Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of financial performance and firm size to firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Sample in this research is the firm of manufacture which enlist in Indonesia Stock Exchange from periode 2008 to 2010, obtained sample is 28 sample with 84 observation. The data analysis used is regression analysis moderation. Results of research refer that the financial performance have an influence on positive to firm value and the size have an influence to firm value. CSR is not able to strengthen relation the financial performance with firm value, but able to strengthen relations firm size with firm value. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuanuntuk menguji pengaruh brand, country of design dan countryof assembly pada persepsi kualitas dan niat beli. Respondendalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Magister SainsFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada,dengan jumlah sampel adalah 128. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh intellectual capital, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data subyek. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Data diperoleh dari persepsi karyawan. Jumlah karyawan yang dikirim kuisoner dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang. Kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan dapat diolah berjumlah 150. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial dan uji determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang. Secara keseluruhan, pengaruh intellectual capital, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang adalah sebesar 48,9%, sedangkan sisanya 51,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian.Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Impact of BBM increase to the addition of the poor 4 million people. That's the goverment setup a compensation as mitigation or prevention. One of the program is the immediatetemporary relief society (BLSM) to give four months after the BBM increase was decided.Object of BLSM is 15,5 target million households (RTS) with compesation is Rp 150,000 permonth. The allocation of funds amounting to Rp 9,7 trillion. The question is whether thegoverment program effective?

Abstract

The maximization of customer satisfaction nowadays cannotbe fulfill only by price strategy and product quality. Somenew approaches can be implemented as a solution. One ofthese approaches is Customer Relationship Management(CRM). CRM used by company to increase customersatisfaction and loyalty by giving easier informationaccessibility and create a new relationship which is moreintense and more personal, also to build customer’s trustthrough added more services to the customer. This idea iswell-applied because it supported by information technologywhich can help in storing and classifying the information (datawarehousing), or to track and get the data in details:economic,demography, lifestyle, physiography, and more interactiveelements of the customer. Commonly, if CRM is well-applied,the information (data) of customer interaction will be recordedin details. Abstract

Success of the economic development is influenced by fiscaland monetary management with their regulations. Fiscal roleis carried out in two basic corridors, fiscal consolidationwhich is carried out by controlling budget deficit, and strategyof budget funding which is intended to decrease the burdenand risk of the government debt. This fact shows that fiscaland monetary policies in Indonesia is not carried out in agood harmony and synchronization. So, increasing of fiscaland monetary policies coordination is needed bysynchronizing policies goal to stabilize monetary sectors.The source of government income which derives from taxor seigniorage has important role to increase fiscalendurance. Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of managemet development, working environment, and communication to employee performance. This research uses the entire population of the SMP Negeri 2 Kaliori as many as 37 people. Results of reserach refer that the managemet development have an influence positive but not significant to employee performance, while the working environment and the communication have an influence positive significant to employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu: untuk mengetahui apakah mis management, penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat, nasabah memberi data yang fiktif dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit dapat berpengaruh terhadap ketidakmamuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir Sedan Rembang. Selain itu ada tujuan lain yaitu untuk mengetaui faktor paling dominan yang mempengarui ketidakmampuan pembayaran pinjaman pengusaha bordire Sedan Rembang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode daftar pertanyaaan kuesioner yang berupa angket. Selain itu juga dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji DominanHasil penelitian adalah ternyata tidak terdapat pengaruh mis management terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir, terhadap pengaruh penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat nasabah yang memberi data fiktif, dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir. Faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalian pinjaman pengusaha bordir adalah kurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kredit. Kata Kunci: mis management, penggunaan kredit, analisis kredit, data fiktif nasabah dan pengawasan
