Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on work discipline in FKIP Riau University employees. The population used in this study were all employees of FKIP University of Riau, amounting to 49 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employees of FKIP University of Riau. Includes academic, general and equipment sub-sections, personnel and finance, and student affairs sub-section totaling 49 employees. The sample of this study was taken by total sampling, namely all employees of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the condition of work motivation of employees of FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru is good based on the results of the categorization of work motivation variables in the high category, namely 51% and the condition of work discipline of employees of FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru is quite good based on the results of the categorization of work discipline variables in the medium is 75.5%. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of FKIP employees, Riau University, Pekanbaru. t count for work motivation variable is 4.859 and t table is 2,013, thus t count > t table. That is, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline. The regression coefficient value is 0.649. The regression coefficient value is positive (+), so it can be said that work motivation (X) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y).Key Words: Work Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract: this research was conducted around Tabek Gadang traffic light of Pekanbarucity, the purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and self-esteem ofstreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city. This research used adescriptive type of research with specified indicators, and data collecting and calculatingmethod with qualitative approach, to obtain the information the researcher takes theinforman in total 6 people, they are street children around Tabek Gadang traffic light ofPekanbaru city. Data collection techniques in this research using interview techniquesand observation. After conducting this research, the results showed that characteristics ofstreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city are varied and thestreet children around Tabek gadang traffic light of Pekanbaru city had a high selfesteem.Key words: characteristics, self-esteem, street children

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the variation of leaf anatomical structure of dicotyledonous plants and to produce a design of booklet teaching materials in class XI Biology learning on plant tissue structure and function. This research was conducted in the biology laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Riau University using the paraffin method for the preparation of preserved preparations and the design of booklets was carried out at the biology education campus, FKIP UNRI. This research was carried out in 2 stages, the first stage was to analyze variations in the anatomical structure of leaves. dicots and the second stage is the design of booklet teaching materials from the research results. The results of the qualitative study of the anatomical structure of water spinach leaves (Ipomoe aquatica Forsk), Lotus (Nympahea alba), green betel (Piper betle) and Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosasinensis) have differences and similarities in qualitative characters, namely different epidermis shapes, consists of 1 epidermal cell, stomata located on the upper surface and lower surface of the epidermis, on the leaves of water spinach (Ipomoe aquatica Forsk) and Lotus (Nympahea alba), there are different trichomes. Based on the potential analysis of the research results, it can be used as a design for biology learning booklet on the material structure and function of plant tissue in class XI SMA at KD 3.3 and KD 4.3.Key Words: anatomical structure, leaves, dicotyledonous plants, booklet

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an impact of implementing the TPS (Think Pair Share) type of cooperative learning model through the Google Meet application on student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental research. The population of this study was the grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalan Kerinci in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 174 students. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests and data analysis techniques used data analysis using independent samples t test. The result of this research is the TPS (Think Pair Share) cooperative learning model through the google meet application can provide a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The suggestion of this research is that in applying the cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share) through the google meet application on social studies subjects can improve learning outcomes of students and in the division of discussion groups teachers should pay attention to the level of ability of students so that in one group each member can help each other share understanding.Key Words: TPS (Think Pair Share), Google Meet, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the infrastructure in the implementation of e-learning and the relationship between e-learning and problem-based learning models on the creative thinking skills of class XII students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were students of class XII MIA SMA Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru. The data collection technique is a survey using an observation sheet. The results of the study provide some information. First, SMA Islam As-Shofa has adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of e-learning, which consists of hardware, software, and a learning community. Second, the implementation of e-learning runs well using the PBL model on the creative thinking skills of class XII MIA students of SMA Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru.Key Words: E-Learning, Creative Thinking, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about Islamic banking and disposible income on interest in saving at BNI Syariah Bank Pekanbaru. The number of samples used in this study were 71 customers who made transactions at BNI Bank. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of knowledge, disposible income and interest in saving. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge and disposible income on the interest in saving at the new syariah Bank BNI.Key Words: Knowledge, Disposible income and Interest in saving

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop the Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on discovery learning for senior high school grade X of the topic of ecology in May-July 2020. The research was conducted in two places, namely to Student Worksheet validation was conducted at the FKIP UNRI Biology Education Campus and Student Worksheet limited trials were conducted at SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. This type of research refers to the R&D research approach using the ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carry. The subject of this research is the subject matter of Biology in senior high school grade X KD 3.10. The developed LKPD consisted of 3 meetings with a time allocation of 1 meeting for 45 minutes. The parameters of this study include the results of the validation of the development of student worksheet by the validator and respon assesment by student. The assessment is doing with validation sheet and a questionnaire. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that student worksheet that have been developed are in the very valid category with an average score of all aspects of 3.52. The value of the answers to all aspects the value of the results of a limited trial phase I and stage II in all aspects obtained an average score of 3.65 with a very good category. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design a poster media based on research on theeffect of giving young coconut water on the growth of mustard greens (Brassicachinensis L) with a wick hydroponic system. This research was conducted at the NaturalLaboratory of Biology Education, Faculty of Education, Riau University in May-June2021. This research was carried out in two stages, namely the analysis and design ofposter media designs. Based on the analysis of the potential research results, it can beused as a poster media design on the growth material in Senior High School Class 12 atKD 3.1 Analyzing the relationship between internal and external factors with theprocess of growth and development in Living Things Based on Experimental Resultsand KD 4.1 Planning and carrying out experiments on factors external factors thataffect the process of plant growth and development, and report in writing using thecorrect scientific author's procedure. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the teacher in providing verbal and non-verbal reinforcement to the second grade students of SD An Namiroh Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were class IIA, IIB, IIC teachers. The data collection techniques used by this researcher were through observation, interviews and documentation study. observations made by the researcher were 3 meetings in each class. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that grade II teachers of SD An Namiroh Pekanbaru had tried to implement reinforcement. Verbal reinforcement is done by giving appreciation or praise to students' behavior with words or sentences of praise by paying attention to the principle of giving reinforcement. The implementation of non-verbal reinforcement is done by providing touches, approaches, fun activities, symbols or objects, and partial reinforcement to students.Key Words: Verbal and Non Verbal Reinforcement, Teacher

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide information to coaches, coaches, athletes, the community, and related agencies, especially football fans, regarding the development of soccer sports achievements, especially at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative research that describes a symptom, an event, an incident that is happening at the present time, how is the level of football development at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded from the results of the analysis of coach quality data that it can be seen that the quality level of the football coach at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is in the very good category is 30 people of 83.3%, while in the good category, 5 people were 13.9%, for the enough category 1 person with a frequency of 2.8%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the athlete's motivation data, it can be seen that the level of motivation of athletes in the soccer sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is in the very good category is 72.2%, while in the good category 9 is good by 25%, for the enough category 1 person with a frequency of 2.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, the motivation level of football athletes at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru is in the very good category with an average result of 79.76%. Then the results of the data analysis of facilities and infrastructure can be seen that the level of quality of athletes in the soccer sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru which is categorized as very good 19 people is 52.8%, while in the good category 15 is good by 41.7%, for the category is quite 2 people with frequency of 5,6%. Based on the results of the analysis, the level of facilities and infrastructure for the football sport at SSB Rajawali Pekanbaru is in the good category with an average result of 74.75%.
