Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the students' motivation to learn science in e-learning classes in class VII SMPN 45 Pekanbaru during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in November 2021 at SMPN 45 Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, research data was collected through a google form by asking students to give their responses to motivational questionnaire statements. Based on the results of research on science learning motivation in e-learning classes in class VII SMPN 45 Pekanbaru during the covid-19 pandemic, it describes high learning motivation with a percentage of 75.98%.Key Words: Motivation, E-Learning Class, Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop KUSUKA (Buku Saku Fisika) based on constructivism as a valid physics learning media in senior high school. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE ID model. The development of KUSUKA has been done by considering the pocketbook theory as a learning media and constructivism theory. The data was collected through the validation sheet by the validators. The validated aspects consist of content feasibility, language feasibility, presentation feasibility, and graphic feasibility which is adapted from textbook assessment by BSNP 2014. Validation results are obtained average of Aiken’s validity indeks for all aspects is 0,88. It can be concluded that KUSUKA was valid based on constructivism.Keywords: Physics Learning Media, Physics Pocketbook, Constructivism

Abstract

ABSTRACT Basically the goal of education IPS is to educate and the provide basic skill for students to self development according to their talents, interests, abilities and the environment, as well as a range of provision for students to continue their education to a higher level. The student’s IPS outcomes at fourth grade in elementary school 016 Kemang Indah Tambang sub-district academic years 2013/2014  in the odd semester is low. The purpose of this research is to increase the student’s IPS outcomes by using cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model in the fourth grade in elementary school 016 Kemang Indah Tambang sub-district in the odd semester academic 2013/2014, this research is action research class. The subject are fourth grade student’s elementary school 016 that totally is 20 who is 7 male students and  13 female students. The students are heterogenic in academic. This research is three cycles, the data technique is observation and test. The percentage of the students before using the model  is 45%, is increased 55% in the first cycle and increase 65% in the second cycle and increase also 80% in the third cycle. The activities of teacher and students has increased, the averager teacher’s activity in the first cyle is 60,94 with category enough increase 75,01 with categorygood in the second cycle and increase also 87,51 with category very good in the third cycle. The conclusion is shown that cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model can increase the student’s IPS outcomes. Keywords: Think Pair Share (TPS), IPS learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the weak strength of the arms and shoulders of physical education students in the athletic sport of the javelin throw. The title being researched in this study was "The Effect of Standing Barbell Triceps Extension Exercise on Arm and Shoulder Muscle Strength in Athletics with the Jewelery Throwing Number of Penjaskesrek Students Riau University". So that the future goal of students can show even better performance when taking these course grades. The form of this research is (one group pretest-postest design) with a population of 2017 class A Penjaskesrek student at Riau University. The data in this study are the entire population of 28 people. The instrument used in this study was to use the Expanding Dynamometer test, which aims to determine the influence of the Student's Arm and Shoulder Muscle Strength. To test for normality using the Lilifours test at a significant level of 0.05α. Based on the analysis of the normality test of the X data, the Lcount is 0.1348 and Ltable is 0.167, meaning that Lcount <Ltable. while the Y variable produces a Lcount of 0.1452 and an Ltable of 0.167. This means Lhitung <Ltable. then the data is normally distributed. Thus it can be concluded that for the effect between variable x and variable y, the value of t = 6.45 is obtained, then tcount> ttable, namely (6.45)> (1.703), then Ha is accepted, in other words there is a significant effect on the effect of standing exercise. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted based on a phenomenon that occurs today, namely students often use smartphones, especially as a learning media. This study aims to analyze smartphones as learning media carried out by FKIP UNRI education students and also to see whether there is an effect on learning creativity. The research was conducted at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP UNRI. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 344 people and a sample of 78 people taken using probability sampling techniques (random sampling) and using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of smartphones as a learning medium by students of economic education is good so that the use of smartphones as a learning medium can have an influence on the learning creativity of students of Economic Education FKIP UNRI as much as 24.6%.Keywords: Smartphone, Learning Media, Learning Creativity

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in improving children's learning creativity at home at RT.08 RW.08 in the village of Air Putih in the beautiful sub-district of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all parents who were on RT.08 RW.03 Air Putih Sub-District, Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, namely parents who have children who are still in primary school aged 6-12, amounting to of 50 people and samples in this study, 20 people were used in other places as a test sample on RT.09 RW.01 kelurahan kelurahan in the beautiful district of pekanbaru city. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instruments used in this study were observations and questionnaires with 35 item overviews. The role of parents in improving children's learning creativity in RT.08 RW.03 kelurahan Air Putih, handsome neighborhood of pekanbaru with indicators 1) the role of parents as facilitators, 2) the role of parents as motivators, 3) the role of parents as mentors 4) the role of parents as role model. Alternative answers for each item overview have a category that always gets a score of 4 (four), often a score of 3 (three), sometimes with a score of 2 (two), never given a score of 1 (one). The results of this study are some parents of RT.08 RW.03 in the category that is classified as good. This is demonstrated by the presentation of the data capture, namely: 1) the role of parents as facilitators 66.11% of the respondents who have always mentioned (SL) and Frequent (SR) 2) the role of parents as motivators 69.79 % of respondents who have always mentioned Always (SL) and often (SR). 3) The role of the person as supervisor of 69.24% of the respondents who mentioned Always (SL) and Frequently (SR). 4) the role of parents as a role model for 71% of the respondents stating Always (SL and often (SR).Keywords: Role Of Parents, Learning From Creativity

Abstract

Abstract: In a sepaktakraw game the service position is crucial in the success of a team to achieve victory, so that he can serve well, a service that can cross the net loudly and sharply so as to turn off the ball on the opponent's pitch. However, after being observed on the field, the reality encountered is a lot the athletes of coaching results are often constrained or fail to compete in the competition. All of that is because it is very scarce to get a reliable service player even though the tekong player plays an important role in the game of sepak takraw. The population in this study is the sepaktakraw athletes PPLP Riau, amounting to 8 people. The instrument in this research is eye and foot coordination, flexibility and service for sepak takraw. Data obtained were analyzed using correlation. From the results obtained coordination does not have a relationship with the service ability of sepak takraw athletes PPLP Riau. then the flexibility also has no relationship with the service ability of sepak takraw in Riau PPLP athletes. Likewise with the third hypothesis that there is no joint relationship between coordination and flexibility towards the service ability of sepak takraw athletes PPLP Riau. From the calculation results obtained by the multiple correlation coefficient (R test) obtained R count = 0.856 while Rtable obtained by 0.754, so Rhitung> Rtabel, meaning that there is no joint relationship between coordination (XI) and flexibility (X2) with the ability to service above sepak takraw (Y).Key Words: Coordination, Split, Service Upper

Abstract

Abstrak: The objectives of this research to develop a single parent for street children education module in terms of material clarity, material systematics, image support, the suitability of material delivery time, material completeness, module accuracy, module usability, and module feasibility. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The steps used are (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, and (6) product manufacturing. The instruments of this research are the validation sheets to get the feasibility test results, while the validators in this study is 2 validator material guidance counseling and 2 guidance counseling practitioners. The results of this study indicate that a single parent education module for street children has been compiled in terms of eight aspects. All aspects of the development of the education module for the single parent of street children can be said to meet the expected criteria with a percentage gain of 76.5% so that it is in the "feasible" category. Thus the development of the street children single parent education module can be said to be tested as a service material used by the social services, Bkkbn and BK teachers in providing services to single parent of street children.Key Words: Education Module Development, Single Parent, Street Children

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the ability of the fourth semester students’ morphological awareness in English Study Program, Universitas Riau. The population of this research was the fourth semester students. The number of sample was 23 students selected randomly from 3 classes (A Class, B Class, and C Class) by using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data was a written test in the form of multiple choices with 55 questions based on the indicators of morphological awareness stated by Ken Apel (2014). The test instrument consist of four parts which cover the components of morphological awareness namely spoken form of morphemes (allomorph), meaning and grammatical changes, manner of affixes (orthography), and relation between base words and its derived and inflected forms. The data were analyzed by using a formula made by Wayan and Sumartana (1986) and then classified into five levels of ability: very poor, poor, mediocre, good and excellent by using classification made by Harris (1969). Based on the findings of this research, it was found that the students’ morphological awareness ability of the fourth semester students was in a good level with the mean score 63. The implication of this research is that the fourth semester students are in a good level of morphological awareness ability.Key Words: Students’ Morphological Awareness, Students’ ability.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the comparison of learning independence between Bidikmisi students and non-Bidikmisi students in the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau 2018/2019. The population in this study was divided into 2 groups, namely: Population in Bidikmisi students is 66 people, because the population of Bidikmisi students is less than 100 people, so it uses census sampling techniques in which all populations are sampled. The population of non-bidikmisi students is 257 people, because the population of non-Bidikmisi students is more than 100 researchers using the Slovin formula approach, so that by using the Slovin formula we can determine a sample of 72 people. The datas used are primary datas, namely through questionnaires. The study used quantitative methods and similarity test analysis of two averages / different tests. Based on descriptive analysis, student learning independence bidikmisi University of Riau Economic Education is in the high category, amounting to 26 students (39.39%) while Non Bidikmisi Student Learning Independence is in the low category, amounting to 31 students (43.05%). Based on the Independent Samples Test (Difference Test), obtained the significance value of the F test is 0.110 which means the variance or distribution of the two samples is the same or homogeneous, then the test used is Equal variances assumed. The results of the t test of significance value (2-tailed) are 0.04. Because the value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the learning independence of Bidikmisi students and non-Bidikmisi students.Key Words: Learning Independence and Bidikmisi
