Abstract

Abstract: Marketing is basically building a brand in the minds of consumers. Where in marketing the product there are still problems faced in marketing. This study aims to determine the marketing problems that arise when marketing the product of home industry in Tembilahan amplang crackers. The population in this study is 9 crackers amplang home industry in Tembilahan and the entire population as sampel.Penelitian carried out in January-March 2016. The object of this study is a home owner in Tembilahan amplang cracker industry. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The data used is primary data, questionnaires (questionnaire) filled respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies conducted on the books and records obtained under the related research. From the results of this study concluded that marketing problems faced by home amplang cracker industry in Tembilahan that of many aspects of procedures or rules applicable rules in the market thus hampering the marketing of 88.89% and from the aspect of marketing channel length can cause large costs incurred by 77.78%. Can be seen there are still problems that are found in the market the production.Keywords: Marketing, Marketing Problems, Home Industry.

Abstract

Abstract : Some students from High School and from Non AccountancyVocational Schools face difficulties on understanding accountancy computer subject(MYOB Accounting). Students graduated from Accountancy Vocational are easier tounderstand the subject because they had learned it before entering the universitycompare by the students graduated from High Schools or Non Accountancy VocationalSchools. The aim of this research is to test the ability of understanding of usingcomputer in accountancy on students gradueted from Non Accountancy VocationalSchools and Science And Social department in High Schools. This research isconducted in Teacher Training and Educational Faculty, Economic Department, RiauUniversity. The result shows that there is a difference on understanding theaccountancy computer subject (MYOB Accounting) on Non Accountancy VocationalSchools and Social department in High Schools. Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 4 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 67.83and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to16 people only 7 students who achieve classical KKM with 43,75%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII2 at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Think TTS. Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type TTS can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N4 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on February15, 2016 ‘to February29, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N4 Tanah Putih, totaling 16 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 69,44. In the first cycle improve an average of 69,90and an improve in the second with an average 83,20. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 64,58% and the second meeting improve to 87,50%. Abstract

Abstrack : Cooperative Learning Method Jigsaw Type is a learning strategy bydividing students into groups with heterogeneous characteristics. Members of differentgroups have a responsibility to learn a material the same material and subsequentlyformed an expert group to help each other reviewing resource materials section. studentin the group of experts back to the original group to teach other members about thematerial they have learned. Students are evaluated on an individual basis about thematerial that has been studied after allowing for discussion. The purpose of thisresearch is to increase students' motivation in learning social studies in class VIII SMPIslam Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This research wasconducted at the place SMP Islam Al-Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Kabupaten RokanHilir The sample used is the eighth grade students numbered 30 people. Data wascollected using observation sheet for teachers, students and student motivation. Resultsfrom studies class actions (Classroom Action Research) is known that the activity ofteachers in the first cycle the average value of 58.33% (Good), but on the second cycleincreased to 86.11% (Good). For the students of this research activity In the first cycle66.67% (Good), while on the second cycle increased to 83.33% (Good). averageindicator Student Motivation This research results in Cycle I 58.33% (moderate),whereas in Cycle II 77.50% (High). Abstract

Abstack: This study aims to determine the effect of cost advantage and differentiation strategy in order to increase sales volumes in the optical business in the city pekanbaru.Populasi in this study is a business venture or optical totaling 59 optics in Pekanbaru 2015, respondents in this study is the owner or employee optics. Samples were obtained using the formula slovin total of 37 optical, samples were taken by using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. It is based on the analysis results, in which the calculation results show F count> F table (12.260> 3.276), followed by t-test to determine whether each independent variable (Strategies cost advantage and differentiation) effect on the dependent variable (Volume Sales). The results of this study partially shows cost advantage and a significant positive effect on sales volume this is evidenced by tcount> t table (2.646> 1.691) .Next differentiation strategy is positive and significant impact on sales volume this is evidenced by the value of t> t table ( 4.066> 1.691). The predictive ability of these two variables on sales volume in this study amounted to 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: strategies excellence, differentiation and volume sales

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how high the level of pedagogical competence economics teachers at Senior high schools in Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative research, conducted in high schools in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used is the teachers of Economics in high schools in the city of Pekanbaru, it was consisted of 16 schools with the number of teachers is 64 people. Sampling is guided by the opinion research Suharsimi Arikunto (2006) which says that when the subject is less than 100 people, the total population is taken all that research was population research. Data was collected by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stage classification, data presentation, and verification. Test data validity include tests of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed the fulfillment of pedagogical indicators 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 show very good criteria and indicators 10 indicate criteria. It shows Economics teachers meet all appropriate pedagogical competence indicator Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007 which in the Permendiknas there are 10 indicators pedagogical competence.Keywords: pedagogical competence

Abstract

Abstrack : The objectives of this research were to know the effect of learning facilities that used by student of class X, dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population of this research was the class X dan XI IPS SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan amount 209 people and the sample amount 137 people. The collected data used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis of this research used simle linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that the using of learning facilities influence on student learning outcomes of class X dan XI IPS in SMAN 1 Teluk Kuantan this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 46,000 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 0,351 with a regresiion equation 46,000 + 0,351. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,392. It means that the contribution of the influence of the use learning facilities on learning outcomes by 39,2%.Key word : Learning facilities, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and attitudesof students on accounting learning achievment. The population is students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah as many as 166 students, and the sample of 106 students.Data collection using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression showed students 'perceptions and students' attitudes have an effect on students learning achievment of class XI IPS 1. This can be seen from the value of constanta (a) of 7, 686 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 1, 171, and 1, 378 with the regression equation 7,686 + 1,371 +, 378. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.273. This means that the contribution of students' perceptions and attitudes to accounting lessons on accounting learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah is 27.3%.Key Words: Perception, Attitude, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to determine the effect of servicequality and propmotion to the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously, with a sample size of 60 people. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, that taking sample by using specific criteria. Data analysis methods use of multiple linear regression. Based on the results obtained F-value (30,911)> F-table (2; 57) = 2.47 means simultaneously servicequality and promotion have a positive and significant impact on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The results of the partial test for service quality variable t-value (2.170)> t-table (1.67) means servicequality influence on decision making. Pormotion variables with the t-value (4.595)> t- table (1.67) means that the promotion has a significant effect on the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru. The coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0.520 it showed that 52% change in the decision making at SD Islam As-Shofaa Pekanbaru determined by the independent variable which is the service quality and promotion, while 48% is determined by other factors.Keyword: Service Quality, Promotion, Decision Making
