Abstract: This research aims to describe student’s proses skill with a Guided-Discovery Model on matter of temperature and heat. Population in this study were all 7th of class in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. Sample were taken from 2 homogeneous classes, then randomly determined experimental classes that applied Guided-Discovery model and conventional classes. The type of this research is quasi experiments by the design of intact group comparison; the instrument used is a process skill test. Data collection techniques used is descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the study state that there are differences in student process skills between the experimental class and the conventional class. Average absorption of experimental class 71,1 while the conventional class with an average of 56. Thus the implementation of Guided-Discovery model can improve process skills.Key Words: Guided-Discovery, Process Skills, Temperature and Heat

Abstract: The background of this research departs from teaching instruction in the pantun ulu jambau. The problem that arises is what is the point of teaching that is found in the pantun ulu jambau. The aim of this study is to describe the teaching points found in the pantun ulu jambau. The benefits of this study are divided into three, namely theoretical, practical and educational. The research method used is a qualitative method that describes descriptive data. Data collection techniques used are literature studies and enriched with interviews. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive method. The data sources in this research are pantun ulu jambau by datuk patido ajo. The validity technique of data using persistence techniques in observing perseverance in meaning means searching for interpretations consistently in various ways, namely by acting on the psychic resource person and with a constant analysis process. reference material pantun ulu jambau works datuk patido ajo researchers focus on teaching points (obedience to 9 data leaders), (deliberation and consensus 4 data), (modesty 4 data), (utilizing time 4 data). Abstract: This research to improve the learning process and the student’s mathematical understanding skill by Discovery Learning model. The type of this research is Classrom Action Research with two cycles. The subject of this research were students of class VII2 SMPN 5 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in the second semester of academic year 2017/2018. The research instruments used are mathematical learning instruments (Syllabus, Lesson Plans, and Student Worksheet) and instruments for collecting data (Observation Sheets and Mathematical-Understanding Tests). The observation sheets were used to find out the data of students and teacher activity during learning process wich would analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, and mathematical understanding test were used to collect the student’s mathematical understanding skill outcomes which would analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis of the observation sheets showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Result of the test indicated that the student’s learning achievement for the first is 50,9 improved in cycle I to 75,68 and improved to 85,30 in cycle II. The improvement of student’s learning achievement founded for each indicator of mathematical understanding skill: redefine the concept, appyling the concept logically, and associating various concepts in mathematics. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that the implementation of Discovery Learning model approach can improve the learning process and the students’ mathematical understanding skill outcomes at class VII2 SMP Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Discovery Learning, mathematical understanding skill, learning process

Abstract : Based on the results of the author's observations on the Team of the Putra Bolavoli High School Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru. found deficiencies when doing lower passes, this was seen when receiving service balls from opponents, players were still overwhelmed in accepting the ball so that the ball was not as desired. This study aims to determine the relationship of arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination to the Bolavoli Lower Passing Ability at the Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School High School Team in Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research that the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as follows: there is a relationship between arm muscle strength, where rtab at a significant level α (0.05) = (0.602) means rcount (0.63)> rtab (0.602 ) Then there was no relationship between eye-hand coordination, where the rtab at a significant level α (0.05) = (0.602), means that r count = (0.04) rtab (0.242).Key Words: Arm Muscle Strength, Eye-Hand Coordination. Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and increase student’s mathematical achievement through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycle.The research was conducted in class VII2 SMP Negeri 17 Pekanbaru in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The subject of this research consist of 33 students, there are 18 female students and 15 male students. The research instrument consists of learning materials and instruments for collecting data. Learning materials used in this research are the Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Activity Sheets. Instrument data collectors used in this research are observation sheet and mathematical achievement test. Application of PBL model also gives positive impact on the implementation of learning process that students become more active in learning activities so that learning is not centered on the teacher. Students are also trained to build their own knowledge and can find their own mathematical concepts through the presentation of problems close to the student's real life. The percentage of students which ispass Minimum Mastery Crieria (MMC) increase from 42,42% to 60,6% at the first test and to 81,8% at the second test. This research concludes that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student’s mathematical achievement atclass VII2 SMP Negeri 17 Pekanbaru. PBL model can be used as an alternative to learning, because through this learning can improve the learning process and mathematical achievement of the students.Key Words: Classroom Action Research, Problem Based Learning models, Learning outcomes,Learning Process

Abstract: This research was motivated by the low social studies learning outcomes of VA students in SDN 37 Pekanbaru on social studies subject. Can be seen from the determined KKM is 75, from 32 students who reached the KKM were 15 people (46.87%) and those who did not reach the KKM were 17 people (53.12%) with a class average of 71.56. This study aims to know the teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes in learning through the TSTS model on social studies subject in VA students at SDN 37 Pekanbaru. This research is a classroom action research, this research was conducted in SDN 37 Pekanbaru. The subjects in this study were VA class with 32 students. This study was conducted in two cycles with four steps, such as: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study announced after applying the TSTS type cooperative learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes. This can be proven by: teacher activity in the first cycle of 62.5% in the second cycle 83.33%. The activity of students in the first cycle obtained 58.33%, in the second cycle was 83.33. Learning outcomes at the base score were 71.56, increasing in the first cycle of 75.93 and in the second cycle of 86.25. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the TSTS type can improve the social studies learning outcomes in VA class at SDN 37 PekanbaruKey Words: Cooperative Learning Model TSTS type, Social Studies Learning Outcomes

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the response of interest and convenience of junior high school students in Pekanbaru in understanding the contents of a collection of short stories Bicyclefrom the President of Yulismar's work who are mid-level winners at the Basic and Intermediate Literacy Material Writer Competition held by the KEMENDIKBUD Language Development and Language Development Board together with the Language Hal in 2018, via questionnaires to 50 SMP / MTS students in Pekanbaru who were randomly taken. As well as describing the values of education contained in the collection of short stories. This study resulted in the finding that this collection of Bicycle from the President storiesreceived a high positive response from readers, namely as many as 1159 of the 1400 positive reactions. And the educational value contained in it was also quite high for the category of a book containing 7 short stories that can be found in 92 educational values. So that the book collection of short stories Bicycle from the President of Yulismar's works is included in the feasible category with repairs as intermediate level reading material, because it not only meets the criteria of reader interest, but also fulfills the readiness requirements for the age level and quality in the educational value.Key Words: Literary reception, readers, educational value.

Abstract: This research is based on mathematics learning achievement on Matrix topic of students XI IPS 1 MAN Insan Cendekia Siak which shows that 12 of 23 students still have scores which stand under Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC) that has been settled by the school that is 76. This research aims to improve learning process and students’ mathematics learning achievement by applying Discovery Learning (DL) model. The type of this research is classroom action research with two cycles. The research instruments used are mathematical learning instruments and data collecting instruments. The mathematical learning instruments are syllabus, lesson plans, and students worksheet. The data collecting instruments are observation sheets and students mathematic tests. Analysis techniques that used are descriptive narrative on qualitative data and descriptive statistics on quantitative data. Subject of this research are students of XI IPS 1 MAN Insan Cendekia Siak in first semester of academic year 2018/2019, which consist of 9 males and 14 females with heterogeneous abilities. Based on the analysis of students and teacher activities after implementation of the DL model, it can be concluded that there is an improvement of learning process. On knowledge competence, in first cycle with percentage 87% and 96% in second cycle. On skill competence, the number of students who can reach MMC in first cycle with percentage 78,3% and 82,6% in second cycle. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of DL model can improve the learning process and the students’ mathematics learning outcomes at class XI IPS 1 MAN Insan Cendekia Siak .Key Words: Mathematics Learning Achievement, Discovery Learning Model,Classroom Action Research

Abstract: This research was conducted due to the student’s outcomes learning of class VIII1 SMPN 1 Pasir Penyu and the number of students who achieved the Minimal Score of Criteria is still low. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning process and to increase the outcomes of mathematics learning of the students by implementation of realistic mathematics education approach. The subjects of this research were 28 students of class VIII1 SMPN 1 Pasir Penyu at the first semester of academic year 2018/2019. This research has two cycles. Each of them has four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instrument consists of learning instruments and instruments of collecting data. The Learning instruments used include syllabus, lesson plans, and student worksheets. While the instruments of collecting data covered observation sheets were used to find out the data of students and teacher activity during learning process, and outcomes of mathematic learning tests used to collect the student’s outcomes of mathematics learning data. The data were analyzed by narrative descriptive and statistical descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of the observation Osheets showed that implementation the realistic mathematics educations of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. While from statistical descriptive analysis showed that the number of students who reach the A and B predicate, increased from the basic score to the cycle I, and from cycle I to cycle II. The percentage of students who achieved the Minimal Score of Criteria is increase. In conclusion, the implementation of realistic mathematics educations improved the learning process and the student’s outcomes of mathematics learning of grade VIII1 SMPN 1 Pasir Penyu on the first semester in academic years 2018/2019.Key Words: Realistic mathematics educations, outcomes of mathematic learning, learningactivity

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal factor influencing the development of Rural Unit Cooperarives, to analyze the external factor influencing the development of Rural Unit Cooperatives, and to determine the strategy HANUMAS of Rural Unit Cooperatives development in Mayang Sari. Data collection based on interviews and questionnaires. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling totaling 26 respondents. Data analysis used is swot analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strategy applied to HANUMAS of Rural Unit Cooperative activites is strategy (SO) revitalizing cooperativis and expanding the scope of cooperative management, innovating in terms of procedures and mechanisms for Rural Unit Cooperatives and maximizing cooperative business units to attract community interest using village unit cooperative services (ST) socialize and approach the community (WO) develop a village unit cooperative business unit (WT) improvement of management to improve cooperative competitiveness.Key Words: Development Strategy, SWOT anality
