This study aims to determine the development strategy of the freshwater fish feed industry in Kampar subdistrict of Kampar district . This study using all population of 18 units of fish feed industry as the sample by using the census method, Analysis method used in this reseatch is SWOT Analysis and IE Matrix. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the fish feed industry in Kampar District, Kampar Regency, has a strategy to develop a business in dealing with internal and external problems. IE matrix for the fish feed industry is in Column V, which has moderate internal and external capabilities and is in a state of growth and stability. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, this strategy is in quadrant 1 (aggressive strategy). The strategy that must be established in these circumstances is to support aggressive growth policies. This aggressive strategy is more focused on SO (StrengthOpportunities) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.Keywords: Strategy, Internal, Eksternal

The purpose of this study was to determine the inequality analysis of per capita income in Pekanbaru City in 2013-2019. The data used in this study are secondary time series data. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative with williamson Index and multiple linear regression using SPSS. The analysis shows that the level of income inequality in Pekanbaru City is still high because it is above the williamson index limit value of 0.4. The economic growth variable has a negative and significant effect on income inequality while the investment variable has no effect on income inequality.Keywords: Income Inequality, Economic Growth and Investment

This study aims to analyze the effect of the money supply, exchange rate, and the interbank money market on the BI 7-Day repo rate in Indonesia for the 2017M10 - 2019M12 period. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 10 application, where the final result measures the influence of the money supply, exchange rates, and the interbank money market on the BI 7-Day repo rate in Indonesia for the 2017m10 - 2019m12 period. The results of this study indicate that the money supply and the interbank money market have a positive and significant effect on the BI 7-Day repo rate in Indonesia, while the exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on the BI 7-Day repo rate in Indonesia.Keywords :BI 7-Day repo rate, money supply, exchange rate, interbank money market

This study aims to examine the Effect of Clarity of Budget Objectives, Budget Evaluation, and Quality of Human Resources on Performance Accountability of Government Agencies with Organizational Commitment as a Moderation Variable. The population in this study were all OPDs in the Fifty Cities District. In this study, the sample used is 84 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) clarity of budget targets affects the performance accountability of government agencies, (2) budget evaluation affects the performance accountability of government agencies, (3) the quality of human resources affects the performance accountability of government agencies (4) organizational commitment can moderate the relationship between budget clarity on the performance accountability of government agencies (5) organizational commitment can moderate the relationship between budget evaluation and accountability for the performance of government agencies (6) organizational commitment can moderate the relationship between the quality of human resources and the performance accountability of government agencies.Keywords : Clarity of Budget Targets, Budget Evaluation, Quality of Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Accountability for Performance of Government Agencies (AKIP)

The role of the industrial sector in regional economic development is able to produce goods and services with higher added value in a variety of certain commodities. In the processing industry, wood is one of the widely used raw materials. With the use of wood as raw materials and in accordance with its purpose wood can be used as decorative, functional and structural. One of the wood processed products that are widely used as industrial and trade needs is wooden pallet products. SiakHulu district is one of the areas in Kampar kabuaten with a pallet industry that is superior. this study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the production of wooden pallet industry in District SiakHulu Kampar Regency. The data used is primary data obtained from 5 timber pallet industries located in SiakHulu District and secondary data obtained from BPS and SiakHulu Sub-District Office. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods to measure the influence of free variables on bound variables. The results of this study showed that variable capital, raw materials, labor, and technology have a significant effect on the production of wooden pallet industry in SiakHulu District. The dominant variable affecting production in the wooden pallet industry is the raw material variable.Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Labor, Technology, Production

his study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the marketing department of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru. The population in this study included 40 marketing employees. The primary data collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis, which was operated through the SMART/PLS program. The selected sampling technique is the census method (40 employees of the marketing division of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant influence between incentives on job satisfaction in the marketing department at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 2) There is a significant influence between motivation on job satisfaction in the marketing department at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru 3) There is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance in the marketing department at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 4) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance in the marketing department at PT. The study aims to learn about (1) the effects of time's budget pressure (2) the effects of accountability (3) the effect of objectivity on the quality of the audit. This research was done in a public accountant's office. The data used on this study is primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for selection of samples is sampling (sample retrieval is based on the availability of elements and easier to obtain them). The number of samples in this study is 75 respondents of 25 KAP. Hypothetical testing was done using a double version of regency analysis using a statistic test used with SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a significant impact on the quality of the audit at a rate of 0.001 significance, accountability has a significant impact on the quality of the audit at a depth of 0.001, and effectiveness has a significant effect on the quality of the audit at a degree of 0.001 in the public accounting office.Keywords: Audit Qualit, Time Budget Pressure, Accountability, Objectivity

Along with the development of the era, the needs of the community are increasing, one of which is the need for public transportation which is now a major need for the community. The competitiveness of the public transportation industry is growing with the existence of digital technology which is continuously being refined according to the needs of society. So that the creation of one of the online transportation, Go-ride by the Go-Jek company, which aims to make it easier for people to meet their needs for transportation, not only that, along with the development of the era, people also want convenience not only in the aspect of transportation but they also want convenience when transacting. , Go-Jek also offers convenience of transactions via electronic wallets, namely Go-pay, electronic wallets have been seen as a facility that provides convenience and benefits in transactions. However, many people view this technology as having risks, when it comes to payments. Even though it contains risks according to some people, many customers still trust and continue to use it, especially among students.Therefore, this study aims to determine how much the comparison of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk and customer satisfaction of electronic wallets (Go-pay) and cash among students of the University of Riau in transactions when using Go-ride online transportation.The results of this study indicate that perceptions of ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived of risk towards the Go-pay system payment transactions are greater than cash payment transactions. Even though the risk perception of Gopay payment transactions is greater than cash payment transactions, the level of student satisfaction when using Go-pay payment transactions is greater than cash payment transactions.Keywords: Perceived of Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived of Risk, Consumer Satisfaction, Electronic Payment.

The purpose of the research was to determine the causality of zakat and poverty in Pekanbaru City Period 2011 (Q1) - 2019 (Q4). Data used in this research is time series data from 2011 (Q1) to 2019 (Q4), sourced from Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Data used in this research are secondary data that are time series. The analysis method used is Vector Autoregression (VAR). The analysis shows that in the long run zakat and poverty have no long-term relationship.using software E-Views version 10. The result of the research shawed in the long run that in the long run, zakat and poverty have no influence. The causality test shawed that there is no causality relationship between zakat and poverty in Pekanbaru City 2011 (Q1) - 2019 (Q4).Keywords: Zakat, Proverty, and Vector Autoregression (VAR).
