<![CDATA[Abstract : The problem this research is the students achievement of Science studies SD N 038 Sekeladi fourth graderes still low with an average value of 60,00 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) Science studiesis 65. Between students, amounting to 20 people only 8 students who achieve classical KKM with 40,00%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of Science studies class IV at SD N 038 Sekeladi with implementation cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievement of Science studies at SDN 038 Sekeadi. The research was conducted on Mart, 2016 ‘to Juny, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SDN 038 Sekeladi, totaling 20 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 60,00. In the first cycle improve an average of 76,20 and an improve in the second with an average 87,60. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 57,14% and the second meeting improve to 64,28%. <![CDATA[Abstract: This study, entitled Implementation of Model Cooperative Numbereds type Heads Together (NHT) To Improve Outcomes Science Learning Student Class V SD Negeri 008 Sipang. This study aims to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 008 Sipang. The method used is the method of classroom action research (PTK) which is implemented in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year. The research sample is 20 students. The results obtained from the study average results of study before action 66.50 with a percentage of 40% increased to 65% with an average of 74 in cycle I. In the second cycle increased to 90% with an average of 83. Activities teachers in cycle the first meeting I earn a percentage of 62.50% with a good category, at the second meeting with a percentage increase of 75.00% in both categories. Furthermore, the first meeting of the second cycle of teacher activity also increased with the percentage of 84.37% is very good category and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased again with a percentage of 90.62% is very good category. Activities of students in the first cycle of the first meeting of the percentage of 56.25% gain enough categories, at a second meeting has increased by 65.62% the percentage of both categories, in this cycle the students begin to understand the learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together characterized by activity students in the second cycle the first meeting with a percentage of 78.12% increased both categories. At the second meeting of the second cycle increased with the percentage of 84.37% sangatbaik category. The results of the study in class V SD Negeri 008 Sipang prove that the implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 008 Sipang.Keywords: Numbered Heads Together, learning outcomes IPA]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : The problem this research is the student achievement of IPA still low, with an average of 69,17 classes. While the value of Minimum Criteria for completeness (KKM) IPA SD Negeri 027 Sintong Kecamatan Tanah Putih is 70. From 12 fifth graderers SD Negeri 027 Sintong Kecamatan Tanah Putih, students who completed as many as 5 peoples, while not complete as many as 7 peoples. Formulation of the problem in this study is: " Is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Make a Match to Improve Student Achievement of IPA Fifth Graderers SD Negeri 027 Sintong Kecamatan Tanah Putih. This research was conducted on April 20, 2016 until May 04, 2016 by 2 Cycle implementation learning. The research subject is fifth graderers SD Negeri 027 Sintong Kecamatan Tanah Putih, amounting to 12 people with 7 male students and 5 female students. This thesis presents the results obtained from the value of learning the semester prior to the action with an average of 60,17 and an increase in UH I at the cycle I to 73,00. In UH II Cycle II was increased again to 77,67. Activities of teachers in the learning process first meeting of cycle I is 58.3 % and the second meeting increased to 70.8 %. At the first meeting of the cycle II of teacher activities increased to 91.7 % and at the second meeting of Cycle II increased to 95.8 %. Similarly, analysis of student activities at the first meeting of cycle I was 54.2 % and increased in the second meeting of cycle to 70,8%. At the first meeting of the cycle II of student activities is 79.2% and at the second meeting of Cycle II increased to 91.7% . <![CDATA[Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons inclass X Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample was determined after doing normality and homogeneity test of 9 classes as population and then class X9 as experiment class and X7 as control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to Reciprocal Teaching models while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test and N-gain normalized test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 4.93>1.67, means that the application of Reciprocal Teaching models can improve student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbons in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,83. <![CDATA[Abstract: The objective of this descriptive research was to describe the students’ ability in choosing conjunctions. The sample of this research was the fourth semester students of English Study Program of Universitas Riau. There were 29 students participating as the sample of this research. The data were quantitative and the instrument of the research was a set of multiple choice structure test which consists of 40 questions about choosing the correct conjunctions to complete English sentences. The collected data were analyzed by calculating the scores of the students in answering the test and classified them to a certain level of ability in choosing conjunctions. The result showed that 3 out of 29 students (10.34%) were in the excellent level of ability, 6 students (20.69%) were in the good level of ability, 8 students (27.59%) were in the average level and 12 students (41.38%) were in the poor level. The students’average score was 52.67. This meant that the students’ ability in choosing conjunctions was in average level of ability. The most difficult type of conjunction for the students is subordinating conjunctions with the mean score 49.48 whereas the easiest one is coordinating conjunctions with the mean score 56.90. This research recommended the students to study more about subordinating conjunctions by practicing to answer questions to make them more familiar with subordinating conjunctions. Future studies should focus on how to improve the student’s ability in choosing conjunctions. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study is aimed to develop learning media by using PowToon on the subject of Colloid at SMA/MA. The result of this study is a product of learning media in the form of CD (compact disk) for Colloid subject which has contents as follows: colloids system, the characteristics of colloids, the role colloids in life and manufactured of colloidal. This study used Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model which has five stages of development; they are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development model was modified by the writer only until the development stage. The result of validation test showed that learning media on the subject of Colloid is valid with the result of validation by media experts and material experts 91,14%, so the developed learning media is properly used on the learning and teaching process. The result of the development has been limited test on 15 students and average score percentase obtained by 86,13%.Key Words : Development of learning media, PowToon, Colloid]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : This study aims 1) To determine the ability to recognize the concept bilangananak children aged 5-6 years at Tk Darul Jannah Kampar before giving the game of snakes and ladders. 2) To determine the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency after the game of snakes and ladders. 3) To determine how much influence the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar after giving the game of snakes and ladders. This type of research is an experimental research. The research sample is the child class B consisting of 20 children in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar with details of 10 boys and 10 girls .. The data was collected using observation and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that 1) The ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar before treatment is given in the form of a game of snakes and ladders are low. 2) The ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar after treatment is given in the form of snakes and ladders game has increased and is high. 3) The game of snakes and ladders have a significant impact on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency. It can be seen that there are differences in the form of increased ability to know the concept of numbers in children before and after treatment. 4) The game of snakes and ladders have an impact of 27.7% on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Jannah Kampar regency.Keywords : Snake and Ladder Game, Numbers Concept]]>

<![CDATA[Abstack: This study aims to determine the effect of cost advantage and differentiation strategy in order to increase sales volumes in the optical business in the city pekanbaru.Populasi in this study is a business venture or optical totaling 59 optics in Pekanbaru 2015, respondents in this study is the owner or employee optics. Samples were obtained using the formula slovin total of 37 optical, samples were taken by using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. It is based on the analysis results, in which the calculation results show F count> F table (12.260> 3.276), followed by t-test to determine whether each independent variable (Strategies cost advantage and differentiation) effect on the dependent variable (Volume Sales). The results of this study partially shows cost advantage and a significant positive effect on sales volume this is evidenced by tcount> t table (2.646> 1.691) .Next differentiation strategy is positive and significant impact on sales volume this is evidenced by the value of t> t table ( 4.066> 1.691). The predictive ability of these two variables on sales volume in this study amounted to 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: strategies excellence, differentiation and volume sales]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Based on observations in kindergarten An Namiroh 4 Pekanbaru, researchers found obstacles in children aged 4-5 years related to the ability to know the number. Therefore, to improve the ability to know the number of children in kindergarten approach is to use the media to draw concrete with the game wheel. Game wheel is used as a medium to facilitate learning in children recognize numbers 1-10. The purpose of this study was to determine how to implement the game wheel so as to improve the ability to know the number of children aged 4-5 years and the increase in the ability to know the number of games with a wheel in children aged 4-5 years. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles. Data collection tools were used in this study is in the form of observation. The number of samples in the study sample was 15 children ranging from 8 samples-sex male and 7 were female. Based showed increased ability to know the number of children aged 4-5 years through the game wheel. Improvement of pre-cycle to the first cycle of 16.11% with undeveloped category (B), an increase from the first cycle to the second cycle of 69.88% with a category Growing Perfect Hope (BSH), and an increase of up to pre-cycle second cycle of 97.24% Growing in accordance with the category of Good Hope (BSH). <![CDATA[Abstract : This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted aims to improve learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SDN 016 Sekeladi by applying inquiry learning model. Formulation of the problem: Does the implementation of inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes IPA grade IV SDN 016 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Hilir.Penelitian Rokan was held on 13 April 2016 until May 4, 2016 with 2 cycles. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 016 Sekeladi totaling 18 people who used the data source. Data collection instrument in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This thesis presents the results obtained from the study before action replay value with an average of 62.22, an increase in the first cycle with the average being 72.05. In the second cycle increased by an average of 80.56. Activities teachers in the learning process in the first cycle, the first meeting of 58.33%, and a second meeting be 66.66%. At the first meeting of the second cycle of 75%, and the second meeting increased to 83.33%. The results of the data analysis activities of students in the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting of 54,13% increase to 62.50%. In the second cycle to the first meeting of 70.83%, and the second meeting increased to 83.33%. The results of the study in class IV SDN 016 Sekeladi prove that the implementation of inquiry learning model can improve learning outcomes IPA grade IV SDN 016 Sekeladi Tanah Putih.
