Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu: untuk mengetahui apakah mis management, penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat, nasabah memberidata yang fiktif dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit dapat berpengaruh terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir Sedan Rembang.Selain itu ada tujuan lain yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi ketidakmampuan pembayaran pinjaman pengusaha bordir Sedan Rembang.Metode Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode daftar pertanyaan kuesioner yang berupa angket. Selain itu juga dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji Dominan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah ternyata tidak terdapat pengaruh mis management terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat,nasabah yang memberi data fiktif, dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir. Faktor dominanyang berpengaruh terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir.adalah kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit.Kata Kunci: mis management, penggunaan kredit, analisis kredit, data fiktif nasabah dan pengawasan

Abstract

Science develops fast nowadays. The unlimited informa- tion make someone able to create new things. But informa- tion also have negative effect, because it can make some- one get difficulty to make decisions. So, developing of creativities are needed in information era. This attitudes can be found in n-agent, it is the attitude to choose suitable infor- mation , spread  information  in net working to create new ideas.  The ability to create new things from the existence of the information has to be developed in Educational System. Abstract

Competition is fierce, and increasingly difficult to maintain customer loyalty. To work around this, companies must recognize the right customers, while managing increasingly complex customer, this is where CRM is needed, the company will be easier to consolidate and analyze customer data, as well as using it as a vehicle to interact intensely. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory regarding the handling of the relationship between the company and its customers with the goal of increasing the companys value in the eyes of its customers. The main goal of CRM is to improve long-term growth and profitability through a better understanding of the habits (behavior) customers. CRM function will allow the company to know and understand the lifetime value of the customer and provide the perfect personal service. The main focus of the most important here is how the company can maintain customers, especially in conducting marketing activities, every effort is made to be able to reach customers as much as possible. The increasing number of market conditions fragmented and new products are arising and increasingly diverse, the greater the chance the customer in getting the products they want and according to the needs. However, now is not how to convey the companys products into the hands of customers, but how companies can provide products in accordance with the wishes and needs of the customer. To be successful CRM program, needs to be done step is to create a customer strategy. It starts with understanding where the customer wanted to build relationships and what is not. Every customer has different needs and likewise they have different values before the company. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which is a customer relationship management is indispensable in the conduct of a business enterprise or a strategy to serve customers well. Impact of BBM increase to the addition of the poor 4 million people. Thats the goverment setup a compensation as mitigation or prevention. One of the program is the immediatetemporary relief society (BLSM) to give four months after the BBM increase was decided.Object of BLSM is 15,5 target million households (RTS) with compesation is Rp 150,000 permonth. Abstract

AbstractAccording to classical economic experts, interest rates are determined by the wishes of the people to make savings and the desire of the entrepreneur to borrow funds for capital investment. Flexibility in interest rates would bring the state in which the amount of savings realized in the economy at full employment is achieved when is equal to the investment that would be entrepreneurs. But now it turns out that the community income level also determines the level of savings. The higher the income, the higher the savings. According to the theory that the added quantity of money supply will cause the same percentage price increase with increasing money supply. While in theory the remaining cash that the accretion of money supply will raise prices on the same level with the added supply of money.Keyword: Interest, Money, and Price

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see the stock market reaction to an event (event) dividend payment announcement abnormal return approach, the average abnormal stock return and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) before and after the dividend announcement on companies that make dividend payments. This study uses event study approach, to see the abnormal return by way of observing the stock market during the window period is 20 days before and 20 days after the event. Method of sampling using purposive sampling that sample selection based on certain criteria and acquired 26 companies that make the announcement of dividends paid in 2007. Results showed that there is a significant abnormal return occurs on day t-17, T-10, t-2, t +1, t +5 and this means that the announcements have information content of dividend payments so that the market reacted to the announcement, as evidenced by obtaining a significant abnormal return. In addition the research also shows that announcements of dividend payments make a difference on average abnormal stock returns significantly between before and after the event. Another result of this research is that there are differences in Trading Volume Activity significantly between before and after the announcement of events paying dividends.Keyword: Dividend, Abnormal return, Efficiency market

Abstract

Abstract Success of the economic development is influenced by fiscal and monetary management with their regulations. Fiscal role is carried out in two basic corridors,   fiscal consolidation which is carried out by controlling budget deficit, and strategy of budget funding which is intended to decrease the burden and risk of the government debt. This fact shows that fiscal and monetary policies in Indonesia is not carried out in a good harmony and synchronization. So, increasing of fiscal and monetary policies coordination is needed by synchronizing policies goal to stabilize monetary sectors. The source of government income which derives from tax or seigniorage has important role to increase fiscal endurance. So, it is important for the government to synchronize fiscal and monetary policies by equalizing the increasing of tax and price level.Key Words : Tax, Seigniorage

Abstract

Abstract This research is a case study on PDAM Cirebon regency. This study aims to examine the impact of service quality and price perceptions to customer satisfaction. The sam- pling technique in this study using convenience sampling and obtained a sample of 135 respondents. To measure the state- ment items used in this study the Likert scale, with a scale of 1-5. Item statement of the variable service quality is 22 items, price perception is 14 items, and customer satisfaction is 8 items. Results of validity test  using factor analysis showed that all indicators have a loading factor greater than 0.40 and only loading on one factor. Results of reliability test showed that each construct has a Cronbach’s alpha values that can be received that is above 0.60 as the minimum criteria to be acceptable. Results of hypothesis test indicate that hypoth- esis 1 and 2 supported, which means that the service quality and price perception has positive influence on customer sat- isfaction, with their respective significance at 1% and 5%.Keyword: Service quality, Price perception, Customer satis- faction
