Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential map that expected to give the direction for development program policy in Gunem District. The method used in this study is regional approach with SWOT analysis. The result of the study show that Gunem has potential commodities of corns, mangoes,banans and cows. Based on socio-cultural potency, Gunem has large population. In economic, there are many businesses in the form of home industries. The human resources potency shows that Gunem society has high motivation to reach education and large amount of productive labor. The development program is carried out to improve the productivity of commodities, able to suppress the population growth, suport the business development, and the program is oriented in increasing society’s knowledge and skill that support to be advanced intelligent and skilled people. Key words: development planning and program, SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh CurrentRatio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Return on Asset (ROA), Earningper Share (EPS), Inventory Turnover (ITO), dan Price to BookValue (PBV) terhadap return saham. Sampel yang digunakanadalah perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam IndeksSaham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2004 sampaidengan 2006. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metodepurposive sampling dan pengujian dilakukan dengan dengananalisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkanbahwa secara parsial variabel Current Ratio (CR), Earningper Share (EPS), dan Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkanvariabel Debt Ratio (DR), Return on Asset (ROA), danInventory Turnover (ITO) berpengaruh tidak signifikanterhadap return saham. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkanbahwa variabel rasio keuangan mampu mempengaruhi returnsaham sebesar 23%, sedangkan 77% sisanya dipengaruhioleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian.Keyword: Current Ratio, Debt Ratio, Return on Asset,Earning per Share, Inventory Turnover, dan Price to BookValue, return saham.

Abstract

AbstractUnemployment (including unemployment educated) give a negative impact to the community and economy of the State. So that negative impacts do not occur, then the necessary action to resolve them. Many government policies have been published and one of them is the implementation of Concept Based Curriculum in college. Institutions of higher education as an operator in the implementation of Competency Based Curriculum. But it is still a bit that has done it. Among those who turned out to be not implemented fully. A limited resource constraints. So the government gives grants based Curriculum Competition began in 2013. If the Competency-Based Curriculum concept can be implemented in full and by all higher education institutions in Indonesia, the increase in the number of educated unemployed can be resolved. Therefore, implementation of the concept of curriculum-based curriculum in higher education institutions is a form of concrete role of higher education in addressing the increasing number of educated unemployment is very important. Keywords: Unemployment, Competency-Based Curriculum, Higher Education

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi memberikan perubahan terhadap pola pikir masyarakat berkaitan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan. Masyarakat mulai beralih kepada produk dan barang dan jasa yang memiliki kredibel bagus, baik secara prestice maupun mutu. Salah satunya dengan memilih produk yang memiliki brand equity bagus. Dalam brand, terdapat komitmen pelayanan dan komitmen mutu produk maupun jasa yang diberikan oleh penjual. Brand equity mempunyai peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Brand equity akan mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian baik produk berwujud maupun jasa yang akan mereka konsumsi. Secara global, adanya brand atau merk pada produk akan membentuk image barang dan jasa dibenak konsumen. Oleh karena tu perusahaan wajib untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan brand equity nya agar tetap bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis.Kata Kunci : Brand Equity, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The main goal of performance assessment is to motivateemployees in achieving Company’s goal and to obey the behavioralstandard in order to produce actions and resultsneeded. The performance assessment system chosen bycompany, in general, is only related to financial perspective.In this globalization era recently, financial benchmark is nolonger appropriate to asses Company’s performance becauseof their lack of information. Based on BalanceScorecard approach, the executive financial performancemust reflect the performance in satisfying the customerneeds, productive internal business process and cost effective,with/out the development of productive and committedemployees. Further, Balance Scorecard will analyze throughthose four key areas to assist traditional accounting assessmentin order to evaluate the successful of the company anddetermine the company’s direction. The perspective areaswhich include in Balance Scorecard are financial, customersatisfaction, internal business process and learning and development.The Balance Scorecard combination of the fourperspectives mentioned above, will assist the managers inorder to distinguish all relations which drive to the developmentof decision making and problem solving in the company.Key word: balanced scorecard, performance.

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of work stress on performance with social support as amoderating variable in the study Mover Team Empowerment and Family Welfare (TP PKK)Rembang. This research uses the entire population of the members of Team Empowerment andFamily Welfare Driving Rembang year period 2010 - 2015 as many as 58 people. The dataanalysis technique used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis(MRA). Results of research refer that the work stress have an influence negative not significantto performance TP PKK Rembang, while work stress have an influence positive sifnificant toperformance when moderated by social support.Keyword: work stress, social support, and performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy of  regional development work plan with regional medium, term development plan in Rembang Regency. The analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of the study shows that the percentage of regional development work plan wich synergies with regional medium term development plan is 16%. There are two priority programs in rembang regency in 2009 that do not synergize with regional medium term development plan in 2006-2010.Keywords: regional development work plan, regional medium term development plan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan pendanaan terhadap set kesempatan investasi; (2) menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan deviden terhadap set kesempatan investasi; (3) menjelaskan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap set kesempatan investasi; (4) menjelaskan pengaruh likuiditas terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2009-2013. Dalam pengumpulan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu dan diperoleh sampel 13 perusahaan atau n=65. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa H1: kebijakan pendanaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap set kesempatan investasi, H2; kebijakan deviden berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap set kesempatan investasi,H3; profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap setkesempatan investasi dan H4; likuiditas berpengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap set kesempatan investasi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil hipotesis H1, H2 dan H3 ditolak, sedangkan H3 diterima. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan nilai 0,205 yang artinya bahwa variabel kebijakan pendanaan, kebijakan deviden, profitabilitas dan likuiditas mampu menjelaskan variabel set kesempatan investasi sebesar 20,5% sedangkan 79,5% dijelaskan oleh factor lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Deviden, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Set Kesempatan Investasi.
