Abstract : One of the way to improve the performance of a company is to prevent fraud that will be in the future. Therefore we need an effective of internal control to able to control and supervise any activity in that company. As well as adjustments of compenssation granted to employees to reduce the employees to act fraudulently adverse. Data for this study was obtained by questioner to all permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru that are 96 repondents. Data analysis technique used are normality test, regression, F-test, coefficient detemination analysis and T-test. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously, there were influence between the effectiveness of internal control and compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,002 (below 0,05). The coefficient of determination in this research are 13,5%, both variable jointly influence dependent variable, while 86,5% is influenced by other unclear variable. (2) There were influence between effectiveness of internal control on fraud prevention with significant value 0,006 (below 0,05) and (3) There were no influence between compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,137 > 0,05.Keywords : Internal Control , Compensation Compatibility , Fraud Prevention

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is the result of long jump student still has not said to be good, it is suspected because of the running speed 60 meters. Then, this study aims to determine there is a corelation the running speed 60 meters with long jump results of male students class V SDN 013 Sukamaju Singingi Hilir District. The research sample of the entire population as many as 14 people male students Class V SDN 013 Sukamaju Singingi Hilir district. Data obtained from tests running 60 meters and long jump. This type of research is a correlational study to look at the corelational between two or more variables. In this study, the research data that has been collected and analyzed and then that becomes the variable X is running speed 60 meters and into a variable Y is the long jump results. From the calculation results can be seen that large correlation value of the escape velocity of 60 meters with the results of the long jump male student class V SDN 013 Sukamaju District of Singingi Hilir is 0.435 or r value calculated at 0.662 At the table of values (Product Moment) (5%) of = 0532, or 0.662> 0532 this means r count> r table. Criteria for hypothesis testing Ho accepted if t is smaller than ttabel, but the results of the calculations show that (t> t table) or 3:06> 1.782, thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there has speed ran 60 meters with the results of the long jump male student class V SDN 013 Sukamaju Singingi Hilir District. ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is not maximal yet ability of under service volleyball mini on male student class V SDN 015 Sentajo Raya district. This is presumably due to the low strength of the arm and shoulder muscles. So the author wants to prove the corelation between muscle strength of arms and shoulders with the ability of under service volleyball mini on male student class V SDN 015 Sentajo Raya district. The method used is the correlation method. The sample in this research are male students class V SDN 015 Sentajo Raya District totaling 14 students. The sample selection using total sampling technique. The analysis in this study used correlational. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the value of r count is 0.594 with the value rtabel = 0.532, it means rhitung = 0.594> rtabel = 0.532 and it can be said that there is a corelation between muscle strength of arms and shoulders with the capability of under service volleyball mini game male students class V SDN 015 District of Sentajo Raya. The next test signifikaan, obtained t = 2.56, while ttabel with df = n-2 = 14-2 = 12 at 95% confidence level is 1.782. Ho hypothesis testing criteria accepted if thitung smaller than ttabel while the calculation results show that t = 2.56> table = 1.782, thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there is a corealtion betweern muscle strength of arms and shoulders with ability of under service volleyball mini games on male student class V SDN 015 Sentajo Raya District. ABSTRACT, Based on the problems found, some students do not able to basic techniques of football, then the lack of knowledge of students to the basic techniques of football. Ability to escort and kicked the ball has not been so good. Based on this problem the researchers want to conduct research to determine the extent to which the basic techniques of football team SMPN 1 Pangean. This type of research is descriptive which aims to provide a systematic overview of the state of progress in the research object. The population in this study are all the players on the football team at SMPN 1 Pangean Kab. Kuantan Singingi by the number of players as many as 28 people. The sample in this study also numbered as many as 28 people (total sampling). Further data analysis techniques using deskriptif with analysis ability test basic techniques of football. Based on the results of data processing can be in the know that a Skill Level Basic Technique Football Team SMPN 1 Pangean Kab. Kuantan Singingi of the ability of the ball (heading) relatively less with the average value of 42.89 and the ability to hold a soccer ball (passing) classified as moderate by the Average category with an average of 47.54 and the ability of dribbling (dribbling) is quite good value an average of 64.54, and the ability to kick a ball (shooting) is quite an average of 54.60. Abstack: Selection is a process to produce students college who are required in accordance with the prescribed criteria and categories for each University/College concerned. College selection is itself a national selection for new students at each College of both public and private. Due to some of the students accepted out of the selection that has been set is not able to achieve maximum learning outcomes, resulting in generalization to outcomes learning. In this study aims to compare student results based selection College on Economic Education Study Program in forces 2012 and 2013 University of Riau. This research is located in the program studies economic education Faculty of Teaching and Education University of Riau. Data obtained from Riau University Computer Center in the form of IP (Index Ratings) student college from 2012 and 2013. The technique used is purposive sampling so that the sample amounted to 170 people. The analysis used was ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) to see the difference in student college learning outcomes by the selection. From the results of the analysis, there is a significant difference between the results of study by that is the path Sign SNMPTN Invitation, SNMPTN Written/SBMPTN, PBUD, and Independent. From the above results need to be taken into consideration to the team selectors nationally and team selectors local (University) in determining the selection tools are qualified and screening prospective students who will be admitted to the University is able to compete, ready to learn, achieve maximum learning results and master their fields respective.Keywords: Entrance in Higher Education and Learning Outcomes

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is ability to dribbling football is still considered optimal. This is presumably because of agility. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a corelation the agility with the ability to dribble the soccer game on a team SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir District of Kuantan Singingi. This research is correlational with a sample size of 25 people by using total sampling technique. The research data was obtained from the measurement results using the zig-zag tun test for agility and dribbling skills test. Based on the research that has been done on the players team SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir District of Kuantan Singingi obtained rcount = 0.594. At the significant level of 5% was found rtabel = 0.396. thus rcount> rtabel or 0.594> 0.396 and rcount categorized strong enough. Tests of significance using the formula t test Significance. From the calculation results are known t = 3.54, while t table = 1.714 so t = 3.54> t table = 1.714. Then it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant corelational between agility with the ability to dribbling the team Football SMAN 3 Singingi Hilir District of Kuantan Singingi by category strong enough because r = 0.594.Keywords : Agility, Dribbling, Soccer

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is the result of the long jump which is owned by the students of class VIII SMPN 2 Sentajo Raya district. This problem is suspected because of the 40 yard dash speed of the students. The purpose of this study was to prove whether there is a corelation 40 yard dash results with the long jump ability on class VIII students of SMPN 2 Sentajo Raya district. The method used is the correlation method-method used to determine the degree of correlation between the different variables. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 2 Sentajo Raya district, which amounted to 18 people. The sample selection using total sampling technique thus the sample in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 2 Sentajo Raya district namely 18 people. Analysis of data using correlation and regression analysis. Before testing the hypothesis to test hypotheses and analysis requirements for linearity test regression line by F test using a significance level of 5%. Obtained Fcount = 0.83> F table = 4:41, and the regression equation is Y = 16.75 + 0.83x. Furthermore, to test the truth of the correlation between variables X and Y then tested the significance of using the formula t test of significance. The calculation of the results t = 2.79, while table = 1,746. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "the presence of a significant correlation between 40 yard dash results and Long Jump Ability on class VIII students of SMPN 2 Sentajo Raya district" is received, the value of r count of 0572.Keywords : 40 Yard Dash, Long Jump

ABSTRACT, The problem in this study were students in movement, especially at the time of passing students have not been so good, it is suspected because of foot-eye coordination is not optimal. This study aims to determine whether there is a corelation between eye coordination and foot with passing ability in the game of sepak takraw at students of SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan, in this study a sample of the entire population of students who take extra sepak takraw with a total of 36 people. Based on the research that has been done on the student SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Kuantan who follow extracurricular sepak takraw to determine the extent to which the corelation between the eye and foot coordination with sepak takraw passing ability of students, obtained r = 0454 included the category enough. Tests of significance using the formula t test Significance. From the calculation results are known t = 2.97, while t table = 1.697. So t = 2.97> t table = 1.697. Abstract : Based on field observation, it was clear that the serve of the students used to go out of the field and the ball used to be stuck on the net in a practise or an inter school match. It meant that the serve was not on the target or the students had a low accuracy of serving. The aim of the research was to see the correlation of the explosive power of arm muscle and shoulder in the accuracy of volleyball serve for senior high school Muhammadiyah Berti. The population of the research was 17 students who were still active to follow the practise. The collecting data technique was total sampling. According to the result of the analyses and the previous discussions, it concluded that the power of arm muscle and shoulder correlated to the result of the volleyball serve in senior high school Muhammadiyah Berti Pekanbaru.
