The objective of research is to obtain information about the effect of organizational communication and distributive justice on job performance on honorer teachers. It was a quantitative research with survey method in senior high school in Bekasi. The research was conducted to all of state senior high school teachers at Bekasi regency by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 86 teacers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of organizational communication on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of distributive justice on job performance, and (3) there is direct effect of organizational communication on distributive justice. Therefore to enhance teacher's job performance can be carried out by organizational communication and distributive justice.

Abstrak : Theoretically the results of the discussion of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, to provide some suggestions to the school and other schools in terms of teacher performance in improving the quality of education, to be the evaluation for Yayasan Pondok Al Kenaniyah to provide better service in the quality of their education. This study is also expected to be the contribution for the researcher in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection. The data is achieved by conducting interviews, observation and checklist. The data is obtained to analyze the performance of teachers in improving the quality of education with the subject of 60 people in Yayasan Al Kenaniyah, East Jakarta to investigate. Based on the data obtained can be summarized as follows: regarding to the performance of teachers in the learning plan, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning, the performance of teachers in the assessment of learning outcomes, also discipline of the teachers in performing their duties to get good performance. Thus, the quality of education will be better in the future.

The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of the implementation of internal audit for school quality assurance at 30 junior high school Jakarta, held from November 2011 to August 2012. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, and recording. The data validity obtained through the extension of time doing research, triangulation and member check. The data anylisis obtained through collecting data, display and reducing with make comparing to concept and theories to make conclusion and interpretation of data as result of research findings.The result of data anylisis and interpretation indicates that the success of quality assurance relates to (1) quality policy with quality objectives which refers to vision, mission and customer requirement, (2) there are values developed in the same breath with school values combined with personal value held by the auditor to carrying out responsibilities (3) there is school leadership role in internal audit at the stage of implementation, supervision and decision making. The finding lead to the recommendation to practice the best implementation for other school based on the success of 30 Junior High School in quality assurance with commitment from all components of school to pay attention to the quality objectives as the focus of all the activities carried out.

This research is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) team characteristis,, and (2) work justice toward (3) organizational commitment of teacher the private senior high school in Bekasi. In the data analysis, this research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technique. This study uses the sample from 73 teachers in three private senior high school in Bekasi who are selected by using Slovin’fomula. The result of the study reveals that: Frist, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Second, there is a positive effect also between work justice and teacher organizational commitment to the school. Third, there is a positive effect between team characteristics and teacher organizationa’s commitment to the school.

The objective of this research is to a deep understanding of the management unit production in SMKN 6 Yogyakarta from July 2011 to July 2012. This research is a qualitative with case study method.The validity of the data obtained through the extension of time doing research and triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources in the field. This study concluded are (1) The principal spirited entrepreneurship in managing production units such as visionary, innovative, creative, take advantage of opportunities and courageous in making decisions. (2) The principals delegate authority to the head of the production unit and manager of Edotel through the selection of which is determined by the school principal and submit entirely to the management of the head production unit by study program through the center of Head of Production Unit, except principals Edotel as general manager. (3) In managing the production unit, the principal form of teamwork coordination and communication by the central Head of Production Unit fully devolved to the chairman of the chief study program by joint and has a connection or integration between existing production units in SMKN 6.

This research aims to find out (1) the influenced of supervision toward work motivation (2) the influenced of work motivation toward education quality (3) the influenced of supervision toward education quality. The research method used is the survey by path analysis. This research was carried out in Kecamatan Makasar East Jakarta. The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of an achiever woman-principal leadership in implementing an effective school at SMAN 3 Depok from May to September 2012. This research is a qualitative case study method therefore it can find deep meaning. The credibility of the data obtained through extension of time doing research, finding of cycle in common data, persistence of researcher, triangulation, peer debriefing, finding for adequacy of references, and making detailed narration. This study concluded that (1) the combination of both interactive style and transformational style within motherly approach became a new model of principal leadership style in motivating subordinate, making decision and solving the problems; (2) leadership skills included technique, human interpersonal, and conceptual skill are important basic competences of the achievers principal leadership.

The objective of the research is to know the effect of reward and empowerment on decision making on headmaster of private senior high school.This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of headmaster of private senior high school at Bekasi city by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 62 headmasters as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of reward on decision making. (2) There is a direct positive effect of empowerment on decision making. (3) There is a direct positive effect of reward on empowerment.

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning effect of reward, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The research was carried out by means of survey in East Jakarta, involving 88 principal as respondents who are selected through simple random sampling. This research finding are (1) there is a direct effect reward on organizational commitment. (2) there is a direct effect of reward on job satisfaction. (3) there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Therefore, the variation of principal's performance are effected by the variation of reward, variation of job satisfaction, and others variation.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of private Junior High School teachers at Pamekasan Madura. The research was conducted by using quantitative survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 80 teachers as sample was selected by multi stage random sampling. The research conclude; (1). There is direct effect of self efficacy on the OCB. (2). There is direct effect of job satisfaction on the OCB. (3). There is direct effect of self efficacy on the job satisfaction. Therefore, OCB teachers’ will be improved by the high quality of self efficacy and job satisfaction.
