Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of village apparatus in Lubuk Jawi Village, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province in village financial management based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive type of research. Primary data were obtained from five Lubuk Jawi Village apparatus. Data were collected using documentation techniques, in-depth observation, and interviews. The results showed that the percentage of answers from the five informants on the planning aspect reached 95% including in the very role category, in the implementation aspect reaching 80% including in the role category although there are still some procedures that are still not in accordance with the regulations, in the aspects of administration, reporting, and accountability up to 100% is included in the very important category. The results of the discussion show that the role of village apparatus in the aspects of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability is in accordance with the procedures of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management.Key Words: Village Financial Management, Role of Village Apparatus, Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management

Abstract

Abstract: SMA Negeri 1 Rengat is one of the State High Schools which was established in 1959 with Penegrian Decree No: 27 / S / B III on June 11, 1959. This study aims to determine the effect of literacy programs on student learning outcomes in class XI history learning in SMA Negeri 1 Rengat. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Rengat, which began from the submission of the proposal title until the completion of the thesis by the author. The subjects of this study were the students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengat, namely class XI, totaling 100 students. The analysis technique uses Simple Linear Regression with Simple Linear Correlation. The results showed the value of X (literacy program) obtained t-count of 0.795 with a significant value of 0,000. This is in accordance with the basic test criteria for decision making from the results of a simple linear correlation test that is if the significance value is less than 0.05 then it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ho is accepted, meaning that the literacy program has an effect on and significant on student learning outcomes in learning history.Key Words: The Effect of Literacy Program Against Student Learning Outcomes in LearningHistory of Class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Rengat.

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that will be examined in this study are: 1) Is there a significant influence on the level of parents' income on the motivation to continue tertiary education for class XII students, 2) Is there a significant effect on the level of parental education on the motivation to continue education to higher education in grade students XII, 3) Is there a significant influence on the socio-economic conditions of parents on the motivation to continue their education to tertiary education for class XII students. The population in this study were all class XII SMA 10 Pekanbaru starting from social studies class 1- 4 and MIPA 1- 4. The sample of this study was students of SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru which consisted of 281 students reduced to 97 students using the Isaac and Michael samples with their level of error. 5% sampling technique using random sampling. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to each class. In this study the data were collected and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 18.923 + 0.301 + 0.751. Test the meaning of the regression equation with the F test, obtained Fcount = 9,884 with a probability of 0.00 and less than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence on the socio-economic conditions of parents on the motivation to continue their education to tertiary institutions for class XII students of SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Socioeconomic conditions, motivation

Abstract

Absract:This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology (IT)-based learning media in Vocational School of Labor fostered by FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study were students of class XI with a sample of all students with a total of 72 students, while collectingdata was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the use of information technology-based learning media is very effective asa medium for learning in the classroom. This is because information technology-based learning media can provide meaningful learning experiences for students, can increase student learning motivation, the media used are in accordance with learning objectives, and can provide an overview of concepts and realities so that they can help students understand learning correctly. Based on the results of the linearity test, it is known that the Deviation from linearity value is 0.560 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between the use of information technology-based learning media (X) and student learning outcomes (Y).KeyWords:Use of Learning Media, Learning Outcomes, IT-based Media

Abstract

Abstract: The learning device developed is a problem solving model based on soundwave material for grade VIII SMP students, consisting of a Learning Implementation Plan(RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD), and Learning Outcomes Test. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the validity of learning tools based on problem solving models onsound wave materials. This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) with a4D model design. The research instrument used was the RPP validation assessment sheet,LKPD, and the Learning Outcomes Test which were used by the validator to assesslearning tools. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. Based on the resultsof the validity data analysis, the average value of the validity of the lesson plan was 3.60with a very high category, the average validity of LKPD was 3.49 with a very highcategory and the Learning Outcomes Test was 3.38 with a very high category, so that theaverage -The overall average of learning devices is 3.49 with a very high category. Thus,learning tools based on the problem solving model are declared valid and suitable for usein sound wave material in class VIII SMP.Key Words: Physics Learning Tools, Models, Problem Solving, Cognitive Ability

Abstract

Abstract: The test instrument developed was a multiple choice comprehension test instrument on momentum and impulse material. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, differentiation and deception function of the concept understanding test instrument. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the Plomp development model. The research instrument used was a concept understanding test instrument and expert validation sheet. Analysis of the data from the test results of this test instrument in class X SMA students showed expert validity with an average score per aspect of 71%, valid questions based on the validity of the items with a total of 12 questions, the reliability of 0.771 in the high category, the items with difficulty difficulty amounting to 4 items and 13 medium difficulty level, 4 items with very good distinguishing power, 3 good categories of distinguishing power, 6 items of distinguishing power, 6 items of distinguishing power with poor criteria questions and 1 item with a negative discrimination value and there are 4 distractors who do not function.Key Words: Concept Understanding, Validity, Reliability, Level of Difficulty, DistinguishingPower, Confusing Functions

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of FKIP students with learning facilities at FKIP University of Riau. The population used in this study were FKIP University of Riau students class 2017, 2018, and 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Samples were taken as many as 361 students from 3753 students, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used. The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using themethod Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the average value of the attribute suitability level was 58.59% from 100%. From the level of suitability of these attributes, it can be concluded that the FKIP University of Riau students were not satisfied with the learning facilities at the FKIP University of Riau.Key words: Student Satisfaction, Learning Facilities

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the observations of the Asian Swimming Club (ASC) athletes, these athletes have not optimized their swimming in every style. One of them is when doing the reverse. It can be seen that the lack of endurance when doing these reversals is like the endurance of the abdominal muscles. Lack of resistance of the abdominal muscles is seen when returning, this makes the swimming speed decrease, so that the time is longer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wall sit up training on abdominal muscle endurance in Asean Swimming Club (ASC) Riau. The population in this study were 8 athletes in the Asean Swimming Club (ASC) Riau. The sampling technique is saturated sampling that is when all members of the population are used as samples, this is often done when the population is relatively small, less than 30 peoples, or the researcher wants to make generalizations with very little errors. So the sample in this study was determined as many as 8 peoples. The instrument in this study was a sit-up, the collected results were analyzed using the t-test. Based on the t-test results in a t-count of 4.592 with a t-table of 1.895, then H is accepted, at the alfa (a) 0.05 level. It can be concluded that there is an effect of wall sit up training on abdominal muscle endurance in the Asean Swimming Club (ASC) Riau. Based on the conclusion above, that wall sit up training can increase the endurance of the abdominal muscles, if given continuous training.Key Words: Wall Sit Up Training, Stomach Muscle Resistance

Abstract

Abstract: The development of science and technology is so rapid, the world ofeducation is required to produce natural resources and quality education. One way toimprove the quality of education is to use teaching materials. The limitations of existinglearning resources in the form of teaching materials specifically for protists make theteaching and learning process less effective and become an obstacle in achieving protistmaterial, moreover the scope of protist material is quite large with a relatively shortduration of protist material delivery. This study aims to determine the potential of thedesign of the biology module on the protist material for class X senior high school. Thisresearch was conducted at the Bina Widya Campus, Riau University in August -November 2020. The design of this module refers to the ADDIE development modelwhere the stages used are only the analysis and design stages. The analysis stage wascarried out by analyzing the 2013 curriculum and analyzing the learning material.Thedesign stage is done by designing learning tools in the form of a syllabus and lessonplans first and then designing modules. Based on the potential analysis of the researchresults, it can be used as a design for biology modules on special material for plant-likeprotists of class X SMA KD. 3.6 Grouping protists based on general characteristics ofthe class and their role in life and KD 4.6 Presenting reports on the results ofinvestigations about the various roles of protists in life.Key Words: Module, Protista

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of interest in learning and learning discipline on learning outcomes of accounting computer at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This study used a quantitative descriptive method and the population in this study were 106 students of class XI and XII accounting, using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was the F test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the multiple linear regression test. The results in this study are that interest in learning affects the learning outcomes of accounting computer where the tcount is 2.859 ≥ 2.016 and a significant value is 0.006 ≤ 0.05. Learning discipline has an effect on the learning outcomes of accounting computers where the tcount is 3.177 ≥ ttable 2.016 and a significant value is 0.003 ≤ 0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between interest in learning and learning discipline where the value of Fcount 30.698 ≥ Ftable is obtained and a significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 39,868 + 5.028 X1 + 5,730 X2. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.543 or 54.3%, meaning that this means that the variables of interest in learning (X1), learning discipline (X2) together contribute to learning outcomes by 54.3%, and the rest ( 45.7%) influenced by other factors not included in the study.Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Interest In Learning, Learning Discipline
