Abstract

Abstract : Based on the fact that the reseacher observed in the field, that was still less of working motivation of kindergarten teacher and lack of discipline in carrying out their duties. It can be seen there were teachers still who are not disciplined in teaching, there were teachers still who often procrastinate her work, teachers leave early, teachers who still work with did not use time very well, if there was no class for teaching the teacher did not come to school. This occurred because of the assumption of the teachers that working as government officials did not have to work optimally because of salary amount has been determined in accordance with applicable government regulations. The existence of this view made there was no initiative or motivation of teachers in working. These conditions will affect the performance of teachers, because teachers lack the motivation to follow rules of school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship working motivation Discipline of Kindergarten Teacher in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study was the entire kindergarten teachers in Bukit Batu district, Bengkalis Regency. There were 51 teachers from 10 kindergartens. The number of samples in this study was 51 teachers. While, in try out the researcher used 20 teachers from Bukit Raya Pekanbaru district. From the results of this research, it can be seen from Kolmogorov-Smirnov column that significant value in working motivation was (0,200) and discipline of teachers was (0,200), based on the results of the homogeneity test analysis, statistical values obtained at 0.698 and the probability value of 0,135, and the resulting coefficient of determination was r 2 = 0,451 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05), it can be seen that the effect of working motivation was 45,1% to discipline of teachers. From the analysis of simple correlation (r) obtained a correlation between working motivation with the level of teachers discipline (r) was 0,672 with a probability value was 0,000. Therefore the probability <0,05 (0,000 <0,05), then Ho was rejected. This suggests that there was a strong relationship between working motivation with discipline of teachers. The level of the relationship between the two variables were in a strong category was 67,2%.Key word: Working with the Disciplinary Teacher Motivation

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study to know the effect of bench dip exercise toward the strength of arm and shoulder muscles at male volleyball team of SMA Kusuma Pekanbaru. In this study the researchers took the population of male volleyball team SMA Kusuma Pekanbaru, amounting to 8 people. The sample in this research used total sampling technique which is the full sampel of total population. The design of this study using one group then this research approach to wear one gruop pretest-posttest design. The instrument used in this research to measure the strength of the arm and shoulder muscles with expanding dynamometer. After that, the data is processed with statistical, normality test with lilifors test at significance level α (0,05). The hypothesis is the effect of bench dip exercise toward the arm and shoulder muscle strength. Based on the analysis of statistical data, produces data pretest Lcount is 0.235, data posttest Lcount is 0.277 and Ltabel is 0.285, it means Lcount < Ltabel. Then the data is normally distributed. Based on t test analysis, it produces Tcount is 23.88 and Ttable is 1.895, it means Tcount > Ttable. Thus, there is an Effect of bench dip Exercise toward the Strength of Arm And Shoulder muscle at Male Volleyball Team of SMA Kusuma Pekanbaru.Keywords: Bench Dip, the strength of arm and shoulder muscle

Abstract

Abstract : This research was effected by the problem of finding the idea of staple on reading text of elementary school students. This is apparent when the initial observation takes place in the SDN 188 Pekanabaru implemented during the activities of PPL taking place. This situation also occurs in other elementary schools. It can be seen from the results of their understanding in reading text they are reading. There are still students who experience difficulties in finding key ideas contained in the text of the readings. This study aims to describe the student ability of class IV SD in Cluster II subdistrict of Tampan Pekanbaru in finding the idea of reading text on the subject matter. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with the subject consists of 108 students. Research instrument used in the form of a narrative shaved reading text consist of 10 paragraphs with the theme of “globalization”. The text of the readings taken from the education Citizenship bookclass IV with the Publisher Esis and Erlangga. Based on the results of the research, from 108 students there are 32 students got the category of very good (29.63%), 21 students who got the category good (19.44%), 31 student who got enough category (28.7%) and 24 students who got less categories (22.22%). Overall, the ability of the average of students was 72.69 by category is enough. This suggests that the ability of grade IV SD in Cluster II of Tampan subdistrict of Pekanbaru in finding the idea of reading text on the subject matter as a whole is sufficient.Key Words : ability, find the main idea

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of enthusiasm of students in learning accounting. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of using learning media GAUL GASI (Educational Game, Snake and Ladder Accounting) in increasing student enthusiasm for learning in accounting subjects. This research is a quasi experimental design with one group pre test-post test. The research was conducted at SMK 3 Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru in Class X Accounting. Data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed through data normality test and paired sample T test. The results showed that the mean value of theresults pre-test was 29.75; while for theaverage score was post-test found to be 33.52; and thevalue tof -5.011 with sig (2 tailed) 0,000. This shows that there is a difference between the pre-test and thescores of post-test the students' enthusiasm for learning. Because the t value is found to be negative, it means that the post-test score is better than the pre-test score. The occurrence of differences and changes in the level of student enthusiasm for learning becomes very good, so that the learning media GAUL GASI (Accounting and Snake Ladder Educational Game) is effectively used to increase student enthusiasm for learning.Key Words: Enthusiasm, Learning Media, Educational Game, Snake and Ladder Accounting (GAUL GASI)

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the athlete's body position when doing the smash only makes jumps, in a stiff body position the knees are not bent so that the body movements are not harmonious. especially after assessing and warning whether there is an increase in muscle circumference. The format of this research is (using a one-group pre-post-test design approach) with the PB Angkasa Prestasi Gemilang team team population. The data in this research is a population of 12 people. The tool used in this research was the sit & reach test, which aims to determine the effect of static stretching exercises. Based on the analysis of the normality test on the independent variable (X), it produces a LoMax of 0.149 and an L table of 0.242, which means that LoMax <L table. The dependent variable (Y) returns a LoMax of 0.151 and an L table of 0.242. This means that LoMax <L The data table is normally distributed. In the hypothesis, the t-distribution can reject that the variable between x and the variable y is obtained by the value of t = 4,142, then tcount> ttable, namely (4,142)> (1,796), then Ha is accepted, in other words there is an effect of statistical stretching on muscle flexibility in badminton players. Abstract

Abstrak: This study examines the Negative Impact of Gawai in Learning Activities of Children in Class 4 Primary Schools in Indah Sari Housing, Rejosari Sub-District, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses discuss qualitative descriptive paradigm. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 2 (two) informants in this study. Data collection is done by way of collection (collection), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data presentation (data display); and approves conclusions and verification (drawing conclusions / verification). The results showed: 1) The Negative Impact of the Device in Children Learning Activities at Home, from the negative indicator of the device as an action / implementation that has been carried out, 2) the supporting factors of the negative influence of this device on the interaction with the family around. availability of facilities and infrastructure., 3) The Negative Impact of the Device in the Learning Activities of Children in Class 4 Homes at Dipe Perumahan Indah Sari, Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, lack of development, brain development becomes less optimal and can be used to improve with people, such as parents who the main and the people around the neighborhood.Key Words: Negative Effects of Devices and Learning for Children

Abstract

Abstract: Epiphytic ferns are ferns that use their host tree as a place to live andaquatic ferns are ferns that can live in water. ta species of epiphytic ferns in thearboretum of the University of Riau can be seen from the enrichment materials forlearning media for students at school. Based on the survey results at SMA 10Pekanbaru, so far in the learning process, especially in the Kingdom Plantae materialcontained in KD 3.8 in class X. This research was carried out at the Arboretum of RiauUniversity, Bina Widya Campus Km. 12.5, Simpang Baru, Tampan District, PekanbaruCity from January to February 2021. To take an inventory of epiphytic ferns using asurvey method, namely the collection is carried out through direct observations in thefield to inventory data on types of epiphytic ferns at the Arboretum of Riau University.Sampling technique and documentation using cruise methods (cruise methods). Thesecond stage in the form of pocketbook design is done by analyzing the suitability of theresearch results with the applicable KD, then making a pocketbook design, and finallydeveloping the contents of the pocketbook so that research is conveyed well to students.At the Arboretum of the University of Riau, epiphytic ferns were found consisting of 5families with 10 species. The results of this study also turned out to be compatible withthe material in class X SMA so that this research can be used as a design for learningmedia in the form of a pocketbook which includes KD 3.8 and KD 4.8 for class Xdiscussing plantae. The material that can be achieved with this pocketbook includes thetypes and characteristics of ferns.Key Words: Arboretum, Pocket Book, Diversity, Epiphytic Nails.

Abstract: The problem in this research is that when athletes are training or participating in competitions, it is clear that the quarter 1-2 is very good, and during the 3-4 quarters it is very lacking, the purpose of this research is to to determine the athlete's stamina. The form of this research is (one group pretest-postest design) with the population of the SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru basketball team. The data in this research is a population of 9 people. The instrument used in this research was a sleep test, which aims to determine the effect of fartlek training. Based on the analysis of the normality test on the independent variable (X), it produces a LoMax of 0.131 and an L table of 0.271, which means that LoMax <L table. The dependent variable (Y) returns a LoMax of 0.142 and an L table of 0.271. This means that LoMax <L The data table is normally distributed. In the t-distribution hypothesis, it can be tested that the variable between x and the variable y is obtained by the value of t = 6.812, then tcount> ttable, namely (6.812)> (1.860), then Ha is accepted, with in other words, there is an effect of fartlektraining on the vo2max endurance of the SMAN 8 Pekanabaru basketball team.Key Words: Fartlek Training, Vo2Maks Endurance, Basketball

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of verbal violenceagainst self-cceptance children in the orphanage Al-Anshor District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The population in this research was 4-6 years old, 39 children and 6 early childhood caregivers at Al-Anshor orphanage Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru District, samples of these studies as many as 39 early childhood children and 6 caregivers were taken using saturated sampling methods. The data collection techniques used are observations. Analytical techniques use a test scale and analysis of statistical methods of linear regression simplified with the SPSS for Windows Ver. 22 program. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained there is how much influence of verbal violence against self-acceptance children in the orphanage Al-Anshor District Tenayan RayaPekanbaru. It can be found from the value of the koleration coefficient of 0.616 which lies at the range of 0.60-0799. The level of influence of verbal violence against selfacceptance children at Al-Anshor orphanage of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru District in a strong category against self-acceptance children.Key words: Self-Acceptance, Verbal abuse

Abstract

Abstract: SMA Negeri 8 Mandau is one of the largest schools in Mandau sub-district, was established in the 2011/2012 school year and is A accredited according to SK: 404/BAP-SM/KP-09/X/2015. This thesis aims to determine the analysis of the distractor function in the multiple choice odd semester exam in class XI students of SMA N 8 Mandau. This type of research is descriptive. The data sources of this study are multiple choice questions and answer sheets from a total of 196 students to be analyzed quantitatively. Quantitative analysis requires a formula that is used to determine the distractor function of the number of students choosing each option from the distractors. No less than 6 students with good criteria, choice A was chosen by 3 with bad criteria and C was selected no less than 2 students with bad criteria. Other choices in all questions also have good and very good criteria, but some choices also need to be corrected because they have bad criteria, and interchanged because they have bad and very bad criteria.Key Words: Distractor analysis, Multiple Choice Questions, History, SMA Negeri 8 Mandau
