Abstract

According to classical economic experts, interest rates aredetermined by the wishes of the people to make savingsand the desire of the entrepreneur to borrow funds for capitalinvestment. Flexibility in interest rates would bring the statein which the amount of savings realized in the economy atfull employment is achieved when is equal to the investmentthat would be entrepreneurs. But now it turns out that thecommunity income level also determines the level ofsavings. The higher the income, the higher the savings.According to the theory that the added quantity of moneysupply will cause the same percentage price increase withincreasing money supply. While in theory the remaining cashthat the accretion of money supply will raise prices on thesame level with the added supply of money.Keyword: Interest, Money, and Price

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Alocation Fund, Special Alocation Fund influence the Capital Expenditure at Provinsi Central JavaThe analyze method that is used in this research is quantitative method with multiple linier regression with bring about classical assumption test. The variable used in this research are Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Alocation Fund, Special Alocation Fund as independent variable and the Capital Expenditure as dependent variable. Amount of this research population counted 29 Sub-Province and 6 town from year 2007 up to year 2011.The result proof that Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Alocation Fund, Special Alocation Fund influence significanly and simultaneously the Capital Expenditure of regencies and cities in Central Java. Adjusted R2 expressed that 79,1% influence given by Independent variables. The rest 20,9% influence given by other variables is not mentioned in this research model, Partially Regional Own Revenue, and General Alocation Fund, variable influence Capital Expenditure. Economic Growth with PDRB and Special Alocation Fund with actual price have no significant influence to the Capital Expenditure.Keywords: Economic Growth, Regional Own Revenue, General Alocation Fund, Special Alocation Fund and Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of customer service competence toservice quality, technical competence influence on product quality, influence the quality ofservice and product quality to repurchase intension of customers on Haekal Tech workshop.The research sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive random sampling method.The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant impact thecustomer service competence on the service quality, technical competence on product quality,and the quality of service and product quality to repurchase intention.Keyword: customer service competence, technical competence, service quality, productquality, repurchases intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training on the performance of teachers who moderated emotional intelligence. The population of this study a number of 243 respondents who are kindergarten teachers in the district Apex. The collected data were analyzed using regression analysis tools operated through SPSS. The results of this study demonstrate that the significant positive effect of training on employee performance, which means, the better training of the employee's performance will also be better. Emotional intelligence in this study proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance, which means the better the performance of emotional intelligence employees will also be better. While training is moderated by emotional intelligence proved insignificant employee performance. Keywords: Training, Emotional Intelligence, and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang dengan peningkatan kinerjanya. Kenyataan riil di masyarakat pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang terhambat karena rendahnya tingkat kinerja para karyawannya yang disebabkan banyak faktor. Sehingga penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh peningkatan kinerja terhadap pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dimoderasi oleh variabel kemitraan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mendapat gambaran kongkrit bentuk dan jenis kemitraan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk peningkatan kinerja dalam pengembangan UMKM. Kriteria responden UMKM pengolah ikan di jalur pantura Kabupaten Rembang yaitu Kaliori, Rembang, Lasem, Sluke, Kragan dan Sarang. UMKM pengolah ikan yang memiliki tenaga kerja maksimal 5 orang.Uji instrumen dilakukan pada 30 responden dengan hasil semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliable. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan model regresi moderasion (moderated regression analysis). Jumlah responden sesuai criteria 115 UMKM
