GPO (Guru Pembelajar Online) merupakan Program yang dikembangkan oleh Kemdikbud pasca UKG (Uji Kompetensi Guru) tahun 2015 lalu. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, artinya guru disuruh lagi belajar untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya lewat pelatihan baik berupa tatap muka maupun online. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang diambil adalah guru SMK Sekota Palembang. Dalam kaitan ini peneliti mengambil sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah seratus orang guru yang ada di SMK Negeri Kota Palembang. Instrumen Penelitian ini yaitu dari teori model Hot-Fit yang berupa angket atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Dari variabel Human sudah cukup baik dan mampu dalam penggunaan aplikasi GPO pada SMKN Sekota Palembang, dari variabel Organisasi sudah baik untuk mendukung dalam penggunaan aplikasi GPO pada SMKN Sekota Palembang dan dari variabel Technology sudah cukup baik dalam penggunaan aplikasi GPO pada SMKN Sekota Palembang. Untuk itu teknologi informasi Aplikasi GPO (Guru Pembelajar Online) tersebut dapat ditingkatkan lagi pada kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan nya untuk memperoleh manfaat sistem pada pengguna sistem informasi tersebut, sehingga menjadi lebih berkembang dan dapat meningkatkan kompentensi guru dalam dunia pendidikan.

Based on observations of the business process flow at the Siti Fatimah Hospital, the background for this study was the medical record document and ICD-10 code which was carried out manual diagnosis, making it difficult for the medical record section in the proper and fast CHAPTER arrangement of the ICD-10 code. The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) can be used to calculate or record a valid patient history of hospitalization. The Cross-Industry Standard Process For Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method is used in this study to become a strategy to describe the problem in general from the domain or research unit. While the machine learning algorithm for multiclass classification uses the NaÃ¯ve Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression to create a diagnostic model for medical action. This study predicts ICD-10 chapter categories from medical action records from electronic medical records. With this research, it is hoped that machine learning can facilitate the medical record section in predicting the ICD-10 chapter category by analyzing electronic medical record data using the Chapter ICD-10 Decision Support System information system

The development of information technology has had a major impact on human life, allowing us to receive information quickly. The JDIH website is one of the efforts to provide digital-based information through a website platform that can be accessed quickly to provide information to improve efficiency, accessibility and convenience in providing public services to the people of South Sumatra Province to realize good governance. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of the JDIH website (Legal Documentation and Information Network) in providing information services to the public. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the JDIH Website using Google Analytics Tools to understand the characteristics and statistics of its visitors. The results of the research and analysis that have been carried out by taking JDIH website data with the Google Analytics Algorithm within 28 days have had 2,445 views with an engagement ratio of 61.51%, visitor traffic data from organic search was also obtained, the largest number of which was 628 visitors from Google, Bing, Yahoo. The visitor operating system to access the website uses Windows as many as 418, Android 250, and iOS 47. The largest number of JDIH Website visitors is from Palembang City, which is 382 visitors.

The pet shop industry is currently undergoing transformation by implementing application technology in its operations. This affects the way pet shop businesses interact with their customers. However, Papa Petshop currently still uses offline sales methods and manual payments. This method is less practical, can be time consuming and carries the risk of errors. To get an application that suits user needs, it is necessary to design an appropriate User Interface/User Experience. This research aims to design the User Interface/User Experience of the My Pet Care application at Papa Petshop using the Design Thinking method to improve service quality and provide a better experience for pet owners. This research starts from the empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. Based on the Application prototype created, Usability Testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) by getting a score of 83 with grade "A" and the "Acceptable" category. Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 19 Palembang adalah perpustakaan sekolah yang menerapkan SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System), sejak tahun 2021 sebagai penunjang pelayanan karena SLiMS merupakan software open source, menyediakan fasilitas sirkulasi (peminjaman dan pengembalian buku), barcode, klasifikasi buku, statistik pengunjung dan pengunjung/visitor (data pengunjung). Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan oleh penulis, menu yang tersedia tidak semua dapat berfungsi, misalnya pada statistik pengunjung dan pengunjung/visitor (data pengunjung) belum online, masih dilakukan dengan pencatatan manual, sehingga kekeliruan cenderung terjadi. Kesiapan dari fungsi sistem yang ada dinilai kurang oleh pengguna karena tidak optimal dapat digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa hubungan antara Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition dan Continual Service Improvement memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap Service Operation teknologi sistem informasi Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. Tingkat kesiapan sistem dan kepuasan Pengguna juga dapat diterangkan oleh kelima variabel yang digunakan. Dari hasil uji tersebut dan melihat tingkat frekuensi jawaban, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi sistem informasi Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 19 Palembang dapat diterima dengan baik di lingkungan sekolah.

This study aims to investigate the impact of professional training on work motivation and auditor performance, focusing on the role of motivation as a mediating factor. The research employed a quantitative approach, using a survey method to collect data from auditors in various organizations. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The findings indicate that professional training positively and significantly affects work motivation and auditor performance. Furthermore, work motivation significantly mediates between professional training and auditor performance. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the importance of professional training in enhancing work motivation and auditor performance. The results highlight the crucial role of motivation in achieving better performance outcomes

Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a particular file storage device that makes data available continuously. Each computer network has server machines and client machines that are connected, and a specific NAS server device handles file sharing and data storage requests by providing fast service—storage service is safe and efficient. Network Attached Storage (NAS) is a reliable and scalable storage media solution with relatively low costs compared to renting a paid data storage server such as Google Drive. In designing this NAS, we use the open-source NextCloud software to back up or store data in the Cloud. This software has features similar to similar services such as Dropbox or Google Drive. This software is also intended for clients who want to access the storage provided and can be supported by various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, IOS, and Android. This NAS design was built to meet the data storage needs of employees in the INKA Kanreg VII BKN Palembang sector, whose needs are always increasing, including the ability to share files or data easily

E-Learning is a very important learning method, especially in the context of course and training institutions (LKP) such as PalComTech. The study will be conducted to analyze the improvement of the quality of the LKP PalComTech e-learning system using the Webqual 4.0 approach. and E-learning Maturity Model (eMM). Thus the main objectives of this thesis are: Analyzing the Quality of e-Learning Services: Conducting an in-depth evaluation of various aspects of the quality of e-learning services provided by LKP PalComTech, including content, usability, interactivity, and reliability The abstract must be clear, descriptive and must provide a brief overview of the problem being studied. Applying the Webqual 4.0 approach to analyze the quality of e-learning services, thus providing a comprehensive understanding of the performance of the e-learning platform. Providing concrete recommendations for the improvement and development of the LKP PalComTech e-learning platform.
