Abstract

Application of the Technology of Augmented Reality is projected as a learning process of learning media innovation with conventional methods (slides) and using guidebooks and the like can be used to support the learning process itself in order to give understanding to users about the material presented. In contrast to conventional learning, applied technology is interactive and more interest because the information is delivered more interactive with the user use. The utilization of computer graphics Applications allow illustrate images together in the form of animation (moving images and three-dimensional) that can explored in different angles (top, bottom, right, left) so it will give you a better understanding of the user. The application of computer application was developed using one of the methods of software development which is "waterfall". In this study, a series of activities will be undertaken in order to obtain information on the system requirements, design and implementation phases proceed with making the model of object contained in the Handbook. Further integration is done on the application uses Augmented Reality. On the next stage of testing is done.Keywords: Augmented Reality, animation, virtual, learning, waterfall.

Abstract

E-mail is one of the Internet resources used to exchange information electronically. Derived from information  data retrieval survey of users e-mail, the result of internet users who ha ve more than one e-mail more than just a single e-mail account. The tendency of the owner of the e-mail that more than one to manage e-mail on an even keel is still a problem in implementation. This can be caused by the level of interest will e-mail is used. Another problem because the procedures for using e-mail that you have to login to some webmail is used. The research conducted was to develop an e-mail service that already exists to be integrated in a joint management by using a system called multi Webmail account. This system is an alternative solution for managing e-mail in a treatment procedure and in one view webmail. Development of system utilizing JavaScript and XML capabilities or commonly known as AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML). Abstract

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is the instrument used to manage and process certain activities which are able to be followed, controlled, ensured, and actualized so that the performance is implemented. KPI of each department is one of the benchmarks to know the quality of a university. This program is used to provide solutions for considering the KPI of each department in order to be implemented quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it does not require a long time and can be done anywhere.In this research, this application was built by using Waterfall method as the software development method including 5 stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. In addition, the programming language used in this research was PHP and HTML. Moreover, the website display used in this research was CSS. Besides, the database used in this research was MySql with Notepad ++. Furthermore, the tool and editor used in this research were Notepad ++ and XAMPP. The result of this research generated the website-based application for KPI in the Informatics and Business Institute Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. The advantage of this application was providing convenience in considering KPI of each department, particularly for the head of each department as the user. Keywords: Key Performance Indicators of Department, Waterfall, Website

Abstract

In order to ensure the audit performed well and appropriate, it is important to analyses every stage of the audit process. This analysis is intended to find out whether the maximum goal of organization is achieved or not. Also, the further development, if needed, by adding elements of assessment to increase the quality of each section of organization, in this case, Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya. Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya is in charge of procuring and maintenance of assets in IBI Darmajaya Lampung is the bureau in charge of procuring, maintaining and securing the assets that exist in the IBI Darmajaya, there in Biro Information Systems Asset management and Logistics is important in the service provider for all users and management, which is expected to improve the performance and quality of service. Questions that begin with whether the services provided by the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has directed and aligned with business objectives Institutions, whether the use of COBIT 4.1 Domain. Has been right on target or still can be improved further. This analysis process produces findings , the level of alignment between IT objectives and the Institution has been reached and is in Defined level because the average IT processes have been above the level of the international standard of 2.5 (Gulden tops , 2000 ) While the average IT has exceeded the standard international but still can be improved by adding domain relevant to the process undertaken , in order to improve the alignment between in objectives and Purpose Institutions towards a higher level , domain-related is PO5, PO7, AI2, and ME2, with the addition of this domain can generate data more better, so that management can take steps or actions more effective.Keywords: Maturity Level, Information Systems, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

Expert system is a system that attempted to adopt human knowledge to computer, so that computers can solve problems like the experts . A good expert system designed to solve a particular problem by mimicking the work of the experts/specialists. Kokoa is a plant that is relatively easy way of planting and does not require land that is so extensive that these plants tend to be planted in demand both in plantations and the environment around the house. Indonesia has a tropical climate which is very supportive of this plant to grow and flourish. Parallel Certainty Factor method is one method of expert system to determine the value of confidence based on the value of the elements of conviction entered by an expert and a user. The values ​​entered are calculated based on predefined rules and concluded the final value of the percentage of belief in diseases of the kokoa plant. Abstract

In order to achieve information about library collection and data access had a problem caused services still manually for locating that information or someone had to go by them self to the library, and also slowly processing transaction. By this problem, need to build application using distributed database methode to apply management information system based on web to handle library management. System can handle order transaction book collection, borrowing and returning, withdrawing and replacing lost books. Final Result  from this research is that the system can do accommodate that need by Management Information System based on web for  data management to implementation at library A and Library B (difference place). Abstract

Lampung province is a southern province on the island of Sumatra, which have various tourism object such as both types, shapes, that viguries the unique of traditionality of the area. The goverment of Lampung province have made such kind of promotion to promote this tourism object through mass media: newspapers, brochures, posters and pamphlets. However this kind of methods have not been formed the touris, its self to the local and and foreign tourists. The method used in this reserach is Waterfall method (Waterfall Cycle). While the designing map in the system by using Google Maps API and software used in building this application is PHP ( Hypertext Pear Prepocessor ), JavaScript, jQuery as a programming language, XAMPP as the database server, Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 as a support. Geographic information systems in Lampung tourism is a system that provides area, information to the public related the exicting tourism object in Lampung province. The information presented on the information of tourism object, travel maps , activities, tour and travel agents, hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and art galleries.Key Words : Lampung Tourism, Gheographic Information System.

Abstract

Academic Information System Management that is not managed properly will result in low quality of service, low levels of customer satisfaction / student, so it can affect the level of stakeholder confidence in the institutions. The foregoing can be addressed by monitoring / evaluation periodically the implementation SIAKAD. With the monitoring of the implementation process SIAKAD expected to improve any shortcomings and weaknesses of the current system become better and in accordance with business objectives institutions. Methods used are the stages of auditing information systems, namely : Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting, Follow-up. Tool use is Framework COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) issued by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). Based on the result of the calculation on any IT processes contained in the domain of Planning and Organization (PO) and Delivery and Support (DS) normally located at level 3 (defined process), so that the whole IT can achieve the level of desired doneness (expected maturity level) in level 4 (manage) then all procedures required in each process should be met. To achieve level 4 (manage) then each IT process must have a written standard procedures and communicated to all parties involved in the academic information system, that is to the managers and users of the system. Such procedures should be documented and updated periodically. From the results of the gap between the maturity level of IT governance is now at a level of maturity to be achieved, it is known in the domain PO and DS priority repairs done at the PO7 (managing IT human resources).Keywords: Audit, Information Systems, COBIT 4.1

Abstract

The criteria a good government are clean government, transparent, capable to respond the changes effectively, capable to meet demand of public service, society concerns in whole country, reliable, trustworthy, affordable, and interactive. It necessary to harmonize and optimize human resource capacity, and minimize the possible obstacles of each regional to make the strategy and policy of the region in a large portion to respond technology development. So that, the regional autonomy goes along with the national goal. Analysis of harmonization including relation between government regulations about the minimum service standard, regional strategy and policy, and president instruction about development of e-government. Implementation of e-government is one of alternatives to manage regional government that can support government performance in order to adapt technology development. Abstract

Genetic algorithms are search algorithms based on natural selection mechanisms and natural genetics. Initially genetics is used as the algorithm for searching the optimal parameters. But in its development, genetic algorithms can be applied to various other problems such as learning, forecasting, searching for the shortest path and so on. Genetic algorithm is widely used in the field of soft computing to obtain optimal parameter values on neural networks as well as fuzzy systems (Suyanto, 2011). Optimization and search techniques based on genetic principles are called genetic algorithms. The genetic algorithm allows a population of many individuals to evolve based on certain selection rules to the maximum fitness state (minimal cost function). Genetic algorithm is one solution that can be used in solving the problem of scheduling the course. The genetic algorithm is based on the mechanisms of natural selection known as biological evolutionary processes such as natural selection, crossover and mutation. Application of this algorithm will save time and cost incurred by the parties.Keywords: genetic algorithm, scheduling, soft computing
