Abstract

The main goal of performance assessment is to motivateemployees in achieving Company’s goal and to obey the behavioralstandard in order to produce actions and resultsneeded. The performance assessment system chosen bycompany, in general, is only related to financial perspective.In this globalization era recently, financial benchmark is nolonger appropriate to asses Company’s performance becauseof their lack of information. Based on BalanceScorecard approach, the executive financial performancemust reflect the performance in satisfying the customerneeds, productive internal business process and cost effective,with/out the development of productive and committedemployees. Further, Balance Scorecard will analyze throughthose four key areas to assist traditional accounting assessmentin order to evaluate the successful of the company anddetermine the company’s direction. The perspective areaswhich include in Balance Scorecard are financial, customersatisfaction, internal business process and learning and development.The Balance Scorecard combination of the fourperspectives mentioned above, will assist the managers inorder to distinguish all relations which drive to the developmentof decision making and problem solving in the company.Key word: balanced scorecard, performance

Abstract

This study aimed to test the efficiency of capital marketsand the Single Index Model in Indonesia, related to the announcementof fuel price rise on May 24, 2008. The samplein this study as many as ten stocks listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange (IDX) and actively traded on 10 (ten) daysbefore and 10 (ten) days after the announcement of fuel pricerise on May 24, 2008, or by a window period of 21 days. Theresults showed that in the event that the announcement offuel price increases announced by the government on May24, 2008 are no differences in average abnormal return ofbetween 10 (ten) days before and 10 (ten) days after theannouncement. In periods of negative abnormal return observationsoccurred before the announcement of fuel priceincreases, which means there have been leaks of information,where the issue of fuel price increases have been informedby the previous government. This shows that the Indonesiancapital market is not efficient in this case. The studyalso found that the SIM does not apply to the period of observation,because of the variability of the beta is not followed bythe variability of stock returns or in other words there is nolinear relationship between beta and returnKey Word: Efficiency of capital markets, Single Index Model

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the image, quality of service and facilities to customer loyalty customer satisfaction moderated the educational institutions Primagama Apex branch. The study population was all students Primagama Apex in October 2011, which totaled 130 students. with a sample of 43 students. Data collection techniques in this study is through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of regression analysis using the variables moderating. From the calculation of the variable partial image, service quality and satisfaction moderated variable image positive and significant impact on loyalty, while variable facilities, service quality and satisfaction moderated variablefasilitas not moderated satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty. Simultaneously acquired that image, quality of service, and facilities together are moderated customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty in services products. Keywords: Image, Quality Service, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty Consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu: untukmengetahui apakah mis management,penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisiskredit yang tidak akurat, nasabah memberidata yang fiktif dan kurangnya pengawasandari pemberi kredit dapat berpengaruhterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir Sedan Rembang.Selain itu ada tujuan lain yaitu untukmengetahui faktor paling dominan yangmempengaruhi ketidakmampuan pembayaranpinjaman pengusaha bordir SedanRembang.Metode Pengumpulan data yang dilakukanadalah dengan metode daftar pertanyaankuesioner yang berupa angket. Selain itu jugadilakukan dengan observasi dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukanadalah dengan uji regresi linier berganda danuji Dominan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah ternyata tidakterdapat pengaruh mis managementterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir, terdapatpengaruh penggunaan kredit yang tidaksesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat,nasabah yang memberi data fiktif, dankurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kreditterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir. Abstract

Employment growth is slower than the growth of the labor force resulting in unemployment that affect the incidence of poverty. Efforts to improve the local economy is done through the provision of Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance. Entrepreneurial Capital Assistance is intended for people who are creative and innovative people who already have a business but need additional capital for business development. The method can be used to implement such a decision support system using the Fuzzy Inference System with Mamdani method. Fuzzy logic and fuzzy set theory shows great potential to effectively menyelesain uncertainty problems. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap set kesempatan investasi (2) mengetahui pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap set kesempatan investasi (3) mengetahui pengaruh resiko sistematis terhadap set kesempatan investasi, dan (4) mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap MBVA, keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Hasil pengujian determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan manejerial, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan deviden mampu menjelaskan variabel MBVA sebesar 46%, sedangkan 54% kemungkinan dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang belum masuk dalam model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Keputusan Pendanaan, Resiko Sistematis, Profitabilitas dan Set Kesempatan Investasi

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of TQM with 4 subvariabel in benchmarking methods studied, namely: knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation on managerial performance of UMKM.Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique and obtained a valid sample of 140 UMKM. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results indicate that the motivation and circumstances have an influence on managerial performance sigifikan UMKM, while the knowledge and the will not have a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneous testing of knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation has a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. The study also found that of the four variables, the situation has the highest influence on managerial performance of UMKMKeywords: TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Knowledge, Motivation, Situations, Willingness, Managerial Performance.AbstraksiPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara TQM dengan 4 subvariabel dalam metode benchmarking yang diteliti, yaitu : pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel yang valid sebanyak 140 UMKM. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan situasi mempunyai pengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM, sedangkan pengetahuan dan kemauan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Selanjutnya, pengujian secara simultan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dari keempat variable tersebut , situasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Kata kunci : TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Pengetahuan, Motivasi, Situasi, Kemauan, Kinerja Manajerial.1. Abstract

Form of partnership relations between universities and industry has become a necessity for allparties. Moreover talk about results that must be prepared by a college for graduates. With theestablishment of the relationship expected such an activity that needed each other and mutuallybeneficial. Through the co-op of DIKTI, STIENU Jepara has conducted activities partnershipwith company partner. The purpose of this research is to know implementation successprogram co-op ( cooperative academic education ) DIKTI in creating a partnership betweenDUDI and college (Studies of Co-op Programs at STIENU Jepara). Scope directed in thisresearch is research is descriptive qualitative, with respondents research is a student programparticipants co-op, colleges and UMKM partners program co-op STIENU Jepara, and as ayardstick success gainful partnership were the feedback systems between DUDI and collegesand student participants. The result of this research is the implementation of the program coopDIKTI received by STIENU Jepara very positive impact, good for students direct program, asof an offender lecturers as a mentor, the agency that accommodates as well as for the companyor UMKM partners program. Abstract

Developing of small scale industry depends not only on thegovernment policies but also the industrialist, it is the ability of theindustrialist to compete their products (quality and quantity). So, theindustrialist of the small scale industry have to follow the concretesteps to endure the existence of their business. One of the small andintermediate scale industry is Batik Industry. Batik industry hasspecial characteristic, because it is the Indonesian culture whichalways exists consistency. Batik belongs to consumer’s goods. It isshopping goods that belong to heterogeneous shopping goods,because the characteristic is more important than price aspect for theconsumers. In other words, the consumers have differentperceptions about the qualities and attributes. So, developing of batikcraftsmen have to considers the relevancy between the craftsmenneeds and the program carried out.Key Words: Craftsmen, Developing.
