Abstract

Abstract : the purpose of the research was to identity the influenc of service quality to the costumer satisfaction by company of compare two motorcyle service stations. The two stations are: Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor with sixty sampel of thirty in Capella Honda 88 and thirty in AHASS Pangeran Motor make use of isidental sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaire to costumer consisted of 30 costumers for Capella Honda 88 and 30 costumers for AHASS Pangeran Motor. Data was analyzed by using multiple Linear Reggresion Analysis dan Independent Samples Test processed trough SPSS 20.0 program. The result of this reseach refer to that in Capella Honda 88 service quality influence on the costumer satisfaction and at AHASS Pangeran Motor service quality not influence on the costumer satifaction. The result Independent Samples Test srvice quality in Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor not difference service quality gived to costumer satifaction.Keyword: Service Quality, Costumer Satifaction

Abstract

Abstract: This study titled the form and meaning of the word in syair Abdul Muluk by Raja Ali Haji. The reason why researchers chose the form and meaning of the word as a research study because many words are difficult to understand for researchers as lay people. Apart from that, not everyone can understand the form and meaning of the word or language presented in the poem. Moreover, today the rapid development of technology and communication is such that old literary works are abandoned and can be considered almost extinct. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of research that have found various forms of words, namely, primitives, connected forms, repeating forms, lexem alloys, and compound forms. The words identified by the author number 1514 words. The results of the identification of 1514 words are the basic forms with 767 words. Word form, which also appears a lot, is the form of the number of 663 words, then the repetition form is 65 words, lexem alloys are 15 words and the compound form is 4 words. The meanings examined in this study are lexical meanings, grammatical meanings, text meanings, and idiomic meanings.Key Words: form, meaning, word, poem

Abstract

Abstract: his study discusses the Mendu Manuscript of Sanggar Matan Pekanbaru: Intertextual Analysis. The background of this study is currently the Mendu Manuscript originating from Bunguran and Natuna Island, Riau Islands Province. as cultural heritage is rarely performed again in the community, but in recent years Sanggar Matan Pekanbaru as one of the large studios in Riau began to focus their performances on Mendu Manuscripts. Monda Gianes as the director and re-writer of the Mendu Manuscript using his own creative land. Purpose of this study is to intertextually describe the Sanggar Matan version of the Mendu Manuscript with the Mendu Manuscript version of Dewa Mendu's Hikayat. This research is descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of the research conducted. Based on research, it is classified into 1) plot / plot, 2) characterization, 3) dialogue, 4) background, 5) theme, 6) mandate, 7) technical guidance.Key Words: Mendu Manuscript, Sanggar Matan, Hikayat Dewa Mendu, Intertextual.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem of the research is ability of Drilling in Soccer team of SSB SAP Sungai Apit still far from expectation, So when the player transfer the ball, they can across the enemies easily then win the match. it can be seen from try out and friendly match even more a big match and this is one of the factor why they loss. This research was done at Soccer team of SSB SAP Sungai Apit. This research used Experiment design to see the effect of using “Drill 11 The purpose of the research was to see the effect of using Drill 11 toward the ability of Drilling in Soccer team at SSB SAP Sungai Apit. The population of this research was soccer team player SSB SAP Sungai Apit district totaling 16 people. Exercise in this study is drill 11. The sampling technique used the total sampling, which was all the population had become the sample. The technique of collecting data was gotten from pre-test and post-test. The instrument of the research was a Dribbling test. The data analyzed by using T-test. Based on the data analysis, it can be seen from Tcount was 4,0 and Ttable 1,753. it meant Tcount>Ttable with the significant a=0,05. In conclusion, there was a different significant from Drill 11 in Soccer team of SSB SAP Sungai Apit.Keywords: Drill 11, Dribbling, Soccer.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is that teachers are required to have a performance that is able to provide the hopes and desires of all parties, especially the general public who have trusted the school and the teacher in fostering students. In improving the performance of the ethics code is one that affects teacher performance.The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between ethics code comprehension and the work performance in early childhood education teachers in the reteh district of inrdagiri hilir regency. The population in this study were all early childhood educators teachers in Reteh Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, which were as many as 72 teachers consisting of 25 early childhood. The sample used is a saturated sample which means the population is sampled. The sample used is a saturated sample which means that the population is sampled. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and product moment correlation analysis which has previously been tested by assumptions. The results of the study indicate that there is a low relationship between understanding the teacher's code of ethics and the performance of PAUD teachers. Obtained a value of r_ (count) of 0.063 with sig 0.598, because sig> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the understanding of the teacher's code of ethics with PAUD teacher work. In the hypothesis test can be seen r_ (count) = 0.063 rtable = 0.231. It can be interpreted that there is no significant influence between understanding the teacher's code of ethics and the performance of PAUD teachers. The influence of the understanding of the teacher's code of ethics on the performance of PAUD teachers in TK Reteh Indragiri Hilir District by 4%.Key Words: Understanding of ethical codes, teacher performance

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe the self directed learning of students in physics through the application of Quantum Learning model on the dynamic electricity subject. This type of research is pre-experiment research using one group pre-test post-test design. The participants are the students of XII class SMAN 8 Indragiri Hulu with the number of 24 people. The pre-exeriment research instrument use self directed learning ability questionnaires. Descriptive analysis technique is used as data analysis technique. The results showed that the initial level of self directed learning ability of the students was at score 2.60 and after application of Quantum Learning model was at score 2.70. This study concludes that the Quantum Learning model increase the independence of physics learning on the dynamic electricity subject.Keywords : Quantum Learning, Self Directed Learning Ability, Dynamic Electricity

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the restrict of mathematics learning instruments as supporting learning referring to 2013 Curriculum. This research aimed to develop mathematics learning device that are Lesson Plan (LP) and Students Worksheet (SW) based curriculum 2013 in subject quadrilateral and triangle of seventh grade through problem based learning model. This research and development use 4-D development model by Thiagarajan which includes: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop, and (4) disseminate. At the stage of define, the researcher conducted a needs analysis as first-end analysis, analysis characteristic of students, concept analysis, assignment analysis and learning aim specification. Furthermore gather the necessary materials to design LP and SW. Learning device that had been developed then validated by three validators and revised based on the input from validators.The valid learning device then tested in two stages, the small group trial with subjects are 10 students of class VII6 SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru and large group trial with subjects are 34 students of class VII5 SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Based on the data analysis and discussion can be concluded that the LP and SW in quadrilateral and triangle subject of seventh grade through problem based learning model are valid with an average value for the LP is 3.53 and the average value for SW is 3.45, and SW is practical to use by learners class VII.Keywords: Mathematics Learning Instrument, Problem Based Learning Model, Quadrilateral and Triangle.

Abstract

Abstact :this study aims to analyze the spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the Akramunnas Islamic City On Pekanbaru. The population is all children aged 5-6 years in the Akramunnas Islamic City On Pekanbaru 96 children. The sample of this study was 30 children. This type of research is decrictif qualitative. The data collection technique used is the observation sheet. The data collection tecnique used in this study is random sampling. Data analysis tecniques used the percentage formula, to the find the number of spiritual intellegence scores with 5 indicator, namely memorizing a few short suras, memorizing prayer movements perfectly, being able to mention some attributes of god, resoecting parents respecting friends, and loving his younger siblings or children in under his age, give thanks and thank you. The percentage of spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the Akramunnas Islamic City Pekanbaru was 67,75% in the high category.Key Words: Spiritual intelligence

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to determine the influence of member perception on association performance toward member participation. This research was conducted at KUD Karya Sawit Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kampar District with 77 research samples obtained by using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis and Linear Regression Analysis processed through SPSS 24.0 Program. The results of this research reveal there is significant influence on member perception on association performance toward member participation. This means that if the association performance is better to members and the cooperative have a better member’s participation. Thus, to achieve a good level of cooperative member participation required support from association performance.Key Words : Association Performance, Member Perception, Member Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific approach to writing skills of pantun vii grade students at smp terbuka bukit raya pekanbaru. The method used is a quantitative research method with an experimental research model. The design of this research is one group secret-postest design. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 52 people in two classes. Data collection techniques are test techniques. Tests are used to assess students' writing skills. Data analysis techniques used the liliefors normality test, then tested the hypothesis using the wilcoxon test. The results show that there is an influence on the application of the scientific approach to the writing skills of pantun students of vii grade students at smp terbuka bukit raya pekanbaru.
