School is the main source of learning for every child that they must attend in order to grow up. Therefore schools also have full responsibility in giving attention to their students. This must also be supported by parents who are active in every child's development in school. But sometimes parents don't get important information about their child because of the limited means of delivering information. To solve this problem, the final design and implementation of information systems using internet technology was made in this final project. Thus parents and students can more easily access information from schools such as grades, schedules, etc.Designing applications is done on a web basis. Every process that occurs in the system is described by DFD and ERD. After each process has been formed, the program is implemented into the PHP programming language and MySQL Server database. After implementation, the different features include admin modules, principals, students and parents / guardians, and teachers.The information system that has been created can be used to convey information from the school to parents both academic information concerning grades, lesson schedules, and other information.

The game is already a daily activity of the community. There are several types of games but the most playable game types today are mobile games where they can be played wherever and whenever. This thesis aims to perform the manufacture and similar research on mobile game battleship. Legitimate research has been done about battleship games on the PC platform by using LAN network. In this thesis will examine about mobile game battleship using BFS method and firebase database on mobile phone platform. The problem of this research is to measure how successful the application of BFS method and the implementation of firebase database used for multiplayer.In this battleship game research has been done the application process is the application of BFS method, and the application of firebase database. Process Where application on BFS method is done on program coding only. However, the application of firebase database is done by connecting Unity program with firebase SDK which is assisted by database calling on the program.Through testing it can be proven that the use of the BFS method of finding a very long route will take considerable time. For Firebase the database is less suitable for battleship action game where the mobile phone used to access the game can not receive data submissions sent from the database.

Currently Solar Plenary Clinic in recording medical records still use a medical card. Surya Plenary Clinic’s recording medical records, laboratory examinations and prescriptions are still manual. Information system will make all data recording faster in data processing and archiving more secure and automatically stored properly.This application is created using the programming language HTML, PHP, Javascript, jQuery and MySQL database. App view using SB Admin and Bootsrap template. This application can record medical records, lab checks, doctor prescriptions, drug requests, drug stock logs and reports. Admin may view required reports such as medical record transaction reports, laboratory transactions reports, patient reports and illnesses, incoming drug reports. This report can make it easier for admins to monitor clinical progress.The end result of this application development for all recording and inspection can be well integrated and with the assessment of the questionnaire can ensure the application has been tested and in accordance with the needs of the clinic.

Bank locker is a much needed facility, especially in public places. The lack of these bank lockers are very unsettling for those who carry a lot of luggage. From those many locker lending places in Indonesia, mostly still operated manually or using human labor. In the current era of globalization, automation is a major demand in all fields of work. Therefore, an automatic locker loan system is created from combining arduino WeMos D1 mini and android application. Android application is created using Android Studio, whereas the arduino is coded with Arduino IDE. The result of research showed that the integration of arduino and android application was successful in terms of automation and effectiveness.

Make Up Artist is one of the services by doing make over the women to make it look more beautiful and different. MUA in Indonesia uses several social media applications in transacting like Instagram, Facebook, and Line. But there are some obstacles that are often experienced by users such as schedule settings because many clients are asking on the same day, difficulty in searching MUA around the location and searching manual which takes a long time because using hashtag in instagram so have to open one by one.To solve the problem, there is a solution by creating an online booking application, where users can more easily find MUA. Make UP 4U application has a search feature that makes it easier for users to search for MUA on both empty date search and nearby location.Based on the results of the questionnaire, in the user section (tenant) 80% of respondents rated. For review feature reviews &ratings, 80% of respondents are rated well. For the search feature assessment, 60% of respondents rated well. For assessment of booking notification feature in the form of email 60% of respondents rated well. For a valuation of ease using the application 100% of respondents rated well. For the assessment of conformity with the needs, 100% of respondents value well.

Postal code consist of sequential data which refers to a certain address in detail to their smallest form such as rural areas that are seperated by its own respective digits except the tiniest rurals. On the contrary, these pieces of data cannot be used conveniently on map database due to its thorough categorization and filtering process. Some of them may uncorrelated and may cause misunderstanding as of commonly existing digital maps merely processing longitude, latitude, also address data to city level simply using plain text.To solve the database system and postal data system disjoint problem, these two separate yet potentially powerful systems has to be integrated. With the continuous web development and securer HTTPS protocol into practice, also putting Progressive Web Apps into consideration, these core address finding functionsnamely geocoding, geolocation, also reverse geocoding majorly functions optimally without any need to concern users’ convenience on using this merged system at any sort.Test results conclude that this merged system has been significantly improving location finding accuracy, as long as the system works within the right hands. Basic knowledges of mapping system and GIS are inevitably mandatory to unleash existing maps capability of location finding into deeper levels. This will operates even optimally when the postal data system are wholefully implemented into the querying process, in addition to another smart features, such as shortest/fastest route tracking also traffic/riot detection into play.

Curriculum of 2013 is a curriculum that apllied nationwide as the development of Compentency Based Curriculum (KBK) and use the system of integrative-tematic. Of course its also brings new problems for teacher and student in adapting the change of curriculum. For the teachers, the difficulties is the lack of learningmaterials when students are out of school, so students hard to learn independently and make teachers should teach more to make students can reach the existing competencies. Especially for first grade primary school student, who initially studied the learning system of kindergartens that they are more learn while playing, must begin to adapt to primary school learning system. Therefore we need media interactive learning and engaging for students.This application will provide the means for first grade primary school students to learn the curriculum in 2013 to grade 1 primary school, but in an atmosphere of playing to keep the child interested in learning albeit with new learning system. Design and manufacture of these applications based on the 2013 curriculum for grade 1 primary school with the chosen theme is the theme Diriku and theme Kegemaranku.The test results showed that the application running on the mobile device mininum Android 4.0.3 (IceCreamSandwich). This application considered beneficial because it helps the children to learn while playing and application considered attractive for children.

Regional Warehouse of the Indonesian Red Cross Regional Gresik houses and handles the humanitarian logistical assistance process in East Java, Sulawesi and throughout Eastern Indonesia. Humanitarian logistical assistance is an emergency item that can be distributed when disaster strikes. Currently, in carrying out the logistics process applications are used that are embedded on the local machine. Now, the application is out to date and can not perform some functions according to the needs of the warehouse so that some processes are done manually using spreedsheet. Confirmation of receipt and delivery is also still often done via whatsapp messager so that errors often occur. Besides, giving track numbers are not unique, so that items are difficult to track. This causes the logistics process in the warehouse to be effective less, so we need an online software that can facilitate the logistics process. The Software developed is a web-based logistics assistance system. This system also adapted to the results of the analysis of existing applications with several additional features to adjust the needs of the warehouse. The web system was developed using serverside PHP programming language 7.12.13 with Laravel Framework 5.7 and also several libraries that support clienside css, javascript like bootstrap or jQuery. The final result of the software development contains movement of goods that occur in the warehouse, such as input of goods entering and leaving, as well as by renewal the tracking number and assigning the tracking number automatically to the each of relief item.

In order to expand culinary business we can use Internet as an equipment, especially for Indonesia who had large territory and variety of traditional food so to expand the business, we need a medium as tools to facilitate information coverage throughout Indonesia.The purpose of this thesis is to provide a communication medium for sellers and buyers via the Internet which is formed in a market place website. In Making Sales Marketplace for Indonesian Traditional Food, several technologies are used such as; notepad ++ software, XAMPP and browser, HTML, CSS3, PHP, and MySQL to create a database. The author also uses Facebook API to integrate technology with user social media facebook, and to get information of users' personal data.This final project has been successfully simulate an online marketplace that used as a place for sales and purchases transaction of Indonesian food products and have been successfully testing the combination of technologies that used to create this website.

Petra Christian University Cooperative (UK Petra) is a cooperative that has 2 businesses namely self-service and cooperatives. The cooperative itself has 2 programs, namely savings and loans. At present the UK Petra cooperative only has programs offline. The programs owned by the UK Petra cooperative can only be accessed by cooperative officials and some activities such as member registration, periodic deposit applications, long-term submissions and loan applications are still using paper. In addition members if you want to know information such as periodic deposit balances, how much loans or installments the remaining is very difficult to know because members must go or ask or call the cooperative management. This is felt to be very less effective in disseminating or facilitating information.Seeing this problem, then in this thesis a website information system will be created. This website can do such as submitting periodic deposits, submitting long-term deposits, applying for loans, can see cooperative financial information.the final result of the thesis is that the system has been able to send notifications online via email based on internet speed, the system has been able to submit applications online, the system has been able to perform periodic savings calculations, self-help time deposits and loans and the system has been able to help the cooperative in looking at financial conditions members in terms of savings.
