Abstract

Abstract: This thesis the existence of Balinese culture in the village of Lubuk Raya Kecamtan Kandis. As we know the people of Bali are people who have a lot of culture. Balinese culture is always closely associated with religious ceremonies or religious. The purpose of this study is going to know when the early arrival of the Balinese people in the hamlet Lubuk Raya and the other what the culture and customs of the people of Bali are still being used and how they maintain and preserve their culture by the number of people of Bali are very little compared with other communities. This research was conducted with history or historical research methods. Data collected from interviews. When the study began after the seminar proposal until the completion of the last revision of the thesis writer. The results of this study are the people of Bali are located in the hamlet of Lubuk Raya still adhere to their native culture although there are some differences and how they maintain their culture is one way to perform religious ceremonies regularly every Sunday morning.Keywords: existence of Balinese culture.

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem of life in the era of social plurality is a conflict, either between individuals or groups. Conflict can be called as an enduring entity in any difference. Therefore, there is a difference semasih eliminate it is "impossible", but you can do is minimize. The strategy is the implementation of multicultural education in the curriculum, in addition to lack of agreement among the different dialog. However, it should be emphasized that in accordance with the role and function of basic education as transfer value and knowledge (transfer of values and knowledge), then the multicultural education have ideals, namely the realization of peace, justice, brotherhood and social, anti-conflict, violence, and discriminatory.Keywords: Conflict, Chinese and indigenous

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations when viewed Club Riau Televisionexercises are still many mistakes committed athlete Club Riau Television in completingmovement forehand long service. Starting from the time of taking the initial attitude, theprecision when doing long forehand service, the strength of the arm and shouldermuscles that have not been up to the time of service forehand long. The purpose of thisresearch is to look at the relationship of muscle strength of arms and shoulders with aprecision forehand long service Putera Club athletes RTV Pekanbaru. The populationin this study is the athletes Putera Club RTV Pekanbaru amounting to 8 people.Techniques of sampling using total sampling technique, where the entire population ismade in the sample. Data obtained from the dynamometer and expanding measurementcapabilities forehand long service. Data were analyzed using correlation producmoment. Based on the research that has been described in the previous chapter can bestated the conclusion that there is a significant correlation between the strength of armsand shoulders (X) with a long service forehand (Y) badminton athletes Putera Club RTVPekanbaru, obtained rhitung = 0.817> rtabel = 0.754 at α = 0.05.Keywords: Arm and Shoulder Muscle strength, long service forehand, and badminton.

Abstract

Abstract : Students are not only learning to get student achievement, but alsolearning to deal with or overcome the various problems.. For example the issue of thecommunication anxiety and anxiety to face the exam. Therefore, the researchers need todevelop a material about the student anxiety in the schools. This research is expected tobe used by guidance and counseling teachersto solve the student’s problems. Thismaterial is prepared using research and development (R & D) methods. The purposesare 1)Establishment of appropriate materials about student anxiety of SMA. 2) Todetermine the quality of the student anxiety materials. This material had validated bytwo supervisors, guidance and counseling teacher, and for students of SMA. Thismaterial is tested in 4 lessonhours time (4 x 45minutes). This material consists of asense of anxiety, characteristics of anxiety, factors affecting anxiety, symptoms ofanxiety, the sense of anxiety communication, the characteristics of anxietycommunication, factors that influence the anxiety of communication, how to overcomeanxiety communication. The results of the development of this material indicates thequality of the material produced is in “Very Good” category, with the acquisition score4.2 for all aspects of assessment.Keywords: Development of guidance counseling materials, student anxiety

Abstract

Abstract : Everyone needs a job to work. In society there are many differenttypes of work, each individual has the freedom to choose a career or a job as well as aview of life in the future, followed by responsibility, which is responsible for theconsequences arising from the choice. The responsibility of a person not only focus andcentered on himself, but also with other people seimbang.Materi was prepared usingthe methods of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research is 1)Establishment of Career Planning material that is suitable for students of Senior HighSchool. 2) To determine the quality of material produced Career Planning. Thismaterial is validated by the supervisor I, II lecturers, teachers guidance and counseling,as well as 29 students of Senior High School. This material is tested to the student withthe allocation of time of 4 hours of lessons (4 x 45 '). This material consists of a sense ofCareer Planning, Interest and Talent, Career planning purposes, the forms of highereducation in Indonesia and fields of work, steps Career Planning. The results of thedevelopment of this material indicates the quality of the material produced in thecategory "Very Good", with the acquisition of a score of 4.2 for all aspects ofassessment.Keywords: Development of guidance counseling materials, career planning student

Abstract: Regional culture is part of the national culture, and is a distinctivecharacteristic to the region to support the national culture. Therefore, it becomes ourresponsibility to nurture and develop it in order to enrich the Indonesian nation. In thecreative life of the community always produce cultural products, in Indonesia known asthe diversity of race, ethnicity, language makes Indonesia as a country rich in culturalproducts. Of the many provinces in Indonesia, the Riau province that is based on theMalay culture, the products are very well known by the people of Indonesia, regionaland even international. Among these cultures known for performing arts oral literatureSinging Long vibrant and growing area Pelalawan From past to present oral traditionsused by society Petalangan as entertainment in a variety of cultural events, such as inthe event of event marriages, circumcisions and other celebration events. The purposeof this study was to determine the Song of Long communities Petalangan Pelalawan, toknow the message of the song of Long communities Petalangan Pelalawan, to know theexistence of Songs of Long communities Petalangan Pelalawan, To determine the roleof government in the preservation Songs of Long communities Petalangan Pelalawan,and for know the perception of the younger generation of the Song of length and howinheritance. The method used in this research is the historical method and qualitativemethods. Data were obtained from interviews and analyzed in its own language. Theresearch location is in Pelalawan. When the study started from the seminar proposal tothe Final exam. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviewtechniques, technical documentation and technical literature. Results from this researchthat the message contained in stories such as The Song Long live the attitude ofdeliberation, moral and educational role in the life sciences. Abstract

Abstracts : Business owners of palm sugar in Rambah Tengah Barat Villagehas a limited to develop their businesses due to resources organization problems,production and marketing. On the other hand, the palm sugar has high economisvalues and able potentially increase their income. The purpose of this reseach is toanalyse the alternatives strategy in developing palm sugar production based onSWOT analysis. The population are all palm sugar business owners in the RambahTengah Barat Village amounted of 30 people and samples are taken five businessowners. Data is collected trough documentation study, questionnaires and interviewtechnique. Data is then, analyzed by descriptive qualitative based on SWOT analysis.This result of the research is seven alternatives of business development strategies thathave been prioritized. The seven alternative strategies are: (1) its partnership ties withbusiness development agencies; 1) its partnership ties with business developmentagencies; (2) the establishment of business partnerships with other parties; (3)providing integrated marketing center for the area of industrial products; (4)development of microfinance institutions; (5) establishment of agro-industryinformation service center; (6) availability relevant instructors; (7) productdiversification.Keywords: Business Development Strategy, palm sugar, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the result of learning penjasorkes students are still many who do not reach the target (KKM). This is presumably because the nutrition status of being owned students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a contribution nutrition status with penjasorkes learning outcomes class V male students of SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As the independent variable (X) is a nutritional status of male students class V SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik while the dependent variable (Y) is the penjasorkes learning outcomes class V male students of SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik. Based on the research that has been done on male students in class V SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik to determine the extent of the contribution of nutrition status with penjasorkes learning outcomes class V male students of SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik obtained rhitung (0.51)> rtabel (0,482). Then it can be concluded as follows: There is contributing nutrition status with penjasorkes learning outcomes class V male students of SDN 002 Kinali District of Kuantan Mudik with a contribution of 26.01%.Keywords : Nutrition Status, Learning Outcomes, Penjasorkes

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is the lack of top serve ability being owned by the students of SMPN 5 Singingi Hilir. This problem is suspected because of the strength of the arm and shoulder muscles. To the researchers aim to prove the corelation between these variables. The method used is a corelational method. Population in this study were students of SMPN 5 Singingi Hilir District of Singingi Hilir who follow extracurricular activities totaled 25 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling so that the sample in this study there were 25 students. Data obtained from the test results pull up and test top serve volleyball. From the analysis, the correlation value can be seen that the value of r count is 0.619 with the value rtabel = 0.396, it means rcount = 0.619> rtabel = 0.396 and it can be said that there is a significant correlation strength of arms and shoulders muscle with the ability to top serve volleyball in students extracurricular activities at SMPN 5 Singingi Hilir District of Singingi Hilir. After the correlation number obtained, further testing the hypothesis by using t-test Significance formula. The calculation of the results t = 3.78, while ttabel with df = n-2 = 25-2 = 23 at 95% confidence level is 1.714. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there is a corealtion of arms and shoulders strength muscle with the ability to to serve volleyball in extracurricular student at SMPN 5 Singingi Hilir District of Singingi Hilir." Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this study originated from the observation of the author during semester exams and competitions class meeting, the low result of the long jump SMA Negeri 1 Benai District of Kuantan Singingi caused by several factors, namely the explosive power leg muscle. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of explosive power leg muscle to long jump result on SMA Negeri 1 Benai students District of Kuantan Singingi. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Benai District Kuantan Singingi totaling 35 people using techniques that side where all the total population sampled, to obtain research data used vertical jump and long jump. Data were analyzed with simple product moment, to determine the contribution of used frequency determinant. Based on data analysis found that the results obtained explosive power leg muscle had significant corelation with the results of the long jump SMA Negeri 1 Benai students District of Kuantan Singingi, characterized by the results obtained by the rcount (0494)> rtable, (0334) and has contributed Kp = r2 (0.4942) x100% = 24%.Keywords : Explosive Power Leg Muscles, Long Jump
