Abstract

ABSTRACT This purpose of this study is to know performance from unit trust that is syariah and conventional fund in Indonesia be based on rate of return and Treynor Index. As well as to know rate of risk based on selectivity and market timing. This research data obtained from 16 syariah fund and 23 conventional fund coming from three type unit trust that is, equity fund, fixed income fund, and mixed fund enlisted in BAPEPAM that were active during the research period since year 2006 until 2010. The analysis method which used in this study is normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov) and Mann Whitney test. the Result of this study indicates that in general, performance of conventional and syariah unit trust has significan differences base to rate of return and Treynor Index. And rate of risk base to selectivity is significan differences, but base to market timing is no differences. Keywords: UnitsTrust Performance, Rate of Risk, Units Trust

Abstract

ABSTRACT Neo-classical economic growth saw determinant of economic growth from the supply side (supply), first, look at the human capital factors (human capital) as a determinant of economic growth. Two important things in human capital are education and health which believed to increase the knowledge (knowledge) and research (research), using the neoclassical growth model, economic growth is determined by labor, physical capital, and technology. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tentang beberapa faktor dari perilaku konsumen yang berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan, khususnya keputusan untuk memilih Program Studi MM di Ukrida. Instrument kuesioner digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara faktor Kepribadian, Persepsi dan Sikap, yang dalam hal ini dianggap sebagai variabel prediktor dengan faktor Pengambilan keputusan, yang dalam hal ini dianggap sebagai variabel tergantung. Penelitian menghasilkan informasi bahwa faktor Kepribadian, Persepsi dan Sikap berpengaruh signifikan baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama terhadap faktor pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih Program Studi MM. Hasil penelitian didapat dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi linier berganda dari SPSS 19. Teknik survey dilakukan dan data dihasilkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 101 kuesioner. Ukuran sampel terbatas dan hanya memperhitungkan responden mahasiswa program studi MM di Ukrida baik yang masih aktif maupun telah lulus sebagai sampel. Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of financial condition variable and the debt default is based on the assumption that Going Concern Opinion (GCO) is given only when the company experience financial distress. The size of the company, then, is used as variable due to the reason that the bigger the company, the easier it is to overcome the financial distress as it has stronger board of management. Therefore, the possibility to accept GCO is less compare to the smaller company. Professional accountant public offices keep their reputation by giving opinion according to the auditing result even when they have financial distress and is being audited by bigger Public Accountant Office. The possibility to receive GCO is bigger. The results showed that the financial condition of all significant variables, all three have a significance level of less than 5%. Financial ratios reflect the company's ability to complete its obligations so that all three ratios may affect the likelihood of receiving going-concern opinion. While the other variables, including the failure of debt, company size and reputation of a public accounting firm, they were not significant because it has a greater significance level of 5%. Abstract

This paper discusses the concept of the development of consumer engagement, in the era of globalization will increasingly play a role, because the pressure from competitors requires companies to invest more time and resources to strengthen marketing. Marketing theory past few decades has shifted along with the emergence of virtual marketing. Exploit­ing social media caused by the development of information technology also accelerates the change. Customer behavior also changes with the new media, the offender business also must change to be more creatively capture opportunities. Creativity needs to be done to increase consumer engagement is a very important thing to do, so that producers and consumers relationship is maintained. This concept is an approach to building a portfolio of customers and connect with customers across manufacturers. The article also looks more closely related to the ability of the process of marketing, customer engagement and com­mercialization. Another approach of this concept is to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, which leads to a commitment to spread the word of mouth is positive. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the impact of distributive justice on organizational citizenship be­havior mediated by trust in organization at PT Indoporlen, Bekasi. The purposive sampling method is used to spread the sampling questionnaire to 145 permanent employees in PT. Indoporlen. Data analysis method used by using descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS 22 and structural equation method (SEM) with AMOS 6.0. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that distributive justice to organizational citizenship behavior has a β value of 0.451 with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05, then H1 supported which means that distributive justice has positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. While the results of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by trust in organization has a β value of 0.586 with a significant value 0f 0.000 < 0.05, then H2 is also supported which means there is an impact of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by trust in organization then with trust in organization as a mediator, it will increase the significant influence of distributive justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Implication managerial in this research that is can managers improve the delivery of wages in accordance with the performance of produced employees as well as the division of the working fair according to what has been agreed with company employ­ees , can managers increase attitude fair with give equality in treating employees , honest in providing information on to an employee , and true in treating employees , and manager also had to check and control employees at regular intervals in order to do the work which in accordance with the procedures which have been determined.Keywords: distributive justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and trust in organization

ABSTRACTEmotional intelligence in banking is needed after their intellectual, emotional intelligence deficiency can cause impaired person to use his skills. The more complex the more im­portant emotional intelligence work needed. Likewise, when a young person’s personality traits be more apparent upon entering the elderly (Seniors) so that your youth istefined as a caricature personality of the elderly, the ederly with constructive personality tyoe will re­main employee another field or elsewhere because they get a lot of job offers even though they have retirement. In management, the organization always expect goodperformance. It should also be balance with the presence of a leader who has the dicipline governing or­ganization with sage and wise.
