Abstract

Abstract : This research start from some problem on the field, such as: 1)Low number of library visitor whether to read or borrow books 2)Low number of books series because there is no routine schedule to adding more books to support learning process 3)The service provided by the librarians are less attractive to make the library as a learning resource. This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The result showed that the procurement of library materials indicator in PSBR Rumbai is not effective yet, as seen from the failure of adding more books annually that have been planned since 2011 until now. Books regulating and maintaining indicator is not effective and efficient yet. Books in library have been classified but there still difficulity in finding books faced by visitors. Equipment of library room indicator is not adequate in terms of feasibility, facilities and infrastructure needs of the library. Reader service indicator by librarian is not effective yet in terms of time that giving by the librarian.Keyword: Effectiveness, Manajemen Library

Abstract

Abstract: From the observation of researchers in the field at HUHA junior volleyball team Pekanbaru city, there are some disadvantages that appear along with the occurrence of the players in the exercise as well as in volleyball match, which still lack the technique mainly smash during the attack. This is apparent when performing a smash or attack. so HUHA junior volleyball team Pekanbaru city often suffered defeat on the pitch. The purpose of this riset was to determine the effect on the results of the practice of technique smash skill in volleyball teams HUHA junior Pekanbaru City. The population in this riset amounted to 12 people using the total sampling, so that the sample amounted to 12 people. Instruments in this study is a test of skill smash. Data were analyzed using t-test. Based uji- t produce tcount of 6.24 with 1.796 t-tabel then H_a received, on the level of alpha (α) 0.05. It can be concluded that there are significant technical training skills smash smash the results on HUHA junior volleyball team Pekanbaru.Keywords: Technical smash, The Result Of Skill Smash

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed (1) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media, (2) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media,(3) to find out whether the rainbow salt tray media affected on the age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. The population in this study that children age 4-5 years totaling 15 children and sample in this study amounted to 15 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation. So the result of this research were (1) the the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category, (2) the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category as expected, (3) there is a significant effect on the rainbow salt tray media to the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. It is known that there is difference that an improving of writing letters ability to children before and after treatment. Rainbow salt tray media has an effect as 56,07% on the children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing.Keywords: Writing letters, Rainbow salt tray media

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find the result of student’s cognitive through the implementation of gas kinetic learning media based on inquiry approach of XI MIA 3 SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.This research form is pre experimental with oneshot case study methode. The data of this study is student’s cognitive score by post test. The analysis conducted on the student’s cognitive learning outcomes in the form of study absorpstion, learning efectivity and the percentage of student’s pass of each tested indicator. The result obtained from this study are, from 36 students, 3 student have a very good study absorption, 23 have a good study absorption, 8 have a well study absorption, 1 have a less good study absorption and 1 fail. The learning efectivity is on good category with percentage of 69,4%. The conclusion is physics learning with inquiry approach goes well.Keywords : Inquiry approach, cognitive study result

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimsto determine the quality of the design of written test instruments with a guided inquiry model based on scientific literacy on the material of the circulatory system in humans for eighth grade students of junior high school developed. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with the stages of analyzing, design, and development, implementation, evaluation. This research is only carried out until the development stage. The analysis, design, development, internal validation and limited trial phase Iphase were carried out in FKIP Biology Education, University of Riau. External validation and limited trials II were conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The study was conducted in April-October 2019. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets and written test instruments that have been designed. Validation is done to see the validity of the written test instrument developed, while the trial results aim to find out the quality of the questions, the use of language, the level of readability of the questions, reliability, level of difficulty, distinction, and the function of the question deception. The results of the validation of the written test instrument design aspects include material, construction and language of multiple choice questions and the description is very valid with a mean score of 3.41. The validity of the questions was also illustrated from the aspects of guided inquiry with a score of 3.27 in the form of multiple choice questions and a score of 3.21 in the form of description questions, and the aspect of scientific literacy was very valid with a mean score of 3.42 in the form of multiple choice questions and 3.38 in the form of description questions. The written test instrument with a guided inquiry model based on science literacy on the material of the circulatory system in humans for eighth grade students of SMP has been developed in the category of very valid and can be implemented in schools.KeyWords:Test Instruments, Science Literacy, Guided Inquiry Model

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the introduction of color, learn strategies to play dominoes, and the high increase in the ability of the introduction of color in early childhood age 4-5 years at KB Bunga Teratai Tapung Kampar district. The research methodology used in this study is classroom action research study was conducted in KB Bunga Teratai Tapung Kampar district with a planned study in accordance with a predetermined time. The increase continued. From the data before the treatment can be an average value sebesar36,53% increase in the first cycle to 43.97%. From the data in the data before the treatment cycle an increase of 20.3%. And in the second cycle the average value obtained by 71.15% compared with the first cycle with the average value of 43.97% an increase of 61.8%. If compared with the average value of the berfore siklus 36.53% to the average obtained in the second cycle of 71.15%, it is known to increase the ability of the introduction of the concept of color children of 94.7%. Thus playing dominoes color can enhance the ability of the introduction of color in children aged 4-5 years in the planning. Bunga Teratai Tapung accordance with the desired expectations in this study. This increase occurred due to the implementation of each stage in the cycle to improve learning activities.Key words: Introduction Concepts, Play Cards On Domino Colours

Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to determine the differences of students argumentation skills the Peer Instruction Integrated Guided Inquiry Learning model and conventional learning on physics material vibration and wave of class VIII material in SMPN 3 Pekanbaru. The kind of research use is quasi-experimental with Posttest Only Control Design. The subject of study is learners class VIII SMPN 3 Pekanbaru academic year 2018 /2019, consisting of class VIII.5 as a class the experiments were 36 students and class VIII.4 as a class control by 36 students. Research instruments used is about a test argumentation skills. Engineering data collection in this research by giving a test argumentation skills after learning held on second class. The Data is analysed in descriptive to see the results of the percentage on argumentation skills and analysed in inferential using the Ttest. The result showed that there are significant differences between argumentation skills of students on a peer instruction integrated guided inquiry learning model applies with class conventional who apply the vibration and waves to the matter argumentation skills of class experiment score of average higher than class control. Based on the research so that it can be concluded that peer instruction integrated guided inquiry learning model to argumentation skills of students to the matter the sound waves class VIII SMPN 3 Pekanbaru.Key Words:Argumentation Skills,Peer Instruction, Guided Inquiry,Vibration and Wave.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on my observation time of the trial against SMPN 6 Pekanbaru, the authors conclude that there is still a lack of agility on the player's basketball team SMP 29 Pekanbaru, the deficiency is seen when chasing balls in passing by the center, the player can not catch up, and the lack of ability to steal the ball and chase your opponent, what happens when the basketball team lost ball SMP 29 Pekanbaru very less agility to get back to defense. The purpose of this study was to look at the effects of exercise cone drill (drill star, sprint, backpedal, shuffle) on the basketball team agility SMP 29 Pekanbaru. As the population used in this study is the basketball team SMP 29 Pekanbaru totaling 10 people. In this study a total population of 10 people (sampling saturated). According Sugiyono (2013: 124-125) saturation sampling is sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. The instrument used to collect data that test agility with Pree and post test illinois agility test run. The data obtained was analyzed using t-test. T test results can be seen that t for 10,037> 1,833 (t-tables) and then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there are the effects of exercise "cone drill (start drill, sprint, backpedal, shuffle) to the agility of a basketball team SMP 29 Pekanbaru , When viewed from the difference in the average number agility between Pree-test and post-test at 2:43, shows that exercising "cone drill (start drill, sprint, backpedal, shuffle) to agility provide a better change at 13:58% compared before given exercise.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of students through the application of self assessment technique on impuls and momentum. The research method used was Pre-Experimental design with the design of Intact Group Comparison. The research subjects were students of X class SMAN 2 tambang, in which devided into the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class uses a self assessment technique learning model and a control class with a conventional learning. The data was obtained from cognitive learning outcomes test which given to students after the learning process was carried out. Data were analyzed descriptively to provide an overview of students cognitive learning outcomes including students absorption and learning effectiveness on indication of impuls and momentum material. The research result obtained were the average of students absorption ability in the experimental class was 75,43% and 69,71% for control class. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of self assessment technique was effective to increase student cognitive learning outcomes on impuls and momentum material in class X SMAN 2 Tambang.Key Words: Self Assessment Technique, Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Impuls And Momentum

Abstract

               Abstrac: This study aims to examine the effect of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility on the financial performance proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) in the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to  2014. The company's total banking sector is 37 companies. Companies that have the necessary data in this study is 22 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this research is simple regression analysis techniques. The result showed that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility affect the return on assets of 16.3%, further disclosure of corporate social responsibility affect the return on equity of 45.3%. Key Words: Corporate social responsibility, return on asset,  return on equity
