Abstract

Chinese is a language that's becoming known Nationally and Internationally as well as widely spoken in various walks of life. For this reason, many schools was introduced Chinese language learning from kindergarten. Sometimes kids feel bored using books for learning, because they think that books is not interested and not flexible. Learning Chinese must attractive and flexible to attract children to learn. The use of mobile learning applications installed on the Android device using Eclipse IDE to get data is a way to learning and help the child to be able to learn independently, through features that are provided.Features was provided for learning Chinese is equipped with teaching materials are classified into several categories including learning menu, writing hanzi menu, the exercise menu consisting of quizzes, games and video. To see the development of the child's ability to there is quiz features provided with the assessment contained in the score menu. Based on the results of testing, this learning applications can run well on devices with the Android operating system version 4.1 to 5.0.2, and accessing databases on the admin web it is running well. That’s all to provide children comfort to learning Mandarin. There testing done by giving questionnaires to 10 respondents to determine the level of satisfaction. Based on questionnaires distributed, 50 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with the overall application and another 50 percent said they were very satisfied.

Abstract

Portfolio using single index models already common made by the players and also the financial consultant. Portfolio of stocks in order to determine what combination of stocks that can be purchased with the expected result is maximum profit with very little risk.But not all the players especially the new players will not understand about the portfolio. Based on these problems, then made a web-based application that can calculate the desired stock portfolio in order to understand whether the stock is favorable or not to optimize the speed of data processing and data entry. Also use the display that is easily understood by the user even if the user is included layman in terms of stocks.The end result of making this application is the calculation that can be justified by proving the truth compared to manual calculation.

Abstract

Puzzle Adventure Game is a game that has the form of games exploring a region or a place in which to complete a story on where the player should be able to complete a variety of challenges that are often shaped puzzles and such.This game is made with a reason to teach a variety of moral values are positive through the game, because a lot of games today do not give you the material into his game. This game also comes with a variety of functions such as save game, load game, resolution settings, sound settings, as well as game-style point-and-click. It is intended to be able to make the players comfortable playing. Once created, these games can be played well without any interruption or bugs, and also can be played in almost all computer that has 2GB RAM and above. Thanks to game development using Unity and various assets in it, making the game becomes easier so that the games can be designed in such a way in a very limited time. The time used to make the game is less than 4 month, though the content of the game is not yet perfect but the game successfully run with perfection without bug.

Abstract

Maju Jaya is a workshop which sale of automotive products and services. Automotive products for sale are: tires, oil, spare parts and other accessories. Maju Jaya Workshop has administration problems such as transactions of purchases from supplier and sales to customer still uses manually processing, which has large risks.Due to background problems as mentioned above, then new application is developed and made by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 software for its data storage. The application has some features, that are: data recording the purchases transactions from a supplier, data recording sales transactions, purchases reports, sales reports, reports payable, account receivables reports, stock reports, debt reminder, receivable reminder, stock reminders.From the result of system testing it can be concluded that the new system can solved the difficulties of Maju Jaya Workshop performance well. The application can record the transactions as described above that occured in Maju Jaya Workshop, this making the owner easier to checks the stock and transactions.

Abstract

In this day, technology is needed in doing many things that can make it easier for humans to carry out their activities. but there are still many things that are still being done manually and that is less effective. Especially in terms of registering as a member in an event at the Petra Christian University. The purpose of this paper is to create a registration system into an event to help students who need organizational credit points and make it easier for an organization to receive its members.The method that will be used is Content-based recommendation systems, which is a system recommendation method that uses data about each product to recommend new products. In making this application will use student data and data about an activity so that the system recommends division to students in accordance with the division that has been followed by a student from previous events.In this paper a website will be created using the Laravel framework and the database using MySQL.Based on the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that registering as a member using a system created by the author is more effective than registering manually. And when the organizers of the organization will choose which students will be accepted, this will benefit final level students because the list of registrants is sorted by the year the student enters.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMusik telah digemari di seluruh dunia. Untuk belajar musik ,banyak orang yang memerlukan kursus untuk mempelajarinya. Sedangkan untuk orang yang mempelajari sendiri sering terjadi kesulitan saat menentukan melodi dan nada dasar.Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur untuk mengenali nada dasar dan melodi dari sebuah file lagu monophonic dan menampilkannya dalam bentuk tabel. Adapun aplikasi ini dirancang untuk beroperasi pada operating system Windows.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik pada file rekaman alat musik yang menghasilkan nada yang konstan dan kualitas suara yang baik.

Abstract

Administration Information System in Ikan Mas Company is still using manual system. The number of customer order often make company difficult to control their inventory stock. That makes the stock of raw materials they have always run into stock out. The company also have difficulty because the uncertain supplier.To overcome these problem, we need a new system that can replace the old system and change the manual system into computerize system. System that will be create such as recording sales, purchasing, production, recording the entire master data, calculation of the raw and finished materials stock, and also a report purchase, sales and income statement.Results of making this program is to optimize the entire collection of raw materials and finished materials, recording purchase and sales as well as production.

Abstract

The presence of Nursing Home is a place chosen by some elderly families who have a solid activity. The Nursing Home is considered a new home or new environment for the elderly. For that it needs special attention to the elderly living in the Panti Werdha. A 24-hour service by accompanying staff and scheduled listing systems is a way to lead an elderly health. But in the belief, not all elderly nurses can be maintained for 24 hours. Because of the limitations of human ability that is sleeping or not, always guard near the elderly It can be dangerous seniors need help in the middle of the night.Seeing the problem, then needed a technology that could be between seniors and elderly nurses. And serves as a helper in maintaining the health of the elderly. Caring Assistance app using Android and Raspberry Pi. Seniors who need help, can press the switch later will appear notification to mobile run and display live streaming video. Elderly nurses can be more responsive in providing emergency assistance. This application can help seniors with the schedule of elderly drug, as well as make a list of the nearest hospital and pharmacy using the Google Places API facility on the user's mobile phone. From the results of application testing and Raspberry Pi can be concluded the application can answer the needs of elderly nurses in the elderly health care and the state of the elderly using Raspberry Pi.

Abstract

PT. X is a private company that commercially operated since 1991. It becomes the first company which produces Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) in Indonesia. In order to support the business processing, PT. X only have a program holds its warehouse and also the general ledger. The program is lack of information system which is not whole integrated.For this reason, in this thesis, the analysis and design of architecture data information system is made for the company. The process begins by analyzing the business model and business strategy. After that, analysis the information technology in this company recently, then understanding the problem and looking at the need of information technology in the future. Next, making the design of architecture data which is suitable with business strategy and company's business process.

Abstract

Nowadays, many peoples need mobile device as an application for saving many documents. Usually, the documents scattered in various folders at different location with unstructured documents’ name. It causes difficulty of finding the documents. Furthermore, peoples need to open the document in various format (pdf, ppt, pptx, doc, docx). There’s condition when they just need to save some document pages to their mobile device.This application is made for mobile device’s users that developed with Android Studio and Notepad++. It can display the content of the document in some format (pdf, ppt, pptx, doc, docx) and combine the content from one document to another. Moreover, it can make a new document that contain some pages from other document. Users also can search the title and word in the document.According to the implementation result which has been tested on Android 5 (Lollipop), this application was able to show the result from open document, new document, merge document, tittle search, and word search by phonegap.
