Abstract

With increased rapid transportation industry now makes competition between companies is getting tight in snatch customers as well as maintain existing market share. The good company’s service and pricing is a unity that can be seen from the customer's expectations.Therefore service companies should continue to seek customer satisfaction in particular with the quality of service and the best price which is the overall impression upon performance of the company. The objective of this research are to (1) quality of service TigerAir Mandala, (2) Customer Price Perception in TigerAir Mandala, (3) The TigerAir Mandala’s customer satisfaction, (4) the influence of the quality of service and Price Perceptions towards customer satisfaction of TigerAir Mandala. The method used is the judgment sampling with a respondent of 100 people who have used the TigerAir Mandala.. The results showed that: (1) the level of quality of services provided to the customers of the Mandala TigerAir is good. (2) the customer agrees that the perception the price against the TigerAir Mandala is in accordance with the details of the questions on the questionnaire. (3) Customer TigerAir Mandala satisfied service quality and prices will be given to the customer, (4) the quality of service and Price perceptions of positive and significant effect against customer satisfaction in TigerAir Mandala.

Abstract

Indomaret outlets in Indonesia has reached 5425 outlets spread out in the city of Jabodetabek area, West Java, East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali and Lampung and some other areas. The assessment of investments using Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that the investment can be forwarded. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of investing in a franchise Indomaret. The research methods used are case studies. Data obtained from the interviews and the examination of documents. The processing and data analysis done with the method of valuation of the investment. The results of the study are: (1) after an assessment of the investment by the method of Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that investments can be forwarded, (2) with assessment methods according to the investment Payback Period Method, investment funds have been implanted can return in less than the time of the contract that is 5 (five) years, the investment can be returned within 3 years and 5 months.

Abstract

Indonesia with a population of about 240 million more a potential market for modern retail business. Consumers have many alternatives in choosing where to shop. Therefore the modern market (retail) must consider a variety of factors that will influence the consumer's perception of consumer behavior in choosing the best shopping by consumers.The purpose of this experiment is (1). To test the effect of the location, range of products, product quality, service, price, convenience shopping. (2). This study also aims to determine the contribution of these factors is most dominant in influencing consumer buying interest re. The study involved 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling with questionnaires instrument. Measurements with Likert scale. The analysis technique processed using SPSS. This research is a quantitative and qualitative research, using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1). There is a significant relationship between the variables of location, range of products, product quality, service and shopping convenience to the buying interest re-consumers, except for the variable service negatively affect the buying interest re-consumers. (2) It was found that the price variable has the most dominant influence on all six variables decider against the consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

Penggunaan beta dalam mengukur risiko sistematis baik dalam praktik maupun dalam penelitian, masih menunjukan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Hal ini terjadi karena ketidakakuratan dalam mengestimasi beta dan adanya perbedaan dalam waktu pengukuran beta. Variasi waktu dan ketidakstabilan beta menjadi celah untuk dilakukan penelitian dan mencari hubungan faktor luar yang bisa mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh makro ekonomi dan faktor fundamental perusahaan terhadap beta saham. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh emiten yang termasuk dalam industri pertambangan periode 2010-2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpose sampling dan menghasilkan 28 emiten yang memenuhi syarat menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa secara simultan variabel makro ekonomi dan fundamental perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beta saham. Secara parsial variabel inflasi, CR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap beta saham. Sedangkan ROA dan ROE berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap beta saham. Kurs Rupiah/USD dan DER tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap beta saham.

Abstract

Earnings quality is something that is a central and important in the world of accounting, as based on the earnings quality of the accounting profession is at stake. The quality of a company's profits are often associated with the persistence of earnings, due to the persistence of earnings is a relevant component of the qualitative characteristics of the predictive value of the company. This study aims to determine how much influence the effect of cash flow, the difference between accounting income with taxable income and debt to earnings persistence on Investment Services Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) either partially or simultaneously. The method used included into the category of quantitative rrelation method. These results indicate that the variable cash flows, the difference between accounting income with taxable income, debt and simultaneously influence the persistence of earnings. While partially variable cash flow significant effect on earnings persistence, variable differences between accounting income to taxable income does not significantly influence the persistence of earnings, and debt to variable significant effect on earnings persistence.

Abstract

Publishers book Gramedia Pustaka Utama is the largest book publisher in Indonesia are located in Jakarta, With the current information technology and supported by the rapid flow of information to force people to have the ability and knowledge to compensate. The purpose of this study was to determine 1). Whether there are significant positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotions directly on purchasing decisions, 2) whether there are significant positioning, differentiation and brand image on purchasing decisions with a promotion to intervening. Test this hypothesis using path analysis (path analysis) with a significant level of 5%. The population is customers who visited the Gramedia Bookstore Regional 1, using accidental sampling technique and approach the proportions in withdrawing a sample of 100 respondents and data collection was done by questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) Directly positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotion of significant positive effect on purchasing decisions 2). Through the promotion seen that positioning, differentiation and brand image did not significantly influence the purchasing decision. Means of quality books, inspirational, reasonable price and reputation of the issuer greatly influence consumers to buy the Million Dollar Dream book in Gramedia bookstore Region 1 while the promotion is done is not very effective.

Abstract

Regional generated revenues is the main source of regional funding, therefore the ability to implement the economic measure of the magnitude of the contribution made by the Regional generated revenues of the budget, the greater the contribution that can be provided by the Regional generated revenues of the budget means less dependence of local governments on central government and. The objective of the research was to find out the influence of PAD (Regional Generated Revenues), DAU (General Allocation Fund), and DAK (Specific Allocation Fund) and Sharinf Funds as moderating variable on the relationship between PAD, DAU, DAK with regional expenditure. The sample used in this study were 26 Districts / Towns comprises were determined by purposive sampling method. The criteria used in determining the sample of the Regency / City Budgets publish consistently from 2010-2014. The data used in this research is secondary data.The results showed that the PAD, DAU and DAK simultaneously affect the regional expenditure. Partially PAD and DAU effect on regional expenditure while DAK has no effect on regional expenditure. The results of the research with moderation regression analysis (MRA) showed that DBH not moderating variables strengthen or weaken the relationship PAD, DAU, DAK with regional expenditure.

Abstract

In order to guarantee the quality of audit results, has been set Auditing Standards. This research aims to determine the influence of audit knowledge, independence and auditor's experience to quality of audit investigation. In this research, independent variables are audit knowledge, independence, and auditor's experience and the dependent variable is quality of audit investigation. The method used is a technique of analysis by method of Ordinary Least Squares with mutiple linier regression. This research uses primary data by using a questionnaire to collect auditor's perception of the variables tested. The samples taken are 130 auditors in Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance. The results of this study explains that: (1) Three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable simultaneously; (2) There is a significant influence on variables of audit knowledge toward quality of audit investigation partially; (3) There is a significant influence on variables of auditor's independence toward quality of audit investigation partially; (4) There is a significant influence on variables of auditor's experience toward quality of audit investigation partially.

Abstract

Miloff Beauty Bar is a beauty salon that is a place of life style, where consumers can get quality and satisfactory beauty services by professional and friendly therapists in a comfortable and clean environment. This research discusses the problem of word of mouth and brand image influence on purchasing decision. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of word of mouth and brand image simultaneously to the purchase decision. Research method used library research and field research. The research was conducted at Miloff Beauty Bar Jakarta. The time of the study from April to August 2017. The sample in this study amounted to 78 customers. Techniques used in collecting data is the spread of questionnaires, interviews and observation. This study uses SPSS to calculate and analyze data. The results of this study show that word of mouth and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Hasil laporan audit BPK RI dari tahun 2013 sampai 2014 Kementerian pariwisata mendapatkan opini Tidak Menyatakan Pendapat (TMP) dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya, untuk tahun 2015 opini WTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good governance, standar akuntansi pemerintrah, sistem pengendalian internal, dan aparatur pemerintah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan good governance secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan dan aparatur pemerintah berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Good governance, penerapan standar akuntansi pemerintah, sistem pengendalian internal, dan kompetensi aparatur pemerintah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sinergi antara sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah dalam pencapaian kualitas laporan keuangan di lingkungan Kementerian Pariwisata.
