Abstract

Ujian Akhir Nasional atau yang juga dikenal sebagai Ujian Nasional, adalah salah satu syarat penentu kelulusan siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Indonesia. Dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi Ujian Nasional tersebut, siswa-siswi biasanya mengikuti tryout dan latihan yang diberikan baik oleh pihak sekolah maupun pihak luar, seperti bimbingan belajar. Mahalnya biaya bimbingan belajar menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat siswa-siswi enggan mengikuti bimbingan kursus. Selain itu, ketiadaan indikator serta evaluasi historis hasil latihan dan tryout juga menjadi salah satu kekurangan dari pengadaan persiapan Ujian Nasional.Pada jurnal ini, penulis memaparkan pembuatan sebuah situs yang dapat membantu siswa-siswi SMA dalam mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional. Siswa-siswi nantinya dapat menggunakan situs ini untuk berlatih mengerjakan soal, melakukan simulasi Ujian Nasional lewat fitur tryout, dan melakukan evaluasi diri terhadap hasil latihan serta tryout yang telah dilakukan.Pengujian pada sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu pengguna dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi Ujian Nasional. Selain itu pengguna juga dapat melakukan evaluasi mandiri terhadap latihan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

In the process of logistics distribution for natural disasters, PMI faces several obstacles. obstacles in the face of the management of logistics information systems run manually or physically. Thus, the data entered is not actual and appropriate and spend more time. Therefore, in this paper made web that will help record every logistics process that happened.Before starting the application development, analysis and design of the existing logistics system in PMI East Java province. The analysis and design stage generates the number of modeling used to create the application. This web uses HTML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX and view using Bootstrap template. To get Latitude and Latitude feature using Google API.The end result of the creation of this application is an application that includes features to record the necessary data in the logistics information system required by PMI East Java with features that tend to work for PMI-administrations, donors, and supermarkets because it is difficult for volunteer to open or bring electronic devices.

Abstract

In this current condition, cooperative PT Jadi Abadi Corak Biscuit still running all of their business processes manually. This condition causes profit from the minimarket still not included in the process of calculating the business revenue residu because of a lack of data integration between saving and loan of the cooperative and selling trasaction data of the minimarket. Moreover, the employee on duty is also having problem in doing stock opname and making the reports needed becuase they first have to adjust the data of purhcasing and selling mnually. Another problem is also found when calculating the business revenue residu, this process will waste a lot of time because they first have to gather all the reports in a year, make the profit and loss report, then they have to input all data of the member one by one into excel.The final result of making this cooperative information system is user of this system can see the remaining stock of goods, calculate the business revenue residu, and retrieves all the reports needed in managing the cooperative. From the questionnaire results, scores are given 100% on the assessment of the interface of the application, 100% in ratings features both selling and purchasing features, and 100% on an overall assessment of the problem either.

Abstract

At this time the secondary school YBPK 1 Surabaya has to provide facilities for the library which is aimed at so that each student or teacher diligent reading the book. In the Junior Secondary School Library YBPK 1 Surabaya there are a number of facilities such as the lease the book, the return of the book, payment of fine and cabinet reference. Some discounted rates above is still done manually so that the officers of the library in trouble in recap transaction data. This application is created using HTML programming language, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, Framework Codeigniter 3.0 and the MySQL database. The application display using the Bootstrap template. E-catalogue features using solr search engine is made in the Apache. Reminder features the return of the book using SMS Gateway Me template. The end result of the development of this application is able to search the list of book, can send reminder through SMS messages to prevent loan overdue, can record transaction with computerized library. Librarians can also view reports such as the report of fines, the visitor report, book assessment report and book donation report.Based on the results of questionnaires were obtained for display applications, 40% of respondents answered good, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For e-catalog feature, 40% of respondents answered not good enough, 20% responded good enough, and 40% of respondents answered good. For e-book feature, 20% of respondents answered enough, 40% said good, 40% responded very well. For book transactions feature, 20% of respondents answered enough, 20% responded good, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For a book proposal feature, 20% of respondents answered good, and 80% of respondents answered very well. To reserve features books, 40% of respondents answered not good enough, 20% of respondents answered good, and 40% of respondents answered very well. For the reminder feature the return of books, 20% of respondents answered enough, 20% of respondents answered well, and 60% of respondents answered very well. For ease of use, 20% of respondents answered enough, 40% of respondents answered good, and 40% of respondents answered very well. For compliance with requirements, 20% of respondents answered good, and 80% of respondents answered very well. For most applications, 40% of respondents rate the program was good, and 60% of respondents rate the program is very good.

Abstract

The file sending process still done manually so the sender and recipient don’t know the location of the file and can’t track the file. furthermore, the total cost of sending file outside is still recorded manually so BAUK does not know the costs each unit spent.Because of that problem, file sending application based on website and android was created using PHP, MySql, and Java. Starts by creating a database to save all data and then create a website so that users can view and input data, then proceed with creating an android application using SOA and Rest so website database can be used on android and have the same data.This application can help the process of sending files by recording them automatically, tracking the files location, and see the total cost each unit.

Abstract

At present, technology is a tool developed to help facilitate human activities. The making of complex and many bpmn diagrams is impossible to do by one or two people and also there are people who do an examination of the diagram that has been made. The current system is done by utilizing file sharing where BPMN files that have been done are sent via email. Therefore we need a system where a project can be accessed by several users directly.The making of real-time bpmn website is designed by utilizing the MERN stack technology as a single page application and javascript library which is used in making websites, especially library bpmn js for making diagrams and sockets IO for real-time two-way communication between users and system.The final result of this paper is a real-time website bpmn is used to help users make bpmn diagrams that can be done by several users. The presence of features such as sharing systems, real-time diagrams, and real-time chat are made for users to be able to share projects and make diagrams together.

Abstract

CV Anugrah Jaya is an authorized dealer of Honda in Sumenep. Sales system offered by the company are the service, sales of motorcycles and spare parts. Currently, CV Anugrah Jaya forced Honda center to apply information systems. An analysis and design with data flow diagrams and entity relation diagrams are performed before application development begins. This application is created using the programming language HTML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL database, and Bootstrap. The created application contains features of purchase orders for motorcycles and spare parts as well as sales of motorcycles, spare parts, and services The final result of the application development is the calculation of the price of spare parts on the stock card when the purchase, sale of motorcycles and spare parts and service generate sales report, revenue report, stock report, and profit and loss, reminder service and file maintenance based on service transaction period and motorcycle.

Abstract

ACP Ambon pharmacy is one of the largest pharmacy in Ambon City. In this Pharmacy in order to reserve the doctor, the patient needs to come first to the pharmacy and register their name. If the patient gets a large queue number, they prefer to go home and come back later. However, it is very inefficient and wasting time. Moreover, when the patient returns to the pharmacy, their queue number have been passed so the patient has to wait until the last number of queue if they want to be served. In addition, in the making process of patient medical records and prescription which are using a paper also often causes some problems. In an example, patient’s medical records and prescriptions can be lost or damaged, and the process of recording the patient's medical record and prescription becomes more difficult. Thus, it needs a doctor reservation application by integrating between website technology with Android-based smartphone.This application is created by using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL database programming language on a web-based application. Java programming languages and SQLite databases are on Android based apps. Bootstrap template is used as the display of the application. The notification feature of patient’s queue numbers on Android-based apps used Firebase Cloud Massaging (FCM).The end of the result of this application development are to be able to process the doctor’s reservation quickly, received notification of queue number of other patients that are being examined by doctor, record the patient’s medical record and prescription with computerized. Abstract

Ethics Enrichment is a coaching program for new students during the first semester. This development program will divide new students into several small groups which led by Asisten Tutor (Astor). Besides making a development program, Asisten Tutor (Astor) must join another development program like intensive fellowship and Bible study groups. Each group has a mentor in order to lead the group. At this moment, every equippment that is used for new students, Asisten Tutor (Astor), and mentor is still printed in papers. With the numbers of new students, Asisten Tutor (Astor), and mentor that are increasingly rise every year; the usage of papers is such a waste and it is not simple. Therefore, web application dan mobile application are exist in order to help Asisten Tutor (Astor) and mentor; and also help new students to follow this development program effectively. This application is a technology-based because the usage of technology is a need for everyone in this era. The users of web application consist of administrator, asisten tutor observer, and students observer. Thus, the users of mobile application consist of mentor, Asisten Tutor (Astor), and new students. According to the test result, web application and mobile application is accesible. This application also helps management system of Ethics Enrichment service become well-organized.

Abstract

As the increased of work productivity, many task scheduling applications are emerging. Each of Task scheduling applications  has its own advantages to similar competitors. The applications helps the user to remember if one of task was approaching deadline, and to store activities’ data. However, to fulfil  the task, we need a container to store important files in a safe place. In recent years, the use of Cloud Computing is growing because the data is safely stored. In the applications mentioned above, there is still no container to collect data to support of a task. Thus, in the process of a task requires a separate storage container of reminder apps such as flash, hard drive, or using cloud computing.These Scheduling Application is powered by Google Tasks and Google Drive. This app is designed to combine the reminder feature and supporting data storage task. The program uses Google Tasks as a container scheduling tasks and also use Google Drive as a storage container for supporting data. So this one application can covers the needs of users in the manufacturing operations tasks that are not found in other applications.
