Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masuk pada Program Studi D-3 kebidanan ngudi Waluyo. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Kampus Terpadu Ngudi Waluyo. Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena penurunan mahasiswa D-3 Kebidanan Ngudi Waluyo. Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : bagaimana cara meningkatkan minat masuk Program Studi D-3 Kebidanan di Kampus Terpadu Ngudi Waluyo.Metode sampel betujuan (purposive sampling) telah dipilih untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan pada studi ini. Penelitian ini mempergunakan 150 responden dan keseluruhan responden adalah siswi SMA Negeri dan Swasta Se-Kabupaten Semarang yang duduk di kelas XII. Analisis data mempergunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program komputer Amos 18. Model penelitian ini telah memenuhi criteria Goodness of Fit yaitu chi square =(93.801); probability = (0,051); CMIN/DF = (1,285); RMSEA = (0,051); TLI = (0,960); dan PNFI=(0.700)Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan diantaranya bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi getok tular. Abstract

The proportion of local revenue (PAD), Rembang againstbudget on average over three years from 2005 to 2007 waslow, amounting to 6.79%. Thus, Rembang dependence oncentral government is still very large which is reflected in theamount of fund balance averaged over the three years 2005-2007 amounted to 88.66%. Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of compensation,work environment and motivation on performance in PT. Sonof Tonga Tiur view Rembang. The sample in this studyamounted to 75 respondents. The first hypothesis with thevalue t count> t table (2.115> 2.000) with significance level0.038 <0.05, means that there is significant influence of compensation(X1) to employee performance (Y). Testing thesecond hypothesis is the work environment variables (X2 )to employee performance (Y) can know the results of thecalculations whereas the t 3.818 2.000 t table at the 0.05 significancelevel (? = 0.05). Thus the significant effect of workenvironment (X2) on employee performance (Y). The thirdhypothesis tests the motivation variable (X3) on employeeperformance (Y) can be detected t count is greater than t2.058 2.000 table, at the level of significance is 0.05 ( ? =0.05), thus there is significant influence of motivation (X3) onemployee performance (Y). Hypothesis test kempat compensationvariable (X1) working environment (X2) and motivation(X3) jointly affect the performance of the employee(Y). Regression calculation is obtained f count> f table(12.765> 2.74) at 0.05 significance level> 0.00. Thus the threevariables (X1, X2, X3) jointly have a significant influence onemployee performance (as Y). Adjusted R2 value (coefficientof determination) indicates the variable compensation,work environment and motivation can explain the influenceof 32.3% on performance, while the rest equal to 67.7% explainedby other factors not included in this study.Keyword: compensation, work environment, motivation, performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship betweenparticipation in budget making and managing performance. Resultsobtained from these studies have been done was not consistent andthere was a contradiction between one researcher to another. Thisstudy provides empirical evidence about the effect of publicness onthe relation between participation in budget making and managingperformance in Universities and Hospitals both public and private.So that the budget can serve as a control, when compiling thebudget should be noted that the parties involved in preparing thebudget. One is that managers are directly responsible for managingperformance in a public or private organizations. The samplingmethod used was purposive sampling. In this study, sample criteriaare the managers who are at level two in their respective institutions.In the 70 private sector organizations and the public sector is 50.From the results of this study concluded that there are significantrelationships between participation publicness in budget making andmanaging performance.Key word: publicness, participation, and managerial performance

Abstract

Human needs are always evolving with the development of the environment occurs. While having limited resources to meet and keep up with the kebutuhaan. Education as a service products face the same problem, namely the growing educational needs and limited educational resources. Therefore, education implemented by adhering to the principles of economics, namely: (1) maximizing results -oriented process and minimization of risk, (2) efficiency, and (3) using economic calculation. Economic Education educational disciplines apply economic principles to analyze educational activities. Limited resources and even a relative scarcity implies that every resource use requires a careful choice of a limited group of possible choices. There are two kinds of approaches in the efficiency level of education, namely: (1) management approach, and (2) the economic approach. One unit of education can achieve efficiency in its implementation (based on a manager's educational achievement) consisting of (1) cost effectiveness (cost-effectiveness), and (2) external efficiency (cost benefit or cost benefit). Keywords: Needs, Resources, Efficiency

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu: untukmengetahui apakah mis management,penggunaan kredit yang tidak sesuai, analisiskredit yang tidak akurat, nasabah memberidata yang fiktif dan kurangnya pengawasandari pemberi kredit dapat berpengaruhterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir Sedan Rembang.Selain itu ada tujuan lain yaitu untukmengetahui faktor paling dominan yangmempengaruhi ketidakmampuan pembayaranpinjaman pengusaha bordir SedanRembang.Metode Pengumpulan data yang dilakukanadalah dengan metode daftar pertanyaankuesioner yang berupa angket. Selain itu jugadilakukan dengan observasi dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukanadalah dengan uji regresi linier berganda danuji Dominan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah ternyata tidakterdapat pengaruh mis managementterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir, terdapatpengaruh penggunaan kredit yang tidaksesuai, analisis kredit yang tidak akurat,nasabah yang memberi data fiktif, dankurangnya pengawasan dari pemberi kreditterhadap ketidakmampuan pengembalianpinjaman pengusaha bordir. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh desentralisasi, ketidakpastian lingkungan, dan teknologi informasi terhadapa kinerja manajerial yang mana sistem akuntansi manajemen sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah PD. BPR BKK Blora dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan purposive sample dan jumlah sampel 53 responden. Teknik pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi berpengaruh positif dantidak signifikan terhadap sistem akuntansi manajemen. Ketidakpastian lingkungandan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap system akuntansi manajemen. Sistem akuntansi manajemen tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara desentralisasi dan kinerja manajerial. Sistem akuntansi manajemen tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara ketidakpastian lingkungan dan kinerja manajerial.Kata Kunci: Desentralisasi, Katidakpastian Lingkungan, Teknologi Informasi, Kinerja manajerial, dan Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang dengan peningkatan kinerjanya. Kenyataan riil di masyarakat pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang terhambat karena rendahnya tingkat kinerja para karyawannya yang disebabkan banyak faktor. Sehingga penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh peningkatan kinerja terhadap pengembangan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dimoderasi oleh variabel kemitraan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mendapat gambaran kongkrit bentuk dan jenis kemitraan UMKM pengolahan ikan di Kabupaten Rembang yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk peningkatan kinerja dalam pengembangan UMKM. Kriteria responden UMKM pengolah ikan di jalur pantura Kabupaten Rembang yaitu Kaliori, Rembang, Lasem, Sluke, Kragan dan Sarang. UMKM pengolah ikan yang memiliki tenaga kerja maksimal 5 orang.Uji instrumen dilakukan pada 30 responden dengan hasil semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliable. Abstract

AbstractWorking Assessment is very essential aspect for a college to keep its excellent quality to face tight competition in either national or international level. The working assessment can be implemented to compare the result with organization strategy, and can also help to plan the upcoming strategy to achieve the final target of organization. The combination of Balanced Scorecard and OMAX is aimed at building the information system of working assessment in a college.Balanced Scorecard in the college is used to determine the strategic purposes, KPI and target, optimistic and pessimistic value. The scoring of each KPI uses AHP method; the scoring of KPI influences on general working score. The scoring of working assessment uses Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to know the total result indicator stated by the college, and can find out the total result indicator of each working criterion.The combination of BSC and OMAX can avoid the use of overwhelming data because this model focused on four perspectives, with the important key indicator of a college. Besides, the four perspectives can avoid the orientation of short-term target, because OMAX developed the more obvious frame of time that also focused on the long-term target. This combination was a good integration that can afford to modify hybrid model in determining the score card of a college. BSC changed into the form of OMAX that presented a target in the long period.
