Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning difficulties of students in the biology learning process of class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. This type of research is a descriptive study. The research was conducted at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru from November to December 2019. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique so that the sample in the study, namely class X IPA SMA PGRI Pekanbaru were 30 students and class X IPS SMA PGRI Pekanbaru were 30 students in total. a total of 60 students. Collecting data using questionnaire distribution techniques and data collection instruments using a questionnaire. The questionnaire trial data was tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS software program. The results showed that the average indicator of internal factors causing learning difficulties in biology class X IPS SMA PGRI Pekanbaru was 71% in the "Difficulty" category. The average indicator of internal factors that cause learning difficulties in biology class X IPA SMA PGRI Pekanbaru is 75% with the category "Enough difficulty". The average indicator of external factors causing learning difficulties in biology class X IPS SMA PGRI Pekanbaru is 70% in the "Difficulty" category. The average indicator of external factors causing learning difficulties in biology class X IPA SMA PGRI Pekanbaru is 74% in the "Difficulty" category. The average learning difficulty of students in the biology learning process for class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru is 73% in the "Difficulty" category.Key Words: Biology, difficulties, learning

Abstract

Abstract: Kanji is one of the four characters used by Japanese people. Bushu is a form element that represents the basic meaning of a kanji. Understanding of bushu is necessary to understand a kanji. This study aimed to describes the meaning and the semantic change of te-hen Bushu. This research is limited to kanji characters containing te-hen bushu in Jouyou Kanji (daily use of kanji). The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Kanji dictionary and the book of the origin of kanji is used to find semantic change of te-hen bushu. The results of the analysis of the kanji which have bushu te-hen was found that there was an semantic change from concrete to abstract, semantic change of a specific meaning to a general, specific of a general meaning to a specific, and semantic change in a positive direction.Key Words: Kanji, Bushu, Te-Hen, Semantic Change

Abstract

Abstract: This objective of this research to develop a traditional game module to improve social skills. The type of research used is Research and Development Research and Development (R&D) with six steps. To compile a perfect module, this study conducted validation tests on 2 fields of expertise, namely material validators, cultural & arts practitioners. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique in the form of a validation sheet. The data analysis technique used analysis qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study, have compiled a learning module with traditional game material which is divided into 5 materials. The overall result of the module feasibility test based on the material, culture & arts aspects shows that the assessment obtained an average value of 86.35%, which is stated to be very suitable for use as a service medium for the guidance and counseling study program.Key Words: Module Traditional Games, Social Skills

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the impact of the development of Asian farm tourism on the economy of the surrounding community in the Tenayana Raya district. Communities in the area, it can still be said that the economy is middle to lower, with this tourism development is expected to be able to help the local economy. Asia Farm is one of the tours that carries out tourism development starting from the development of buildings and facilities, as well as renewing the tour. This type of research is a quantitative study, based on a total population of 86 people and a sample of 71 people using the simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of tourism, and to identify the impact of tourism development on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. The results of this study indicate an increase in development starting from attractions, facilities, infrastructure, transportation, and hospitality after the development. However, there is a decline in the field of security, air pollution, conflicts between traders and the disruption of the existing environment. The percentage of people's income has increased from Rp. 2,000,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 / month, and business opportunities are 56.9% and job opportunities are also 56.9%. The positive impact of this development, starting in terms of income, business opportunities, and increased employment opportunities, while the negative impact in terms of safety, increased air pollution, and conflicts between traders and with this development it is also undeniable that the prices are the price of goods is very high from outside the tourism area.Key Words: Tourism development, community economy, positive and negative imacts

Abstract

Abstract: Letda Endut Gani is one of the leaders in the education sector in Riau province. Letda Endut Gani was born in Bagan Si Api-Api on June 26, 1928 by parents named Datuk Abdul Gani and Fatimah. Letda Endut Gani is the second child of nine children. And play a role in the educational world. The purpose of this study was to establish the background of Letda Endut Gani's life, to determine the role of Letda Endut Gani as a fighter figure in the defense of Indonesian independence in 1945-1949 in Bengkalis and to end the struggle of Letda Endut Gani. The data analysis used the historical writing method that consisted of several stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The result of this research is the role of Letda Endut Gani in the defense of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945-1949 in Bengkalis, as deputy commander of the guerrilla war he led troops in Bengkalis during the Second Dutch Military Aggression and as a fighter at the defense of Indonesian independence in Bengkalis. Attempts were made towards the end of his struggle when Letda Endut Gani took part in the suppression of the PRRI uprising in Riau. Letda Endut Gani was involved in the liberation of Bengkalis and Selatpanjang from PRRI. After the end of the fight, Letda Endut Gani was stationed in the Pekanbaru area. When he retired, Letda Endut Gani joined the Veterans Legion Organization of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: The Mobile Brigade was originally a special police force during the Japanese occupation named Tokubetsu Kaisatsu Tai. The purpose of this study (1) to determine the background of the formation of the Mobile Brigade in South Tapanuli (2) to determine the role of the Mobile Brigade in defending Indonesian independence during the battle of Fort Huraba Tapanuli Selatan 1949 (3) to determine the end of the struggle of the Mobile Brigade in defending Indonesian independence in combat Huraba Fort Tapanuli Selatan 1949. This research uses historical methods. The result of the research is that the formation of the Mobile Brigade in Tapanuli was initiated by a member of Tokobetsu Kaisatsu Tai named Mas Kadiran who has the rank of junsha butyo (police commander). The commander of sector I Sub-Territory VII of South Tapanuli / East Sumatra / Asahan / Labuhan Batu appointed Mas Kadiri, commander of the Mobile Brigade as the defense commander at Fort Huraba. In the battle of Fort Huraba on May 5, 1949, 27 people were killed. After the battle of Fort Huraba on May 5, 1949, until the ceasefire in August 1949, the Dutch never made another attack on Fort Huraba.Key Words: Mobile Brigade Independence, Fort Huraba

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find the correlation between self-Efficacy and motivation through students’ result of study at the seventh grade of SMPN 20 Pekanbaru. It was conducted on July until August 2020 in SMPN 20 Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. Since there is the pandemic of Covid-19, the data was gathered by using google form and asked the students to give their responds through the statements in the questionnaire of self-efficacy and the questionnaire of motivation. Besides the questionnaire, the data of this research is the result of the students’ test in the biology subject. The finding of this research showed that (1) there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and the result of the study. (2) there is a significant correlation between motivation and the result of the study, and (3) there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and motivation through the result of the study. So, based on the finding of this research, it will be better if the students can improve their self-efficacy and their motivation to increase their result of the study.Key Words: Correlation, Self-Efficacy, Motivation, The Result Of The Study

Abstract

Abstract: This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach which aimsto describe the results of the study with numbers. The weight of each answer is for VeryOften (SS) with a score of 4, Often (S) with a score of 3, Sometimes (KK) with a score of2, Never (TP) with a score of 1. The sampling technique uses simple random samplingtechnique (simple random sampling). The data collection technique in this study was aquestionnaire technique, which amounted to 65 statement items. Data obtained fromrespondents, amounting to 20 people for the trial sample and 38 people for the researchsample, with a critical level of 5%. After the questionnaire was tested, it turned out thatall items were valid, so that the entire instrument was declared reliable with AlphaCronbach = 0.995. From the research findings of the four indicators, it can beconcluded that the four indicators are classified as good. This is evidenced by thepresentation of the recapitulation of Social Interaction of learning citizens in package Cat the Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) of the Scholar of SialangMunggu Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City as a whole; (1) Cooperation (SS +S) of (23% + 51%) or 74%, (2) Accommodation or Adjustment (SS + S) of (22% +48%) or 70%, (3) Competition (SS + S) at (15% + 42%) or 57%, and (4) (TP) at (34%)or 34%, because Citizens Learning Package C did not take action against, threateningand coercing in them interact socially.Key Words: Social Interaction, Learning Citizens, PKBM Insan Cendekia

Abstract: Datuk Sudirman Agus is one of the leading artists and cultural observers who have preserved Malaysian culture in Kampar Regency. Datuk Sudirman Agus is the first of 9 children. His father was called Said Agustami and his mother was called Raja Hj. Daramah RHK. Datuk Sudirman Agus was born in Jerambang Village, Gaung Anak Serka Subdistrict, Inderagiri Hilir Regency on September 9, 1949. Datuk The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the background of Datuk Sudirman Agus's life as an artist and cultural figure in Kampar Regency, (2) To discover the role of Datuk Sudirman Agus as an artist and cultural figure in the preservation of Malaysian culture in Kampar Regency, (3) This is to establish the award that Datuk Sudirman Agus received. The result of this research is the role of Datuk Sudirman Agus in the preservation of Malaysian culture in Kampar district, developing and preserving Malaysian culture in Kampar in the form of his works, preserving the existing Malay culture in Kampar district Kampar by creating art performances with nuances of Kampar Malaysian culture, making books on Kampar history and culture, there are Kampar customs, writing books on Kampar local content, researching the values living in the Kampar community. He fights for intellectual works of art as cultural heritage of Kampar and he preserves the Malaysian culture of Kampar at the national and international level. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the unit cooperative Desa Tani Bahagia Desa Kulim Jaya Indragiri Hulu Regency seen from the ratio of solvency, profitability and liquidity. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique in this study was taken from the cooperative financial statements from 2013 to 2015 and used in this study is the ratio analysis based on the Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2009.. The percentage of liquidity is in the Unhealthy category with a percentage value of <174%, amounting to 99.39% - 166.78%. The solvency percentage got the Very Unhealthy category with a percentage of <100%, amounting to 94.74% - 80.67%. The percentage of profitability is categorized as Very Healthy with a percentage value of> 10%, amounting to 0.23% - 22.80%. So it can be concluded that the financial performance of the unit cooperative Desa Tani Bahagia Desa Kulim Jaya Indragiri Hulu Regency, seen from the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability, shows a condition that tends to decline.Key Words: Liquidity, Solvability, Rent Ability
