Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students ofclass VII C SMP Alkaromah Aidarusy on History Lesson IPS. The results of studentlearning is still low and does not reach the specified KKM is 70. This is partly due tothe methods used in the study are less precise IPS. The purpose of this study was todetermine the application of learning model Think Pair Share and know the learningoutcome IPS History class VII C SMP Alkaromah Aidarusy through the implementationof learning model Think Pair Share. This research using method classroom actionresearch, which lasted for two cycles. Research action plan, starting from planning,implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects numbered 18 people. Collectingdata using tests and observation. Data were analyzed by looking at the activity ofteachers and students as well as absorption and mastery learning students bothindividual and classical. The results showed that the learning model Think Pair Sharelearning model can improve the learning process and improve student learningoutcomes. This is evidenced by the increased activity of teacher and students in cycle Iand II. Besides, the learning outcomes of students also increased from indigo pre PTK,cycle I and cycle 2.Keywords: Activities of students and learning outcomes, social studies learning history,learning model Think Pair Share

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of the IndustrialEmployment Practices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student ofAccounting in Vocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru on64 students have completed the criteria Industry Employment Practices in the BusinessWorld or World Industry (DUDI). Data analysis techniques used in this study is asimple linear regression analysis were used to observe the effect of the Industrial WorkPractices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student of Accounting inVocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru. Thequestionnaire results from 54 respondents obtained more than 50% of students statedthat the industry work practices have been very appropriate. As for the Work Readinessindicators obtained their statements that do not conform are indicators of science. Theresults of the simple linear regression analysis obtained by the positive influence of theIndustrial Employment Practices Work Readiness amounted to 21.50%, while 78.50%influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that the results of this study are positiveinfluence between the Industrial Employment Practices Work Readiness significantly.Keywords: Work Practices Industry, Job Readiness

Abstract

Abstract : The learning result is the ability of the student after he received alearning experience, to determine the results of the study carried out using the test.Basically, student learning outcomes in social studies Economics at SMPN 6 Siak HuluKampar regency still low. This happens because teachers often use the conventionalmethod of learning which is still dominated by lectures so monotonous, and the lack ofuse of media subjects during teaching and learning process. Given this research, aimsto determine the effect of the use of instructional media and audiovisual power pointtowards learning outcomes IPS Economy class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar regency.This study uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were allstudents or a student of class VII SMPN 6 Siak Hulu Kampar numbered 80 students.samples taken in this study 54 students appointed intentionally (purposive). This studyshows that in general learning media in the form of power point, pictures and videossignificant effect by 19%.Keywords: Learning Media Power Point and Audiovisual, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : Some students from High School and from Non AccountancyVocational Schools face difficulties on understanding accountancy computer subject(MYOB Accounting). Students graduated from Accountancy Vocational are easier tounderstand the subject because they had learned it before entering the universitycompare by the students graduated from High Schools or Non Accountancy VocationalSchools. The aim of this research is to test the ability of understanding of usingcomputer in accountancy on students gradueted from Non Accountancy VocationalSchools and Science And Social department in High Schools. This research isconducted in Teacher Training and Educational Faculty, Economic Department, RiauUniversity. The result shows that there is a difference on understanding theaccountancy computer subject (MYOB Accounting) on Non Accountancy VocationalSchools and Social department in High Schools. Abstract:Bulean is a ceremony of traditional medicine that is led by a handler(Kumantan) assisted by pebayu and flunky Belian. During the ceremony drum (ketobang)have an important role to accompany the dance magic and incantations sung by thehandler in a state of unconsciousness. The ceremony consists of several stages: see thedisease, find a cure, create medicines, medicines and closes the medicine (memotimedicines) The purpose of this research is to find out the history of dance in unison Buleanin District Rengat West Indragiri Hulu in Riau, to know the process of implementation ofdance in unison Bulean in District Rengat West Indragiri Hulu in Riau, To determine thefunction of dance in unison Bulean in District Rengat West County Indragiri Hulu in Riauprovince.The method used in this research is the historical method and qualitative methods.Data were obtained from interviews and analyzed in its own language. The researchlocation is in Talang Jerinjing Rengat Western District of Indragiri Hulu. When the studystarted from the seminar proposal to the Final exam. Data collection techniques used wereobservation, interview techniques, technical documentation and technical literature.BuleanRentak dance comes from the word meaning unison footwork lope, while Bulean namecomes from wood that Wood Bulean. Bulean wood is the material for making ketobung.Ketobung a long drum that is specifically used as a dance accompanist Rentak Bulean. It'shard to know when and who created the dance Rentak Bulean for the first time so presentin the midst of community life Indragiri Hulu, it is because there is no clear data about thedances. Bulean Rentak this dance usually displayed in certain events and serves as a danceentertainment in society Indragiri Hulu.Keywords: Dance Rentak Bulean

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the service quality andmember satisfaction of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Usaha Bersama Tembilahan. Thepopulation in this study are members of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Usaha BersamaTembilahan. Research using the quadrant method (Importance Performance Analysis).Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The study states that theaverage score of expectations assessed on five (5) indicator that is tangible, reliability,responsiveness, assurance and empathy is of 3.52 means that the level of expectations ofcooperative members with the services category Important average score performanceis assessed by 5 (five) indicator that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy is at 2.64 meaning that the level of expectation of cooperative members toservices is satisfied. But the score is lower than the scores of expectations. Based oncalculations, the degree of correspondence between expectations and performance ofservices in the Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Usaha Bersama Tembilahan lies in the range of60% - 81% were categorized Satisfied. The results of Cartesian matrix analysis diagramshows that tangible, reliability and responsiveness is a variable which is a priority ofthe cooperative and based on the assessment of performance, these three variablescategory should be maintained. Assurance and empathy in terms of the level ofexpectation in the category less than expected while terms of level of performance isconsidered excessive that needs to be reduced, especially in terms of relations betweenemployees and members of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Usaha Bersama Tembilahan.Keyword: Service Quality dan Satisfaction2

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Historiography of Siak not only discuss about the process ofgrowing and developing, it also has been recorded the ebbtide incidents faces by SiakEmpire and about characters who have a lot of role in the course of Siak Empire. Bywriting about character who have a lot of roe in the course of Siak Empire. By writingabout character that has been fighting, people will know deeper and respect to the effortof the fighters in maintaining Siak Empire. Adviser of Sultanis one of the characters thathas important role in helping sultan to run the government. In history of Siak empire,Sayid Osman Syahabuddin bin Abdurrahman is one of one the adviser that have took apart in developing Siak Empire. The purposes of this study are: (1) To reveals thehistory lives of Sayid Osman Syahabuddin as character who took a part in Siak Empire,(2). To discovers the role of Sayid Osman Syahabuddin as sultan adviser in SiakEmpire, (3) To finds out the other roles of Sayid Osman Syahabuddin including assultan adviser.This study used the historical method or historic. The data were collectedthrough library studies and interviews. This study started from the submission of title ofproposal until the last revision of this study was done by the writer. The result of thisstudy showed that Sayid Osman Syahabuddin had important role in raising anddeveloping Siak Empire. As someone who has wide knowledge, Sayid OsmanSyahabuddin gave many advices to Sultan in developing Siak Empire. Moreover, SayidOsman Syahabuddin was a skilled commander of war and he also was a clergy whotook a part in deepening and consolidating belief of people in Siak Empire about IslamReligion.Keywords: Role, Adviser, and Siak Empire.

Abstract

Abstract: Unoptimal student achievement caused by poor ability of students toremember the lesson. In that regard the school have an important role in improvingmemory in learning, especially for students in school. But so far the school has notshown efforts to deal with such matters. Therefore, the researchers felt the need todevelop a material on Memory Improvement in Learning is expected to be used by theteacher guidance and counseling to be delivered to students. This material is preparedusing methods of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research is 1)Establishment of the material in Learning Memory Improvement in terms of clarity,systematics, image support, freshness and completeness of the materials and supportgames / video 2) To determine the quality of material produced. This material isvalidated by the supervisor 1 & 2 teachers and 35 students Counseling SMAN 4Pekanbaru. This material is tested to the student with the allocation of a 3-hour lessons(3 x 45 '). This material consists of the brain and memory, storage system information inmemory, the way the brain stores information, sense memory, the stages of themechanism of memory, the factors that affect memory, activity triggers the effectivenessof memory, and a method to sharpen memory. The results of the development of thismaterial indicates the quality of the material produced is in the category of "VeryGood", with the acquisition of a score of 4.27 for the entire aspect of the assessment.Keywords: Modul Of Guidance and Counseling, Memory

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the result of shot put students are still many who do not reach the target. This is presumably because of the explosive power of arms and shoulders. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a corelation explosive power of arms and shoulders with shot put results students of SMPN 6 Teluk Tengah District of Kuantan Tengah. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As the independent variable (X) is explosive power and arm muscles while the dependent variable (Y) is the result of shot put. This empirically Data obtained from the tests using two hand medicine ball put and shot put test. Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical procedures of research, it can be concluded that for the corelation between the variables x and y values obtained r = 0.66 then r xy> rtabel (0.66> 0.361). And obtained the mean of 4.71 thitungsebesar thitung> ttabel (4.71> 1.701) so this shows that the variables X and Y there is a significant corelation, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords : Explosive Power Arm and Shoulder Muscles, Shot Put

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the lack of soccer dribbling skills in SMAN 1 District of Inuman. It is suspected factor agility. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a contribution the agility with soccer dribbling ability at SMAN 1 District of Inuman. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the level of contribution between these variables. As the independent variable (X) is agility while the dependent variable (Y) is a soccer dribbling ability . The sample in this study is malae student class XI who numbered 30 people (purposive sampling). Data obtained from the results of the test agility and ability tests dribbling. Based on the research that has been done on male students of class XI SMAN 1 District of Inuman obtained rhitung = 0422> rtabel = 0.361, meaning there is a significant corelation between agility with soccer dribbling ability. Next look for the big contribution of variable X to Y, count r 2 x 100% = 17.8%. It can be concluded "There is contributing agility with soccer dribbling ability at SMAN 1 District of Inuman with the amount of contributions amounting to 17.8%".Keywords : Agility, Dribbling, Soccer
