Abstract

Domestic savings rate or Gross Domestic Savings Rate (GDSR) as one of the nation's strengths for development financing. The purpose of this study is to find out the main indicators of GDSR in Indonesia using annual periodic data from 1971 to 2016. Using the OLS (ordinary least squares that satisfy all the classic OLS feasibility assumptions, four economic indicators are found to be the main determinants of GDSR in Indonesia, namely (1) saving habits, (2) inflation, (3) exports, and (4) imports. It can be concluded that Using OLS method but ignoring the classical assumption of OLS eligibility, from 11 independent variables, (a) as many as three non-pithy variables, namely (1) Gini index, (2) money supply (M2), and (3) (2) GDP growth, (3) industrial added value, (4) export, (5) import, (6) age dependency ratio, (7) urban population, and (8) inflation.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang paling penting dijadikan landasan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja karyawan. Dari data penilaian kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. A.W. Faber-Castell di atas terdapat fenomena yaitu kinerja karyawan yang biasa-biasa saja, sehingga perlu di teliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh motivasi selaku variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT A.W. Faber-Castell. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode survai. Jumlah sampel dihitung dengan perumusan Slovin sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi 500 karyawan dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan asosiatif kausal dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Abstract

Character building believes the existence of absolute morale, i.e., comprehension about which one is proper and right. Character building instill habituation of the good practice so that student know about which is right or wrong (cognitive domain) and feel the good value. The objective of this research is understanding student's change in daily behaviour, including communication attitude or maturity, and identifying the local culture and the meaning of the values ​​of thei nation's character in the local community. Marketing learning processes that have the values ​​of national character. The research method uses descriptive qualitative model, the results of the data instrument interview results in the field, there is a change in character, it can be seen from the daily attitude of students to be honest, disciplined, responsible, caring, collaborative, tolerant, peaceful, polite, responsive and pro-active and showing attitude as part of the solution to various environmental problems.

Abstract

The practices of tax avoidance that occur in Indonesia are very detrimental to the state. Based on data from Global Financial Integrity, Indonesia is ranked ninth from the most disadvantaged countries due to the exit money. The potential losses experienced by Indonesia are estimated at USD 180 billion from inconsistent transactions including avoiding taxes transactions. This research aimed to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the relationship profitability, liquidity, leverage, and company size flow on acceptance going concern audit opinion. Data used in this research were obtained through documentation from data which gathered in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample method used in this research is purposive sampling with regression logistic analysis in manufacturing and mining firms which registers on period 2012 until 2016. The results of this research have found that profitability and leverage have relationship significantly negative toward going concern audit opinion. While liquidity and company size have no relationship toward going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

Corporate performance is measurable by its activities of which is supported by the industrial performance through the optimization in targeted profit. PT. Argo Pantes is a manufacturing company which processes yarn and woven fabric. In the daily process the company has many problems or constrains in production planning. Uncertainity of the demand of goods fluctuation has effect on shortage or Surplus production. Others problems are raw materials, machine work hour, labour work hour, spindle hour per unit, Loom hour per unit, and the demand of the products. The objective of this research is to maximize a business profit by using the Application of Linear Programming. Simplex method of this linear programming purposes to maximize profit in linear function, where Profit (Z) = 20 X1 + 15 X2 and linear function of the two constrains, Spindle hour per unit : 100 X1 + 50 X2 ≤ 1000 and Loom hour per unit : 20 X 1 + 25 X 2 ≤ 300. The result of the study of the Analysis show that the total profit earned by PT. Argo Pantes at Tangerang to produce a T/C woven fabric is $133.400,- and for cotton 100% woven fabric is $100.050. with the assumtion of profit is in accordance with fixed objective and constrain function.

Abstract

Goodtea is a trademark of a system of ready-to-drink tea beverage business opportunities that offers a choice of diverse and quality flavors. Where consumers can enjoy tea drinks that are beneficial to health, delicious and varied flavors. This study discusses the problem of the influence of product differentiation and promotional mix on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of product differentiation and promotion mix simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The research method used is library research and field research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study is GOODTEA consumers in Gajah Mada Plaza estimated as many as 2400 customers each month. This study used 240 samples. This study uses SPSS V.23 to calculate, process and analyze research data. The results of the study show that there is a strong and significant influence between product differentiation and promotion mix simultaneously on purchasing decisions of 41,4%

Abstract

Human resources are the important role in the company objective achievement implementation process. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of training and development of human resources on the performance of employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912. The population in this research is the employees of Head Office of Bumiputera 1912 totaling 229 persons and total samples determined in this research are 70 respondents, while total samples obtained and used in this research are 82 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This research uses cumulative method with parametric statistical analysis, namely multiple linier regress analysis. The obtained analysis result indicates that there is a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially between the training and development of HR on the performance of employees.

Abstract

PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk., yang biasa dikenal dengan BTN adalah sebuah perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dibidang penyedia jasa perbankan. Sebagai lembaga keuangan harus mampu bersaing dalam hal layanan dan produk perbankan serta promosi yang ditawarkan untuk mendorong dana simpanan dan meningkatkan fee based income. Penelitian ini membahas masalah pengaruh variasi produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero), Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Library Research dan Field Research. Penelitian dimulai Maret s.d Juli 2019, dilaksanakan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 161 orang nasabah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan observasi. Untuk menghitung dan menganalisis data penelitian digunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada PT. Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square sebesar 62%.

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia bisnis semakin ketat, kondisi ketidakpastian menuntut kualitas layanan dalam menarik pembeli. Kemampuan karyawan dalam memberikan layanan akan menarik minat beli konsumen, layanan yang baik apabila harapan melebihi apa yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Selain itu agar produk dari satu perusahaan menarik minat beli konsumen jika citra merek suatu produk diingat dan mencerminkan citra yang baik di benak konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualiatas pelayanan terhadap minat beli. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei pada konsumen Prima Fresh Mart. Variabel yang diteliti Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Minat Beli. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan tabulasi dan menggunakan Program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 238 responden konsumen Fresh Mart, menunjukkan Citra Merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, yang berarti Minat Beli ditentukan oleh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

To enhance the quality and competitiveness of its human resource capital, in Indonesia The Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan education system is a 3 – year education system that trains the students to be ready for employment in the respective industries, as SMK Santa Theresia which offers tourism majors. The goal of this research is to identify most influential factors that affect the decision in choosing SMK Santa Theresia from parents’ and students’ perspectives, respectively. The research methods employed are the quantitative with descriptive approach, data analysis and technique summarized in multiple regression models. Furthermore, a census of 142 people has been done in order to get desired data for the analysis. Specifically, the overall demographic of the data is composed of 71 10-grade students (X PAR 1 and X PAR 2) of SMK Santa Theresia and 71 students’ parents for the academic year 2018/19. Conclusively, the results are presented from two points of view. The first, being from the students’ perspectives: it is found that reputation, image, school’s syllabus and teacher’s competence are not significant variables to influence the decision of choosing the school. Secondly, being from the parents’ perspectives: it is found that school’s syllabus is affecting decision of choosing the school.
