Abstract

Evaluation of the Stopping The Tap On Ocean Plastics (STOP) Program in Lekok and Nguling District, Pasuruan District. This research evaluates STOP Program in the districts of Lekok and Nguling. The STOP Program is an initiative aimed at addressing the issue of marine plastic waste originating from terrestrial sources. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, utilizing an interactive model that includes  Data  Condensation, Data  Display, and  Conclusion  Drawing/Verification. The findings indicate that:1) despite strong support, the context evaluation revealed challenges such as infrastructural limitations and a lack of public awareness; 2) the input evaluation identified a need for enhanced waste management capacity and infrastructure; 3) the process evaluation found that inter-stakeholder coordination is crucial but still requires improvement; and 4) the product evaluation showed that the program has successfully reduced the volume of plastic waste, though it still requires sustainable strategies to address funding and infrastructural issues. Recommended strategies include strengthening local capacity, enhancing public education and awareness, and developing improved waste management infrastructure. The STOP Program needs enhancements in funding, infrastructure, and community participation to achieve sustained success. Community awareness and behavioral changes, coupled with adequate infrastructural support, are identified as critical factors for the program’s long-term success.

Abstract

Workload refers to the number, of tasks and responsibilities that must be performed. This research aims to understand, evaluate, optimize, and identify. The calculation of manpower requirements was carried out by entering primary and secondary data into the WISN formula. The calculation of pharmaceutical personnel needs includes managerial services, prescription review, drug history, therapy monitoring, and information provision. This research is a descriptive study using observation and interview methods as well as monthly and annual reports. The results of this study were found in pharmacists as many as 6 people, 30 TTK, 1 person, and 4 warehouse TTK, while the total number of pharmacy workers was 25 people so the workload carried out did not match the performance of pharmaceutical officers. This is concluded by evaluating the intensity of tasks received by each pharmacy worker, managing drug stocks, providing education, conducting administration and recording, and additional roles. Management needs to ensure that they have sufficient support and efficient systems to carry out their duties and provide quality services.

Abstract

Implementation of Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) Policy (Study at the Population and Civil Registration Service of North Lombok Regency). Normatively, population administration is implemented by the Population and Civil Registration Service assisted by employees who are competent in their fields. Through this, the research results were found: (1) The implementation of the e-KTP policy was carried out quite well, there was a lack of human resources and a lack of budget. In fact, when linked to the Law regulating Population Administration, resources are an important aspect in the success of the implementation process. (2) Obstacles in implementing the e-KTP policy, researchers found that there were budget limitations, staff limitations, lack of awareness from the community, and geographical location. (3) The results of the implementation of the e-KTP policy, if implemented well, have an impact resulting from the e-KTP policy, such as efficiency in population administration and social and economic impacts. The efficiency of population administration results in the process of making e-KTP becoming faster. The resulting social impact is that underprivileged communities that are integrated with e-KTP can receive social assistance from the government. The economic impact is a society integrated in e-KTP data. Economically, the use of e-KTP aims to facilitate economic activities such as opening a bank account.

Abstract

The Application Of Lean Concept In Outpatient Service at Medika Utama Hospital Blitar. This study aims to implement Lean Management principles in Medika Utama Hospital Blitar's outpatient services, with the primary objectives of waste reduction and value enhancement. The research employs observational methods, problem identification, and improvement planning. Data collection includes waste and value assessment, along with time measurements for each process. Techniques such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) are utilized for waste identification and the implementation of Lean interventions to streamline processes. Overprocessing is identified as the main source of waste in outpatient services, followed by waiting, transportation, and defects. The study suggests interventions like the transition from manual to electronic medical records, the introduction of an online appointment system, and optimization of the prescription process to address these issues. Value Stream Mapping offers effective solutions for waste reduction and the improvement of outpatient service efficiency

Abstract

As Indonesia's top producer of oil and gas, the Rokan Piece in Riau Territory contributes significantly to the country's GDP. However, the area continues to descend into extreme poverty despite its wealth, exemplifying the asset revile catch-22. The deployment of the Collaborative Administration Additionally Multi-Helix (CGPMH) system is examined in this study as a crucial strategy to overcome these socioeconomic disparities. The CGPMH demonstrates how to coordinate the joint efforts of the government, business community, academic community, civil society, and media in order to establish cooperative agreements for the reduction of poverty in areas with abundant resources. This study used a subjective case study approach to gather data from field observations, record audits, and in-depth interviews carried out in the Siak and Bengkalis Regencies. The findings reveal that current government agreements, particularly those pertaining to revenue-sharing elements, have been ineffective because they lack the ability to regulate locally and provide skewed benefit transfer. In the meanwhile, more significant arrangements are needed to increase the profitability of corporate initiatives like Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and capacity-building projects led by academics.
