Abstract

Abstract: Children's ability to recognize the concept of low numbers, methods and instructional media used by teachers for understanding the introduction of concept numbers for children are still less varied , giving rise to boredom for children. The aim of this study is to make improvements to the learning through appropriate methods to improve the ability to know the concept of numbers , the research method used by is a Class Action Research ( PTK ) with observation techniques, Subjects were children aged 4-5 years at Tk Pembina State 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir number of students as many as 15 people. The results of this study are the media card this figure can increase the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in the State of Trustees TK 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Numbers Concept , Card Numbers

Abstract

Abstrak : The purpose of this research to improve science learning result of the fifth grade students at SDN 001 Pangkalan Kasai, Academic year 2014 / 2015. The subject of this research were fifth grade students at SDN 001 Pangkalan Kasai consist of 22 student form of this research was class action research collaborative by using 2 cycles. The data of this research shows that students science learning out comes was increase. In the first cycle the average of teacher activity was 60%, then in second cycle has increase with average 85%. The students activity in the first cycle was 65% and in the second cycle with average 82,5%. The data or this research has increase before teacher did inkuiri learning. The base scor just 6 students (27,27%) increase, the students who pass consist of 13 students (59,09%) in the with average 57,95%, in the cyles 2 increase with students who pass consist of 20 students (90,90%) with average 85,68%, the total increasing was 55,02%. So the hyphotesis in this research can conduded that the application of inkuiri learning can increase the science leraning out comes of the fifth grade students at SDN 001 Pangkalan Kasai can be accepted.Key word : Inkuiri learning science on comes IPA

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate to what extent the English teachers of public junior high schools in Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaru have used ICT and identify the barriers they face in the use of ICT in their teaching process. The researchers selected 16 English teachers as the sample using total sampling method. This research applied a mixed-method, combining quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. The quantitative data were collected by distributing a set of questionnaires. The indicators of the questionnaire used are Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The qualitative were acquired through semi-structured interviews. The combination of the two types of data was chosen to get more information to support the data. The findings show that teachers have integrated ICT in their teaching process was in good category level. This can be seen from the result of the study in which the overall mean score calculated was 3.67. Still, teachers faced some problems in its integration. In general, the problems related to lack of ICT facilities and electricity issues.Key Words: ICT, English Teachers’ perception, teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstract :The title of this research is ?? Effect of Group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of First ? Year local track students of Academic Year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru??. The purposes of this research were 1) to know the description of local track students? self esteem before given group guidance service, 2) to know the dynamic description of the group guidance implementation in order to enchacement of low self esteem? , 3) to know the description of students? low self esteem enhancement after given group guidance service, 4) to know how much the difference of local track students? low self esteem enhancement before and after given group guidance service is, 5) to know how much the influence of group guidance towards the enhacement of local track students?low self esteem is. The instrument used in this research was scale self esteem iventori (sei). The subjects of this research were 29 first ? year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research was 29 students and they were selected by purposive sampling. The description of self esteem before given group guidance was in low category (100%), medium category (0%), and high category (0%). The description of local track students? self esteem enhacement after given group guidance was in lowcategory (0%), medium category (100%), and high category (0%). Based on the result of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 was 0,46 and the determination coefficient (r2) was 0,21. This means that the contribution of group guidance towards the enhacement of low self esteem was 21%. Therefore, it can be known that ttest was bigger than ttable, (12,6 > 2,021) so that Ha was accepted . So, it means that there was influence of group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of first ? year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Group guidance, Self Esteem.

Abstract

Abstract: This is a research of moral values in the text of Si Jangkang (negara yang hilang) written by Fedli Aziz. This text contains some moral value that teach about the relation human and God, the relation between humans, and the relation of humans to themself. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe the moral values in the text of Si Jangkang (ngara yang hilang) written by Fedli Aziz. The data are collected by applying the data colleting technique, and then, are classified based on categories of (1) Relation of human and God which involves devotion to God, simple life, and feeling of grateful to God. (2) relation between hummans which involves conformity to the parents, to theleaders, to the unity, sense of justice and righteousness, sense of planting mind and returning favor, deliberation, positive thinking, oppennes, sense of bashfulness, affectionate, and sense of forgiving and generousity. (3) Relation of human to themself which involves the virtue of oneself, sincerity and sense of willingness to sacrifice, hardworking deligence, independence and confidence, responsibility, sense of bashfulness, right and ownership, courage, honesty, thirfty and through, sense of sulking, self awareness, timewise, life simply, and visionary.Keywords: Moral value,the text Si Jangkanng

Abstract

Abstract: This research’s goal is to know politeness strategies used by childs when speech a demand and what factors affect politeness when speech. This research object are childs with age range between 5-12 years old from Chibi Maruko Chan manga with demand speech (either demand for goods or service) taken as data. This research used descriptive and qualitative approach to analyze object based on theories used. The research datas taken by read Chibi Maruko Chan manga then group the demand speech by type it. Author use politeness strategies theory by Brown and Levinson. This research result show that childs on Chibi Maruko Chan manga used three kinds politeness strategies when speech a demand, its possitive politeness, negative politeness, and off record. This research could be the basis for further studies involving more subjects to ensure the generalizability of the results.Keywords: politeness strategy, speech act, demand speech

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to increase students achievement by implementation of learning method plane problem on learning topic of colloid in XI IPA SMA N 12 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are XI IPA 1 as the experimental class, XI IPA 3 as the control class which were determined randomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The experimental group was treated with the implementation of learning method plane problem while the control group without the implementation of learning method plane problem. The data analysis to test the hypothesis was using t-test right side. Based on the data analysis, it is obtaine tcount = 3,92 and ttable = 1,67 with ?=0,05, dk = 69, tcount > ttable is 3,92 > 1,67, It?s mean that the implementation of learning method plane problem can improve students achievement on the subject of colloid in XI IPA SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The influence of learning method plane problem to improvement of the student achievement as high as 18,21%.Keywords: Learning method plane problem, learning achievement, colloid

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a developmental research which aims to produce computer-based learning media interactive tutorial model on the subject circle for class VIII SMP/ MTs that is valid and practical. This developmental research used development model based on the teory of Borg and Gall. The stages are: (1) potential and problem; (2) literature collection; (3) product design; (4) product validation; (5) product revision; (6) product tested; (7) product revision; (8) product tested in large group; (9) product revision. In the first stages, the researcher analyzed potentials and problems. After that, the researcher collected the reference materials, then designed the product and put it into a computer. The learning media that had been developed was be evaluated by three validators based on the aspects of learning, display, program and curriculum, and revised according to the advice of the validator. Next, the learning media that had been revised was be tested in two stages: product testing in small groups with the subject of five students of class VIII SMP Juara Pekanbaru and product testing in large groups with the subject of 25 students class VIII SMP Juara Pekanbaru. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the computer-based learning media interactive tutorial model for the subject circle class VIII SMP / MTs assessed valid by experts with an average value of 3.59 and received a very good response from students of class VIIIKeywords: Computer-based Learning Media, Research and Development, Circle

Abstract: This research is aim of analyze form and function conjunctions coordination language flores. Methods used in this research is the qualitative study. Technique data collection in this research is a technique interview. Technique data analysis done in this research is to collect data of said hyphen in language flores, identify the types of word relations in tuturan language flores, analyze form and function conjunctions coordination in language flores .Based on the discussion th , can be concluded that in this research found the form of a conjunction coordination about 56 of data.  The coordinating conjunction function, there are 9 functions namely the sum function of 2 conjunctions, the coordinating conjunction no'on there are 3 data and the coordinating conjunction functions there are 3 data, the function of selecting 1 conjunction, there are 4 data le, there are 4 conflicting functions, but there are 5 data and there are 1 data kuu, rectification function with 1 conjunction, frozen there is 1 data, 2 conjunction affirmation functions, I have 3 data and I have 4 data, 2 conjunction limitation functions, if there are 2 data and sedde there are 3 data, sorting function 3 conjunction, there is 1 data, there is only 1 data and there are 3 data nioh, the equalization function 2 conjunction we have 9 data and let us have 2 data and the inference function 3 coordinate conjunction newewe there are 3 data, neti have 5 data and there are no data 1 data. Key Words: Conjunction, Coordinative, Flores

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research study IPS poor performance of students, with an average of 66.07. While the value of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) IPS is 75. The subjects of this study consisted of 28 students 13 men 15 women. Of the 28 students only 10 who reached the KKM. This study uses the design of classroom action research conducted during two cycles of the study This study is a Class Action Research (CAR) conducted aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 023 Lubuk Jawi Baganbatu by implementing cooperative learning model inquery. The problems in this study is whether the implementation of cooperative learning model inquery can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 023 Lubuk Jawi Baganbatu? The research was conducted from April to May 2016. From the analysis of research data visible increase in the percentage of teachers in learning activities. In the first cycle the first meeting 64.29%, at the end of the cycle exactly at the meeting to two second cycle of teacher activity increased to 92.86%. While the percentage of student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting of 57.14% was also increased in the second meeting of the second cycle into 85.71%. The increased activity of teachers and students also have an impact on student learning outcomes from an average score of 66.07 at baseline to 74.46 with the percentage increase of 8.39%. Thus during the second implementation cycle of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model inquery can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students Baganbatu 023 Lubuk Jawi.Key Words: Cooperative inquery model, IPS Learning Outcomes
