Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background of the problems in this study was the variation of physical activity undertaken by students of SMPN 5 kopah, many types of activities will be related to physical fitness. However, lack of accurate data on students of SMPN 5 kopah makes researchers intersted to conduct this research. This research is descriptive, objective of this study was to determine the physical fitness of class V students at SMPN 5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah. Data obtained from the test results TKJI with a sample of 26 male students (purposive sampling). Based on the analysis of physical fitness of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah, it is obtained: 1) To Level Physical Freshness fitness of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah to both categories once and either no or 0%, 2) To Level Physical freshness fitness of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah with category showed 11.5% with the number of students as much as 3, 3) to Level Physical freshness fitness of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah with less category showed 69.2% with the number of students as many as 18 people, and 4) to Level Physical Freshness fitness of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah with less category once showed 19.2% with the number of students as many as five people. From the above data it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of class V students at SMPN5 Kopah District of Kuantan Tengah classified in categories less, it is known from the value of the average value of 11:08 with less category as they are the sum of the values 10-13..Keywords : Studies, Physical Fitnees,

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers as educators responsible bequeath values and norms tosubsequent generations. Education plays a very important in the process of improvingthe quality of human resources. Improving the quality of education is a process that isintegrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources. Recognizingthe importance of the process of improving the quality of human resources, thegovernment together with the private sector together to work to make education inIndonesia more qualified among others, through the development and improvement ofcurriculum and evaluation system, improvement of educational facilities, developmentand procurement of teaching materials, and training for teachers and other educationpersonnel. The purpose of this study was to determine the pedagogical competence ofteachers IPS in activities MGMP in SMP 16 Pekanbaru, to know the difficulties incarrying out the activities in MGMP, for mengtahui effort must be made to overcomethe difficulties in conducting in MGMP, and to determine the relationship MGMP theachievement of a good teacher pedagogical competence. The method used in this studyis a qualitative and descriptive analysis. Data obtained from questionnaires andinterviews were analyzed by using percentage calculations. The research location is inSMP 16 Pekanbaru. When the study began seminar proposal to the thesis examination.The data collection technique used is the technique of questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation and tabulation of the data contained in the form of a frequency table. Inthis study as a benchmark efforts to improve teachers' pedagogical competence throughMGMP IPS in SMP 16 Pekanbaru is composed of 10 indicators. The data collected inthe questionnaire authors then analyzed, after being found last percentage isinterpreted by the sentences are qualitative. The 10 indicators are: 1). UnderstandingKareteristik Students Of Physical Aspects, Moral, Spiritual, Social, Cultural,Emotional, and Intellectual. 2). Mastering Learning Theory and Principles of LearningThe Educate. 3). Develop Curriculum Related Subjects With The Amnestied. 4). TheEducating Learning organizes. 5). Utilizing Information and CommunicationTechnology for Learning. 6). Facilitate the Development of Potential Students toactualize various potentials Owned. 7). Communicating Effectively, empathetic, andSantun With Students. 8). Conducting Assessment and Evaluation Process of Learning.9). Utilizing Assessment and Evaluation for learning needs. 10). Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is under service volleyball male students class V SDN 003 Pulau Padang District of Singingi not in good category either. This problem is suspected because of the muscle strength arm and shoulder possessed by the students. The purpose of this study was to prove the corealation muscle strength of arms and shoulders with the ability to under serve volleyball. The method used is the correlation method is a method used to determine the degree of correlation between the different variables. The population in this study were male students class V SDN 003 Pulau Padang Singingi District, which amounted to 14 people. The sample selection using total sampling technique thus the sample in this study were 14 male students. Analysis of data using correlation and regression analysis. Before testing the hypothesis to test hypotheses and analysis requirements for linearity test regression line by F test using a significance level of 5%. Obtained Fhitung = 5.41> F table = 4.60, and the regression equation is Y = 8:21 + 0.92X. Furthermore, to test the truth of the correlation between variables X and Y then tested the significance of using the formula t test of significance. From the calculation results are known t = 2.32, while table = 1.782. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is "The Corelation strength of arms and shoulders with the ability to under serve volleyball on a male students in class V SDN 003 Pulau Padang District of Singingi" is received, the value of r count of 0496..Keywords : Strenght, Arm and Shoulders, Under Serve, Volleyball

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is learning outcome students are below a minimum learning competency standards (KKM) and the majority of the number of students is not far above the KKM. It may be caused by nutritional status possessed by the students. The purpose of this study was to determine the corelation of the nutritional status of students with the penjasorkes learning outcome students class V of SDN 010 Beringin Jaya District of Sentajo Raya. This research is correlational with a total sample of 35 people. Based on the research that has been conducted on class V SDN 010 Beringin Jaya District of Sentajo Raya obtained r = 0.514 medium category. Tests of significance using the formula t test Significance. From the calculation results are known t = 3.44, while t table = 1.679 so t = 3.44> t table = 1.679. That Hypothesis (Ho) rejected that reads: There is no significant corelation between the nutritional status of students (X) with the penjasorkes learning outcomes (Y). Based on the analysis of data obtained by the correlation coefficient of r = 0.514 where or significance was tested by t test and obtained t count equal to 3.44 means thitung> t table (1,679) thus Ha received, so it can be concluded there is a corelation the nutritional status of students with penjasorkes learning outcomes on class V SDN 010 Beringin Jaya District of Sentajo Raya.Keywords : Nutritional Status, Learning Outcome, Penjasorkes

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is dribbling soccer ability player on Team SMPN 1 Logas Tanah Darat District of Logas Tanah Darat has not been so good. This is presumably because of the agility. So, the purpose of this study to determine the corelational agility with soccer dribbling ablity on Team SMPN 1 Logas Tanah Darat District of Logas Tanah Darat. This study is a correlational study by comparing the measurement results of two different variables, in this study a sample of the entire football player Team SMPN 1 Logas Tanah Darat with a total of 18 people. Based on analysed of data that large correlation value agility with dribling soccer ability team SMPN 1 Logas Tanah Darat District of Logas Tanah Darat is r count of 0597 In the table of values (Product Moment) (5%) of = 0468, or 0597> 0468 this means r count> r table, means Ho rejected means that the hypothesis is accepted linear regression model. Further testing the hypothesis by using the formula t test Significance. From the calculation results are known t = 2974 while ttabel with dk = n-2 = 18-2 = 16 at 95% confidence level is 1.746. Criteria for hypothesis testing Ho accepted if thitung smaller than ttabel, but the result of the calculation shows that (thitung> ttabel) or 2,974> 1,746., And is therefore null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there is corelation agility with dribling soccer ability on team football at SMPN 1 Logas Tanah Darat District of Logas Tanah Darat. Abstract

ABSTRACT, The problem in this research is some of female studnets of SDN 018 Sungai Keranji are the result of squat style long jump that does not reach the target. This is presumably because one of the factors that condition explosive power leg muscle. So, the researchers wanted to prove by means research. Type of research is correlational research that collected two variables: the variables x and y. As the variable x is the explosive power leg muscle of female students class IV of SDN 018 Sungai Keranji District of Singingi and variable y is the squat style long jump result female students class IV SDN 018 Sungai Keranji District of Singingi. The sample in this study specifically taking a class IV female students SDN 018 Sungai Keranji District of Singingi totaling 25 people. Data obtained from the results of tests measuring the standing broad jump and squat style long jump. From the results of calculations found the value of r count is 0.415 with the value rtabel = 0.396, it means rcount = 0.415> rtabel = 0.396 and it can be said that there is a relationship between the explosive power leg muscle with the squat style long jump results female students class IV SDN 018 Sungai Keranji district of Singingi. Criteria for hypothesis testing Ho accepted if tcount smaller than ttable while the calculation results show that t = 2.19> table = 1.714, thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that "there is a corelation between the explosive power leg muscle with the squat style long jump rseults female students class IV SDN 018 Sungai Keranji District of Singingi. Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is a physical education student learning outcomes are still many who do not reach the target (KKM). This is presumably because the physical fitness of students owned. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the corelation between physical fitness of students with physical education learning outcomes fourth grade students of SDN 008 Teratak Air Hitam District of Sentajo Raya. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As the independent variable (X) is a physical fitness Grade IV SDN 008 Teratak Air Hitam District of Sentajo Raya while the dependent variable (Y) is a Physical Education Learning Outcomes Student Class IV SDN 008 Teratak Air Hitam District of Sentajo Raya. Based on the research that has been done in Class IV SDN 008 Teratak Air Hitam District of Sentajo Raya to determine the extent to which the relationship of physical fitness to the results of learning outcomes obtained r = 0.688 including both categories. Tests of significance using the formula t test Significance. From the calculation results are known t = 4.13 while t table = 1.729 so t = 4.13> t table = 1.729. Then it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant corelation between Physical Fitness with Class IV student learning outcomes SDN 008 Teratak Air Hitam District of Sentajo Raya with a good category for r = 0.688.Keywords : Physical Fitnees, Leraning Outcome, Physical Education

Abstract

Abstract: Fish Salai is a kind of traditional food at affordable prices and has a distinctive taste and savory. Demand for fish Salai in the village of Koto Masjid enormous because catfish smoked fish processing centers exist only in the village of Koto Masjid and also Salai Fish Marketing area is generally prevalent in the area Riau Province and outside the area of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine Prospects Ikan Patin Salai seen from Aspects of Revenue and Business Development in the future. Respondents were interviewed are entrepreneurs Salai fish processors in the village of Koto Masjid District XIII Koto Kampar with numbered sample of 7 respondents. The results showed an overall revenue smoked fish processing, on average, net income of Rp. 19,026,201 and the number of comparison analysis to the average level of the ratio of R / C is 1.15. And the breakdown of a SWOT analysis business development aspects: 1). Maintaining taste delicious, distinctive and durable. 2). Maintain and increase the price and the production process is easy and fast. 3). Adding new marketing branch. 4). Producing its own raw materials in the form of catfish 5). Adding a variety of new products to prevent kebosananan smoked fish, catfish. 6). To collaborate with the owners of capital such as banks, cooperatives 7). And improve the quality of product variants. 8). Creating a good business management so as to increase the maximum benefit and coordinated effort 9). Abstract

Abstrack: The cooperative is a business entity whose members are individuals or legal entity with the bases cooperative activities based on the principle of cooperation as well as peoples economic movement based on the principle of kinship. The purpose of cooperatives is to fight for the satisfaction of individual goals of its members. This research was conducted in the savings and loan cooperatives Bayduri Permai address at Jl. Rokan Mandau. The population in this study are all members of the cooperative Bayduri districts Mandau totaling 46 people . However, because the board is not used as a sample, the sample of the research in is the number of members , as many as 40 people. This research data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to all members of the cooperative. The data in this study normal distribution is by Taraf Sig . < Value Asymp.Sig . ( 0.05 < 0.918 and 0.832). The study hypothesis was that there is a significant influence on the participation of members of the board s performance is met where the value of the F test 38.852 > 0.05. So a significant difference between the performance variable board member participation . The coefficient of determination based on the test , there are significant performance variables by 50.6 % to variable participation. For Bayduri cooperatives in order to maintain performance management is variable due to poor performance or both will have an impact and influence on the participation of members.Keywords: Board Performance, Participation Of Members

Abstract

Abstract: Based on Pre-survey, data obtained after conducting a survey to 10 consumers who have used the product Wardah concluded that 8 of 10 consumers are feeling very satisfied after using the product Wardah, on point of views are the product quality, price and customer service. The goal of this research is to determine the factors that affect the level of customer satisfaction in beauty products islami Wardah. The population in this study is a student at the Faculty of Education, University of Riau that using products Wardah. The number of samples in this study is 50 students with accendential sampling techniques. Data analysis technique that used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this research that among these three factors that affect the level of customer satisfaction in beauty products Wardah, such as: a factor of the quality of services, aspects that affect customer satisfaction on the quality of service is responsiveness, direct evidence and the good service.Keywords: service, costumer satisfaction
