Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. This can be seen from the acquisition of income after the existence of village funds is greater than before the existence of the village fund program, it can be seen from the real value of the income.Keywords: Village Funds, allocation, income

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of ethic on budgetary slack. (2) the effect of organizational commitment on budgetary slack. (3) the influence of budget emphasis on budgetary slack on the organization of the city apparatus in Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of all OPD cities in Pekanbaru. A sample of 120 respondents. The respondent is a budget management apparatus, namely the head of the regional apparatus organization as the user of the budget, the head of the finance, and the sub of programming at each regional apparatus organization as many as 43 regional apparatus organizations in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents. This research uses multiple linear analysis method with SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that : 1)Ethic had affect on budgetary slack, 2)Organizational Commitment had no affect on budgetary slack, and 3)Budget Emphasis had effect on budgetary slack in Pekanbaru City Organizations (OPD).Keywords: Ethic, Organizational Commitment, Budget Emphasis, Budgetary Slack

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the thatch roof business from the aspects of marketing, finance, and Break Event Point. Sampling using purposive sampling method of 20 respondents, data analysis used Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate Of Return. The analysis results show that from the financial aspect it is feasible, seen from the value of the Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, and the value of its Internal Rate of Return. The results of this study indicate that the thatch roof business is quite good, this can be seen from the increase in the number of requests every year. The feasibility of thatch roof business in Bengkalis District is seen from the financial aspect that this business is feasible, because the NPV value is> 0. Net B / C Ratio value is more than 1. The business has favorable prospects. The IRR value of 83.97% is greater than the interest rate of 20%, meaning that this business is feasible. The thatched roof business in Bengkalis District has succeeded in selling products above the break even point value. The results of the break even point analysis show that the minimum sales amount is 15.65 m2 with a minimum sales value of Rp. 367,297,297, -.Keywords: Marketing Aspects, Financial Aspects, Break-even Point

Abstract

This study aims to determine how far Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, and BI interest rates affecting the optimal distribution of Working Capital Loans at Public Banks in Riau Province during the period 2009 to 2019. This study uses independent variables of Third-Party Funds, bad loans risk or Non Performing Loans, and BI Interest Rate,and dependent variable is distribution of Working Capital Loansat Public Banks in Riau Province during the period 2009 to 2019. The data used in this research is quarter data from Q.1 2008-Q.42019. Data analysis techniques that used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis or Ordinary Least Square (OLS), while hypothesis testing uses t-test to partially test the influence of variables and the F-test to test the effect of variables simultaneously with a significance level of 5%. The results of statistical tests with the - F test show that Third Party Funds, Non Performing Loans, and BI interestrates affect simultaneously or jointly on the distribution of Working Capital Loans at Public Banks in Riau Province period 2009-2019. While the results of statistical tests with the t-test show that the Third Party Funds variable have a significant positive effect on the distribution of Working Capital Loans, the Non Performing Loans variable does not affect the distribution of Working Capital Loans, and the BI interest rates variable have a significant negative effect on the distribution of Working Capital Loans.Keywords: : Distribution of Working Capital Loans, Public Banks, Third Party Funds, Non Performing Loans, and BI Interest Rates.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreurial motives andentrepreneurial spirit on business performance with the commitment of businessactors as an intervening variable in the tofu & tempe industry in Pekanbaru City.Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The dataanalysis method for this research uses SPSS. The research results show thatentrepreneurial motives have a positive effect on the performance of businessactors. The entrepreneurial spirit influences business performance. Thecommitment of business actors has a positive effect on the performance ofbusiness actors. Entrepreneurial motives have a positive effect on the commitmentof business actors. The entrepreneurial spirit has a positive effect on thecommitment of business actors. Entrepreneurial motives do not have a positiveeffect on business performance. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Company Age, Audit Opinion, KAP Reputation, and operation complexity on timeliness of financial reporting. The populations in this study are 42 mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017-2019. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method which aims to test the relationships between variables through testing hypotheses by using 108 observation in 36 companies for three periods. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling in mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2019 periods. Hypothesis testing techniques are carried out using logistics analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that company age, audit opinion, kap reputation, and operation complexity have an effect on timeliness of financial reporting.Keyword : Company Age, Audit Opinion, Kap Reputation, Operation Complexity, And Timeliness Of Financial Reporting.

Abstract

The level of fraud in Indonesia, which is still a big and widespread problem, is corruption. Banking statistics that indicate fraud in Indonesia in the last two years, namely in 2017, there were 57 banks that were indicated as a fraud. Meanwhile, in 2018 there were 36 indications of fraud until the third quarter. This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Control, Compliance with Accounting Rules, Organizational Ethical Culture, and Compensation Suitability for Fraud. The population in this study were employees of people's business loans (KUR) and financial employees of state-owned banks in the city of Pekanbaru. The questionnaires in this study were distributed to 50 state-owned banks in the city of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. Incidental sampling is the determination of the sample based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally / incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered that the person who happened to be met is suitable as the data source. The results of hypothesis testing are: first, Internal Control has an effect on fraud. Second, adherence to accounting rules affects fraud. Third, Organizational Ethical Culture affects fraud. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of E-money and Card-Based Payment Instruments (APMK) against the supply money in Indonesia period 2013-2019. The data used in this research is time series data from 2013 to 2019, obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI). The independent variables in this study is emoney (X1), credit cards (X2) and debit cards (X3), while the dependent variable is the supply money (Y). This research uses a quantitative method, and uses multiple linear analysis models with the help of the SPSS 24 computer program (Product Solutions and Statistics Services) for Windows. The research results obtained that e-money does not have a significant effect on the money supply (M1), credit cards have a negative and not significant effect on the money supply (M1), whereas debit cards have a significant positive effect on the money supply (M1).Keywords: electronic money, credit cards, debit cards, payment amounts (m1)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation simultaneously on work enthusiasm of Production Department employees at PT Wira Karya Pramitra. The populations were 55 employees of PT Wira Karya Pramitra's production department and used a saturated sample. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Technique collecting the data was questionnaires and documentation. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with work enthusiasm as dependent variable and three independent variables are leadership, work environment and motivation. The results of this study stated that leadership, work environment and motivation have significant effect on the work enthusiasm.Keyword: Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, Work Enthusiasm

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, self-efficacy and morale on the performance of production division employees at PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis. The population is 70 people with a total sample of 70 people. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on performance (Y), self-efficacy (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y) , Work enthusiasm (X3) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with F count (75.390) > F table (2.74) and a significant 0.000 <0.05 means that simultaneously organizational culture, self-efficacy and morale have an influence on employee performance production division of PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis with an adjusted r squared value of 0.764 or 76.4%. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Self Efficacy, Work Spirit, Performance
