Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy of  regional development work plan with regional medium, term development plan in Rembang Regency. The analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of the study shows that the percentage of regional development work plan wich synergies with regional medium term development plan is 16%. There are two priority programs in rembang regency in 2009 that do not synergize with regional medium term development plan in 2006-2010.Keywords: regional development work plan, regional medium term development plan

Abstract

AbstractThe development of public organizations in the context of the state administration has been so rapid in Management Information Systems, both at the level of development of both theoretical and empirical context. Abstract

Kota sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi faktor penarik terjadinya arus urbanisasi. Pertumbuhan penduduk alamiah dan pesatnya arus urbanisasi tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja, maka pencari kerja lari ke sektor informal dan diantaranya memilih menjadi pedagang kaki lima. Kehadiran sektor informal dianggap mengganggu, namun kenyataannya dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pembangunan. Karena itu, diperlukan perhatian, bantuan, dan pembinaan dari berbagai pihak agar dapat melakukan pembinaan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji: 1) perbedaan pengembangan usaha berdasarkan perbedaan tingkat pendidikan, dan 2) perbedaan tingkat kedisiplinan di dalam mematuhi peraturan berdasarkan perbedaan tingkat pendidikan pedagang kaki lima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan tentang upaya pengembangan usaha didasarkan pada perbedaan tingkat pendidikan, dan 2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan tentang tingkat kedisiplinan mereka didasarkan pada perbedaan tingkat pendidikan. Abstract

Developing of small scale industry depends not only on the government policies but also the industrialist, it is the ability of the industrialist to compete their products (quality and quantity). So, the industrialist of the small scale industry have to follow the concrete steps to endure the existence of their business. One of the small and intermediate scale industry is Brodir Industry. Brodir industry has special characteristic, because it is the Indonesian culture which always exists consistency. Brodir belongs to consumer’s goods. It is shopping goods that belong to heterogeneous shopping goods, because the characteristic is more important than price aspect for the consumers. In other words, the consumers have different perceptions about the qualities and attributes. So, developing of Brodir craftsmen have to considers the relevancy between the craftsmen needs and the program carried out. Key Words: Craftsmen, Developing.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand, country of design dan country of assembly pada persepsi kualitas dan niat beli. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Magister Sains Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 128. Hasil penelitian eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa: secara signifikan persepsi kualitas pada brand, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan tinggi lebih tinggi daripada persepsi kualitas pada brand, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan rendah.; secara signifikan niat beli pada merek brand, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan tinggi lebih tinggi daripada niat beli pada brand, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan rendah; secara signifikan persepsi kualitas pada brand rendah, country of design dan country of assembly.yang dipersepsikan tinggi lebih tinggi daripada persepsi kualitas pada brand, country of design dan country of assembly. yang dipersepsikan rendah.; dan secara signifikan niat beli pada merek brand rendah, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan tinggi lebih tinggi daripada niat beli pada brand, country of design dan country of assembly yang dipersepsikan rendah.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and motivation on performance in PT. Son of Tonga Tiur view Rembang. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The first hypothesis with the value t count> t table (2.115> 2.000) with significance level 0.038 <0.05, means that there is significant influence of com- pensation (X1) to employee performance (Y). Testing the second hypothesis is the work environment variables (X2 ) to employee performance (Y) can know the results of the calculations whereas the t 3.818 2.000 t table at the 0.05 sig- nificance level (? = 0.05). Thus the significant effect of work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). The third hypothesis tests the motivation variable (X3) on employee performance (Y) can be detected t count is greater than t 2.058 2.000 table, at the level of significance is 0.05 ( ? = 0.05), thus there is significant influence of motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y). Hypothesis test kempat com- pensation variable (X1) working environment (X2) and moti- vation (X3) jointly affect the performance of the employee (Y). Regression calculation is obtained f count> f table (12.765> 2.74) at 0.05 significance level> 0.00. Thus the three variables (X1, X2, X3) jointly have a significant influence on employee performance (as Y). Adjusted R2 value (coeffi- cient of determination) indicates the variable compensation, work environment and motivation can explain the influence of 32.3% on performance, while the rest equal to 67.7% ex- plained by other factors not included in this study.Keyword: compensation, work environment, motivation, per- formance

Abstract

This study examines the effect of dividend policy on stock prices on companies LQ 45 in 2004-2008. Selection of LQ 45 firms as stocks of companies included LQ 45 is a liquid stock and include top ranking of a number of outstanding shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study uses a simple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the positive effect of dividend policy on stock prices, but the effect is very small. The conclusion of this study is the dividend policy is not the only factor affecting stock prices, but there are other factors that influence, namely macro and micro economic factors. Keywords: dividend policy, stock price

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to the development of SMEs in the fish processing Rembang with increased performance. The real reality in society SMEs development of fish processing in Rembang hampered by the low level of performance of its employees due to many factors. Therefore, this research proves the effect of the increase in performance of the SMEs development in the fish processing Rembang moderated by variable partnerships. This study is expected to get an idea of the concrete forms and types of fish processing SMEs partnership in Rembang which can be used as a reference for performance improvement in the development of SMEs. Criteria respondent SMEs fish processors in the northern coastal path Rembang is Kaliori, Rembang, Lasem, Sluke, Kragan and Sarang. SMEs fish processing workers who have a maximum of 5 orang.Uji instruments carried on the 30 respondents with the results of all valid and reliable. Technical analysis of the data using moderated regression analysis. The number of respondents based criteria 115 SMEs. Keyword: Performance Improvement, OrientationPartnership, SMEsDevelopment.

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to test the effect of individual characteristic, job characteristic, and job of situation characteristic to level of job satisfaction official employee. This study uses the entire population of the official employee CV. Karya Pemuda Semarang obtained 104 people. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to examine the accrual-based and real activity earnings management around the activity of issuing rights issue, and the differences in the amount of earnings management by the company between the period before and after the issuance of rights issue. In this research, accrual-based earnings management measured by discretionary accruals using the Modified Jones Model. While the real earnings management is measured by three variables of real activity, which is through the cash flow operations, production costs and discretionary costs.The results of this research showed that the company issuing right issue did accrual-based and real earnings management with overproduction and discretionary cost reduction techniques around the issuance of right issueactivity. In addition, this study show that the amount of earnings management in the period before and after the issuance of right issue have differences. Accrual earnings management after the issuance of right issue was larger than the previous period and abnormal discretionary costs prior to the issuance of right issue was lower than that after issuance. Keywords: Earnings Management, Accrual-Based Earnings Management,RealEarnings Management, Right Issue
