Abstract

The focus of this research is to design and implement a small medium industry database for the Palembang City Government. The database needs of small and medium industries due to the unavailability of data quickly and accurately when it requires information by the Department of Industry in policy making. The design and implementation of the IKM database has stages carried out starting from the needs analysis, database formation, information modeling, dashboard manufacturing, to testing. The resulting dashboard can provide data in the form of graphs and tables relating to small and medium industries either through the criteria of the region or type of industry. The layout and presentation of the data has been validated using a heuristic evaluation approach involving three experts. The validation results show that all experts agree that the results of the design and implementation of small medium industry databases do not have usability problems as evidenced by the results of the average expert testing giving a value of 0.Keywords—Database, heuristic evaluation, industry, IKM

Abstract

Walaupun metodologi komunikasi data didesain dengan baik, namun error / kesalahan masih dapat terjadi selama transmisi data. Selain itu, rangkaian tersebut hanya memiliki laju data yang terbatas, dan terdapat penundaan (delay) propagasi yang tidak nol antara saat bit dikirimkan dan saat bit diterima. Keterbatasan ini mempunyai implikasi yang penting bagi efesiensi pemindahan data. Oleh karena itu deteksi dan koreksi error mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting dalam transmisi Protocol. Maka para perancang jaringan telah membuat strategi dasar yang berkenaan dengan error. Ini  bertujuan untuk  melindungi (protect), koreksi (correct), dan memelihara (maintain) integritas data.Keyword : Transmisi Protokol, Komunikasi Data

Abstract

Higher Education is a place for students to get an education to gain knowledge in the field of particular science. Old people entrust their children who are assets to the best colleges. For Higher Education is the belief of parents to be an option, thus it can be said parents and students are the main customers for PerguruanTinggi.Penelitian produces a CRM model for Higher Education Polytechnic to monitor the results of learning achievement so that Stakeholders can see the learning results both academic and nonacademic. Abstract

Computer ability to control the outside peripherals enable the computer can be made to become the more usefull equipments for its user. Through ports and expansion slots provided at computer, various digital equipments can be connected and controlled through computer. System that is realized in this research is a system of long distance controller of lamp by exploiting one of features from GSM Cellular, that is Short Message Services ( SMS) as information system having the character of real time, constructively computer as controller of Electronic switch which is connected to computer through PPI8255 Interface   This System Solution cover the realization from hardware in the form of GSM Cellular, RS232 Interface, PPI 8255 Interface and Electronic switch; software and Hardware. Software as controller device of hardware made using the Visual Basic V6.0 Programming Language. Software undertake to take the data of SMS at cellular phone memory, processing accepted data, storages data to conduct the arrangement to interface PPI8255  according to accepted information or data

Abstract

Masalah penentuan pemberian kredit merupakan masalah yang bersifat samar dikarenakan menentukan tidak bisa ditentukan secara pasti diterima atau ditolak. Untuk memudahkan penentuan pemberian kredit diperlukan adanya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu manager dalam menentukan keputusan, meningktkan dalam pengolahan data, mempercepat prosesnya dan dapat meningkatkan mutu serta pelayanan dari pihak BMT dalam memberikan kredit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di BMT Raudlatul Quran 16 B Metro Barat pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2016.Adapun parameter yang dapat dijadikan penentuan keputusan pemberian kredit  di BMT Raudlatul Qur’an Metro adalah karakter orang, jaminan kredit, gaji, pengajuan kredit, lama pinjam dan status rumah.. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan metode Fuzzy dan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dengan jumlah nasabah sebanyak 100 nasabah. Metode ini banyak digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pengambilan keputusan secara praktis. Hal ini disebabkan konsepnya sederhana dan mudah dipaham, komputasinya efisien, dan memiliki kemampuan mengukur kinerja relatif dan alternatif-alternatif keputusan. Dengan dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Fuzzy dan metode SAW dapat membantu manager BMT Raudlatul Qur’an Metro dalam menentukan layak atau tidak layak menerima pinjaman. Hasil penelitian dari kelima kategori dengan karakter orang, jaminan kredit, gaji, pengajuan kredit, lama pinjam dan status rumah.  Kata kunci : Kredit, Parameter, Metode Fuzzy, Simple Additive Weighting.

Abstract

Some factors that cause mis target of poor relief are inacurate criteria of poor citizen as well as inexactly method that make error in manual calculation. Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution Method (Fuzzy TOPSIS) is used to select the receiver of poor relief in order to make alternative ranking to compare. It’s implementation is by using excel and matlab with ten alternative (village) which is will compare based on their criteria and subcriteria. The criteria that will be use is the look of their house, family (card) member, ownership of house land, and their work for living, monthly revenue, and level of education. The output of this method is total preference point of all criteria. The highest point will be priority to have poor relief. Its validation will be done by comparing the result of Fuzzy TOPSIS through Ms. Excel and Matlab and have the same results. The last decision will be at the stakeholder and this Fozzy TOPSIS results can be used to decision making acceleration. The data that used can be from related official and by library investigation.Key word: Information System, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Poor Relief, Ranking.

Abstract

Performance is a very important factor in determining success in assessing work quality. Good performance is the hope of all parties in an institution, including agricultural institutions. The Sukaraja Agricultural Extension Service Technical Unit (UPT BPP) always supports to improve the performance of extension workers in order to improve the quality of extension workers. Evaluation of broadcasting performance is carried out from the beginning of the activities carried out, starting from the preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting. Evaluation of instructor performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja is carried out every three months and six months. So far, the evaluation is done manually, so it does not need to be done in a timely manner because of constrained inadequate labor. The method used in the evaluation study is the use of agricultural instructors using the Bayes method. The Bayes method is first performed by calculating the value of each criterion, total weighting, probability perriterian, calculating the total probability, calculating the threshold of each criterion and calculating the threshold value then comparing the total value with the threshold value of each criterion. The results of this method produce a good agriculture instructor ranking ranking, namely with initial Sdn with a total value of probability 31.38 and those requiring guidance are extension agents with Sjn and Dsm with a total probability of 24.13, and a total probability of 24.

Abstract

Analysis of the quality of the e-government website is very important to be studied. WebQual 4.0 is a method used to measure the quality of a website based on user perception. Parameter WebQual 4.0 consists of usability, quality of information, and service interactions. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 30 students in the province of Bengkulu. Website sampled is website Bengkulu province. The study of Bengkulu province website indicates that the respondents agree with the usability of the website, of sufficient quality and do not agree to the service interaction. Assessment of the overall Bengkulu website is of sufficient quality. Based on the results of questionnaires usability gained 3.92 score, the quality of information obtained score 3:00, 2:47 score obtaining service interaction, and the overall gain score 3:13.Keywords: websites, e-government, WebQual 4.0, usability, quality of information, interaction services

Abstract

Batam is a city with millions of tourism potential in the future. With its geographical location is very strategic, the city of Batam should be a tourist destination for all people, especially the people of Batam city itself. However, the lack of tourist interest for the community in Batam City caused several factors such as distance to the location of the tour, the facilities provided, and entrance fees to the tourist attractions. By using Mamdani method on Fuzzy logic, determination of tourism interest for Batam city community can be done. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the best method to protect the computer network from virus attack that include in downloaded contents. Beside that, this research also aims to protect the connection to https. Data collection is done by observation and literature study. Method used in this research is experimental research, by trial and error to find the proper composition to do filtering. The result shows that squid proxy has no effect on https. In the other hand, if squid is collaborated by diladele web safety also does not affect the virus content. The collaboration of squid, diladele web safety and c-icap affects on filtering of https connection and virus content.
