Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Financial Distress and Financial Performance on Company Value Mediated by Profit Management in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The population used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 with a total of 159 companies. The sample selection used a nonprobability sampling approach with a purposive sampling method. The sample of this research were 66 companies that fulfill certain criteria. After the outlier test, the companies analyzed to 34 companies in the 5 years of observation obtained 170 data. The results of this study found that 1) Financial distress had no effect on firm value. 2) Financial performance affects the value of the company. 3) Earnings management had no effect on the value of the company. 4) Financial distress had no effect on firm value through earnings management. 5) Financial performance affects the value of the company through earnings management.Keywords : financial distress, financial performance, company value, earnings management

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of trust and cooperation on supply chain performance and competitive advantage on rendang processed IMIs in Payakumbuh City. The samples in this study include all rendang processed IKM in Payakumbuh City. The number of sample populations used is 41 respondents from IKM processed rendang. Primary data was collected with questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with the help of its analysis tool using WarpPLS Software. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence of trust on supply chain performance indicated by β = 0.343 p-value = 0.007 (≤0.05), and the cooperation positively affects supply chain performance indicated by β = 0.261 p-value = 0.035 (≤ 0.05). Supply chain performance positively affects competitive advantage indicated by β = 0.596 p-value = <0.001 (≤0.05).Keywords: Trust, Cooperation, Supply chain performance, Competitive advantage.

Abstract

This purpose of this research are to test and analyze the Influence of Operational Audit, Internal Control and Work Motivation on the Effectiveness of Health Services in hospitals. The population in this study was employees working at Bangkinang Regional General Hospital in Kampar. The sample in this study was 85 employees from the general administration, finance, human resources and education, medical services and SPI at the hospital in Kampar selected using a Slovin formula. The study used primary data by disseminating questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The analysis tool used in this study is Stastistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that: (1) operational audits have a significant effect on the effectiveness of health services, (2) internal control significantly affects the effectiveness of health services, and (3) work motivation significantly affects the effectiveness of health services.Keywords : Operational Audit, Internal Control, Work Motivation, Effectiveness of Health Services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of apparatus competence, organizational commitment, community participation, and internal control systems on the accountability of village fund management. The population in this study were all village officials in 25 villages in Tandun, Rokan IV Koto and Pagarantapah Darussalam Districts in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sample in this study were village government officials who implemented village fund management, with the criteria of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, General Head and BPD, with a total sample of 125 respondents choosed by using the purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that apparatus competence, organizational commitment, community participation and internal control systems affect the accountability of village fund management.Keywords: Apparatus Competence, Organizational Commitment, Community Participation, Internal Control Systems and Accountability of Village Fund Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and significance the influence of Third Party Fund (DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Inflation on the financing of small and medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Islamic People’s financing banks (BPRS) in Riau Province in 2009-2019.The data used in this study are secondary time series. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis shows that simultaneously the Third Party Fund (DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Inflation of have significant influence to the financing of small and medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Islamic People’s financing banks (BPRS) in Riau Province in 2009-2019. Partial test shows that Third Party Fund (DPK) have a positive and significant influence to the financing of small and medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Islamic People’s financing banks (BPRS) in Riau Province in 2009-2019. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) have a positive and significant influence to the financing of small and medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Islamic People’s financing banks (BPRS) in Riau Province in 2009-2019. Abstract

Indonesian Retail Bonds or commonly referred to as ORI is the state bondsissued by the Indonesian government that is sold to private persons or individualscitizens of Indonesia through a selling agent. With the aim of expanding theinvestor base in the country, as an alternative investment instruments to retailinvestors, to support the stability of the domestic financial market, support thecreation of community oriented mid and long-term investment, and realize theideals of self reliance in development financing. Bond investors are in greatdemand because it is safe (low risk). However, in addition to seeking safe,investors also expect a maximum return. This study aims to analyze how depositrates, per capita gross domestic product, and exchange rate affect the IndonesianRetail Bonds demand. The types of data used in this study was a time series datafrom 2006 to 2018 which were sourced from Bank Indonesia and Badan PusatStatistik. This study used quantitative research methods, and analyzed by usingmultiple linear regression analysis by using EViews 10 software program forWindows computers. The result showed the variable Deposito Interest Rate, PerCapita Gross Domestic Product, and Exchange Rate at once / simultaneously hada significant influence on Indonesian Retail Bonds Demand. The individual test /partial showed that Per Capita Gross Domestic Product and Exchange Rate hadpositive influence and significantly on Indonesian Retail Bonds Demand. WhileDeposito Interest Rate had negative influence and significantly on the demand forIndonesian Retail Bonds. Ability prediction of independent variable to explain thedependent variabel with value of adjusted R square equal 0,950919. This meanthat total effect from three independent variabel to dependent variabel is 95.1%while the remaining 4,9% is explained by other variables not included in thisstudy.Keyword : Indonesian Retail Bonds, Deposit Rate, Gross Domestic Product, andExchange Rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. This can be seen from the acquisition of income after the existence of village funds is greater than before the existence of the village fund program, it can be seen from the real value of the income.Keywords: Village Funds, allocation, income

Abstract

This This study aims to analyze the effect of the money supply, velocity of money and gross domestic product on inflation in Indonesia in the long and short term 1997.Q1 - 2019.Q4. This research was conducted in Indonesia by examining the effect of the money supply, velocity of money and gross domestic product on the inflation rate in Indonesia in 1997.Q1 - 2019.Q4. The purpose of using data from the 1997.Q1 - 2019.Q4 period is to produce accurate estimates and conclusions about the variables studied and to be able to find out the interpretation of the research object using quarterly data for 22 years. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis (assisted by EViews 10 software). The data analysis technique used is the error correction model. As for seeing the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the long and short term, the final result will measure the effect of the money supply, velocity of money and gross domestic product on inflation in Indonesia in the long and short term. The results of this study indicate that in the long run, the money supply and velocity of money have a positive and significant effect on inflation and gross domestic product has a negative and significant effect on inflation. Meanwhile, in the short term velocity of money has a positive and significant effect and gross domestic product has a negative and significant effect and the money supply has no effect on inflation.Keywords: inflation, money supply, velocity of money, gross domestic product

Abstract

This study aims to aims to determine whether there is a causal relationship between the zakat and consumsption in Riau Province for the period of 2015 (Q1) -2019 (Q4) and to find out whether there is a significant influence between the zakat and consumption in Riau Province in 2015 (Q1) – 2019 (Q4). This study uses secondary data in the form of quantive data in the form of time series, namely data zakat and data consumption. In this study, the model used is Vector Error Corection Model (VECM) technique and the Granger Causality Test to see the causality or reciprocity of the two variables studied. This study uses an analytical tool Eviews 10. From the tests that have been done, the result obtained are that between zakat and the consumption there is a one- way relationship, where the zakat affects consumption, while consumption does not affect zakat. Then in the long run it shows that the zakat has no effect on compsution. Then in lag first has a significant positive effect.Keywords: zakat, consumption, VECM, Granger Causality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work placement, training and compensation simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Flora Wahanatirta PKS in Kebun Durian, Gunung Sahilan Sub-District. The population in this study were employees of PT. Flora Wahanatirta PKS in Kebun Durian, Gunung Sahilan Sub-district, totaling 103 people. The sample used was 51 respondents. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the type of propotionate stratified random sampling. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results of the analysis with the SPSS program, found that the relationship between work placement (X1), training (X2) and compensation (X3) with employee job satisfaction (Y) has a very strong relationship level that is equal to 0.805. Simultaneously, the variable work placement (X1), training (X2) and compensation (X3) affect employee job satisfaction (Y). Partially, the work placement variable (X1) has no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y), while the training variable (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y).Keywords: work placement, training, compensation, employee job satisfaction
