UED-SP in Bandar Sei Kijang Sub-district inPelalawan District. The sample in this research totalled 61 Respondents. Method ofdetermination of the sample using the census method technique of data analysis in thisstudy using multiple linear regression, t-Test and test the assumptions of normality testsinclude classic, multikolonearitas, heteroskedastisitas and autocorrelation datamanagement using program SPSS version 21.0 softwere. Abstract

Employee work discipline at the STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru is still not optimal, if be observed by extent Employee absences still quite high. This study aimed to determine (1) influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline towards employee performance and job satisfaction;(2) influence job satiscaftion toward employee performance. Population and sample in this research were the whole employee STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru and the data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaire, and observation. This study uses descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression. The results showed leadership style, work motivation, work discipline have positive significant towards employee performance. The same effect of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline towards job satisfaction through employee performance. Therefore to improve employee satisfaction STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru was suggested to provide capacity building trainings of leader, to provide employee motivation, to provide attention with reprimand employees reprimand employees who bad job.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction
