This study with purpose, investigates the effects of good parent skills training to decreaseverbal aggression by parent. The experimental design-using pre-test, post-test with control group isapplied. Subject this sudy is 80 parets from GFC School Juanda, Sidoarjo East Java. 80 parentsgived pre test examined with verbal aggression questionnaire, 40 parent who received high score intest verbal aggression were randomly replaced in experimental and control groups. Each 20 parentsin experimental and 20 parents in control groups. During good parent training in experimentalgroup received about verbal agression and impact, comunication skills, and management stress in 3sessions of 5 hour in three weeks Then both experimental and controlgroups are measured withverbal aggression questionnaire post-tests. The results shows the deferences betwen mean pre testexperimental group and mean post test experimental group is 41,3500 P = 0,000 (< 0,05) that goodparent training has leaded to decreasing verbal aggression by parents.Keywords : Verbal Agression, Good Parent Training

Abstract                This study aims to determine the relationship of lifestyle with shopping addiction in students. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a link between lifestyle and student shopping addiction. The subject of this research is high school students 17 August 1945 Surabaya who is currently in class XI. The sample in this study amounted to 55 students taken using random sampling technique. The data were collected using two scales: lifestyle scale to reveal the lifestyle level of a person and the scale of shopping addiction to reveal the level of shopping addiction. Testing of major hypothesis done by using product moment analysis and show a very significant relation between lifestyle with shopping addiction of student with r xy = 0,662; p = 0.000 (p <0.010). When comparing the mean empirical value and the theoretical mean indicating the average lifestyle and shopping addiction of students is high.             Keywords: Lifestyle, Shopping addiction

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between socialsupport and religiosity with stress in adolescents who live in prisons son of Blitar.The subjects were 51 teenage boys who are undergoing punishment in prisons son ofBlitar. Data collection study conducted by DSI Scale (Daily Stress Inventory)developed by Brandey & Jones (1989), adolescent religiosity scale compiled byFarid (2004), and social support scale developed by the researchers.Nonparamentrik statistical analysis using the Spearman's Rho shows the correlationbetween social support and stress of 0201 and p = 0158 (p> 0.05); the correlationbetween religiosity and stress of 0182 and p = 0.200 (p> 0.05). These resultsindicate that there is no relationship between social support and religiosity withstress in adolescents Children's occupants Prison Blitar.Keywords : Stress, Social Support, Religiosity, Prison Kids, Teens

This study aims to examine the relationship between transformationalleadership and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Subjects wereemployees of the production division of PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresiktotaling 30 people. Data were obtained using a scale of organizational commitment,scale transformational leadership and job satisfaction scale. Based on the analysis ofdata by multiple regression unknown regression F value = 24.063, p = 0.000 (p<0.001), which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship betweentransformational leadership and job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Thus, the hypothesis "There is a relationship between transformational leadershipand job satisfaction and organizational commitment" is acceptable. The coefficient ofdetermination (R square) amounted to 0,641, which means the effective contributionof the two predictors of transformational leadership and job satisfaction onorganizational commitment criterion amounted to 64.1%. While the remaining 35.9%influenced by other variables not included in this studyKeywords : transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

The purpose of this research was to know a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. This research is a correlation research. The population of this research were the unemployed housewives in Surabaya, with 100 person as the sample. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, that was a selection technique of the subject by using certain consideration. The collecting data method was questionnaire to expose the level of stress and the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. The data analysis used Chi-Square (χ 2) analysis. After analyzed by the Chi-Square analysis (χ 2) obtained the correlation coefficient of 0.526 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01) which means that there is a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. Thus, the hypotesis proposed in this research that “there is a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives†was accepted. So if can be conclused that there were a positive and significant correlation between the level of stres and the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives .Keywords : Stress, Aggressive behaviour, unemployed housewives

The study is aimed to find out the correlation between self efficacy and emotional maturity with problem focused coping.. Data collection is performed by means of three scales namely problem focused coping scale, self efficacy scale, and emotional maturity scale. The test of major hypothesis is performed by means of multiple regression analysis and shows that there is a significant correlation between self efficacy and emotional maturity with problem focused coping by F reg = 29.584; p = .00 (p< .01). The test result of first minor hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between self efficacy with problem focused coping. The higher the self efficacy of employee is, the better his/her work performance is and vice versa that is showed by r score = .309 ; p = .02 (p< .01). The contribution of self efficacy toward the problem focused coping is 22.135%. The test result of second minor hypothesis shows that there is a very positive and significant correlation between emotional maturity with problem focused coping, the higher score of emotional maturity achieved by the employee is the better his/her problem focused coping is. It is showed by r x2y-1 score = .396 ; p = .003 (p< .01). The contribution of emotional maturity to problem focused coping is 30.614%.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Emotional Maturity, Problem Focused Coping.

The purpose of this study to examine the relationship between emotionalintelligence and anonymity with cyberbullying in terms of gender. This study was donewith quantitative methods. Measurement variables of this research using a scale ofcyberbullying, emotional intelligence scale and the scale of anonymity. were Subjectsjunior high school students in Sidoarjo, which amounted to 44 students with a lifespan of13-17 years with a mix of men and women at least 21 of 23 students, which is inaccordance with the criteria as perpetrators of cyberbullying. were analyzed usingregression analysis, partial correlation,and Anova. The results showed: first, there wasno significant relationship between emotional intelligence and anonymity withcyberbullying. second, there is a positive relationship of emotional intelligence withcyberbullying. Third, the anonymity has a negative relationship with cyberbullying.Fourth, the difference in cyberbullying behavior between men and women, where menthere is a tendency to become perpetrators of cyberbullying.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence , Anonymity , Cyberbullying

Adolescents development make themprone to conflict. In the juvenile stages happensconfusion between the role of adolescents and the demands of the surrounding community, so itmake adolescents involved in a conflict in their environment. This condition will be difficult whenadolescent do not have the cognitive skills in resolving the conflict. In this study aims to describehow the quality of adolescents in conflict resolution skills after participating in Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. The approach used is a qualitative approach with subjects examined wereparticipants in Basecamp Training TSOT PrigenPasuruan who are following Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. While thetools used are interview, observation and recording devices. Based on the research adolescents whohave followed Conflict Resolution Outbound Training demonstrate a constructive attitude in dealingwith interpersonal conflicts that they feel has a tremendous spirit (has power and energetic), feelmore able to act and act productive, have the ability to describe the strength of himself and others,find it more valuable to himself, feel closer to other people, and have a greater motivation to buildrelationships with others into a deeper relationship. The purpose of this researchwas to determine the relationship between knowledge aboutpregnancy and family support with anxiety in primigravida (first pregnancy) in facing labor.Themethod used in this research is the quantitative approach. Data is collected using questionnaires,regression analysis using a sample of 54 third trimester pregnant primigravida womens who carryout checks on Private Midwives Practices belong Vivi Umamiyanto, at Jl. Jambangan Surabaya.Theresults of the partial regression analysis between knowledge of pregnancy with anxiety showed at t= 0.715 p = 0.478 (p> 0.05), which means there is no significant relationship, as well as the resultof family support with anxiety showed t = 0.188 to p = 0.851 (p> 0.05), which means there is nosignificant relationship. The study also showed that simultaneous regression analysis coefficientshowed F = 0.315 p = 0.731 (p> 0.05) meaning that there are no significant relationship betweenknowledge about pregnancy and family support with anxiety. Effective contribution amounted toonly 1.2%. Meaning there is no significant relationship between the knowledge of pregnant womenabout pregnancy and family support with anxiety.It can be concluded that the results of regressionanalysis showed that there was no relationship between knowledge about pregnancy and familysupport with the anxiety of pregnant women. Abstract                Procrastination is a deliberate deliberate postponement and does other unnecessary work. Prokrastinya many experienced by students and influential on learning outcomes so it is important to be studied. This study aims to determine the level of student academic procrastination in terms of learning methods used by lecturers. Learning method in this research is Teacher Centered Learning (TCL) and Student CenteredLlearning (SCL). Subjects in this study as many as 150 students taken by purposive sampling, 75 subjects were students who got TCL method and 75 subjects were students who got SCL method. Data collection is done by using procrastination scale. Procrastination Scale consists of 16 items that have the validity of ≥ 0.03 with reliability of 0.805. The result of the research shows that there is no difference of academic procrastination between students who get TCL learning method with students who get SCL learning method.Key Words: Procrastination, Teacher Centered Learning, Student Centered Learning
