Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of managemet development, working environment, and communication to employee performance. This research uses the entire population of the SMP Negeri 2 Kaliori as many as 37 people. Results of reserach refer that the managemet development have an influence positive but not significant to employee performance, while the working environment and the communication have an influence positive significant to employee performance. In addition, the results also refer that managemet development, work environment and communication have an influence positive significant together to employee performance.Key word: Managemet development, working environment, communication, employeeperformance

Abstract

AbstrakPenilaian Kerja adalah aspek yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi untuk menjaga kualitas yang sangat baik untuk menghadapi persaingan yang ketat baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Penilaian kerja dapat diimplementasikan untuk membandingkan hasil dengan strategi organisasi, dan juga dapat membantu untuk merencanakan strategi yang akan datang untuk mencapai target akhir organisasi. Kombinasi Balance Scorecard dan OMAX bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi penilaian yang bekerja di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Balanced Scorecard di perguruan tinggi yang digunakan untuk menentukan tujuan strategis, KPI dan target optimis dan pesimis nilai. Skor masing-masing KPI menggunakan metode AHP; skor pengaruh KPI pada skor kerja umum. Skor penilaian kerja menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) untuk mengetahui indikator hasil total yang dinyatakan oleh perguruan tinggi, dan dapat mengetahui indikator hasil total setiap kriteria kerja. Kombinasi BSC dan OMAX dapat menghindari penggunaan data berlebihan karena model ini difokuskan pada empat perspektif, dengan indikator kunci penting dari sebuah perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, empat perspektif dapat menghindari orientasi target jangka pendek, karena OMAX mengembangkan kerangka yang lebih jelas saat itu juga berfokus pada target jangka panjang. Kombinasi ini adalah integrasi yang baik yang mampu mengubah model hibrida dalam menentukan kartu skor perguruan tinggi. BSC berubah menjadi bentuk OMAX yang disajikan target dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Kombinasi ini juga merupakan integrasi yang baik yang mampu memodifikasi model hibrida dalam menentukan scorecard dari perguruan tinggi. Abstrak Komposisi Komposisi Dari Penelitian Suami Adalah UNTUK menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam guru Yang dikelola Kecerdasan emosional. POPULASI Penelitian Suami sejumlah 243 responden Yang merupakan guru TK di Distrik Apex. Yang Data terkumpul dianalisis DENGAN menggunakan alat analisis regresi dioperasikan melalui SPSS. Hasil Penelitian bahwa menunjukkan inisial Efek positif Yang signifikan Pelatihan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam karyawan, Yang berarti, Pelatihan Yang Lebih Baik Dari biaya kos terbenam karyawan JUGA akan Lebih Baik. Emosional hati intelijen Penelitian Suami Terbukti Menjadi Efek positif Yang signifikan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam karyawan, Yang berarti Semakin Baik biaya kos terbenam karyawan Kecerdasan emosional JUGA akan Hobi Baik. Abstract

Employment growth is slower than the growth of the labor force resulting in unemployment that affect the incidence of poverty. Efforts to improve the local economy is done through the provision of Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance. Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance is intended for people who are creative and innovative people who already have a business but need additional capital for business development. The method can be used to implement such a decision support system using the Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani method. Fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory shows great potential to effectively menyelesain uncertainty problems.DSS was developed to assist policy makers in this case Dinsosnakertrans in choosing micro entrepreneurs who applied for assistance with the best possible outcomes for each calculationderived from the criteria desired by policy makers.Keywords : entrepreneurship , Mamdani FIS

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of work stress on performance with social support as a moderating variable in the study Mover Team Empowerment and Family Welfare (TP PKK) Rembang. This research uses the entire population of the members of Team Empowerment and Family Welfare Driving Rembang year period 2010 - 2015 as many as 58 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results of research refer that the work stress have an influence negative not significantto performance TP PKK Rembang, while work stress have an influence positive sifnificant to performance when moderated by social support.Keyword: work stress, social support, and performance

Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan manusia selalu berkembang dengan perkembangan lingkungan terjadi. Walaupun memiliki sumber daya yang terbatas untuk memenuhi dan mengikuti kebutuhaan tersebut. Pendidikan sebagai produk jasa menghadapi masalah yang sama, yaitu kebutuhan pendidikan tumbuh dan sumber daya pendidikan yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip ekonomi, yaitu: (1) memaksimalkan hasil proses berorientasi dan meminimalkan risiko, (2) efisiensi, dan (3) menggunakan perhitungan ekonomi. Pendidikan Ekonomi disiplin pendidikan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi untuk menganalisis kegiatan pendidikan. Sumber daya yang terbatas dan bahkan kelangkaan relatif menyiratkan bahwa setiap penggunaan sumber daya memerlukan pilihan hati-hati dari kelompok terbatas mungkin pilihan. Ada dua jenis pendekatan dalam tingkat efisiensi pendidikan, yaitu: (1) pendekatan manajemen, dan (2) pendekatan ekonomi. Satu unit pendidikan dapat mencapai efisiensi dalam pelaksanaannya (berdasarkan pencapaian pendidikan seorang manajer) yang terdiri dari (1) efektivitas biaya (cost-efektivitas), dan (2) efisiensi eksternal (cost benefit atau manfaat biaya).Kata kunci: Kebutuhan, Sumber Daya, Efisiensi

Abstract

Competition is fierce, and increasingly difficult to maintain customer loyalty. To work around this, companies must recognize the right customers, while managing increasingly complex customer, this is where CRM is needed, the company will be easier to consolidate and analyze customer data, as well as using it as a vehicle to interact intensely. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory regarding the handling of the relationship between the company and its customers with the goal of increasing the company's value in the eyes of its customers. The main goal of CRM is to improve long-term growth and profitability through a better understanding of the habits (behavior) customers. CRM function will allow the company to know and understand the lifetime value of the customer and provide the perfect personal service. The main focus of the most important here is how the company can maintain customers, especially in conducting marketing activities, every effort is made to be able to reach customers as much as possible. The increasing number of market conditions fragmented and new products are arising and increasingly diverse, the greater the chance the customer in getting the products they want and according to the needs. However, now is not how to convey the company's products into the hands of customers, but how companies can provide products in accordance with the wishes and needs of the customer. To be successful CRM program, needs to be done step is to create a customer strategy. It starts with understanding where the customer wanted to build relationships and what is not. Every customer has different needs and likewise they have different values before the company. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which is a customer relationship management is indispensable in the conduct of a business enterprise or a strategy to serve customers well.
