Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect about empirically test: 1) whether professional teacherinfluences to school education managements, 2) whether ascendant curriculum to schooled education managements, 3) if yielding learned influential to schooled education managements, 4) if professional teacher influentialing to education qualities, 5) if ascendant curriculum to education qualities, 6) if yielding learned influential to education qualities, and 7) what is influential schooled education managementto education quality. Observational method that is utilized is format design affiliate approaching (mixing approach), which is supported quantitative approaching by qualitatif's approaching as minor approaching. Observational location on 20 Regencies/City that exist on Papua Province region with division as follows: 1) Regencies/Cities at Province upstate Papuan, namely: Jayapura city, Jayapura regency, Keeromregency, Sarmi regency, Supiori regency, Fertile regency, Nabire regency, Yapen regency, and Waropen Regency,2) Regencies/Cities at Papua Province middle part, namely: Jayawijaya regency, Paniai regency, Mimika regency, Tolikara regency, Pegunungan Bintang regency, Puncak Jaya regency, and Yahukimo regency, and 3) Regency/City at austral Papua Province, namely: Merauke regency, Asmat regency, BovenDigoel regency, and Mappi Regency. The Result show that: 1) marks sense kausal's relationships among teachers professional factor, curriculum, learned result, education management to education quality, 2) schooled education managements constitute education quality determinants, but then also so prescribed by professional teacher, curriculum, and tall studying result. If education management corresponds to thatexpected deep its management therefore good education quality will be reached conversely.

Abstract

 In export activities, maritime transport using container is a very important mode of transportation.The mode is the most well-known facility which serves at port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta. With regard to the claims for the container Services Manager at Jakarta's Tanjung Priok Port Area to create a service that can satisfy the quality exporters (shipper). For it is still important to answer whether the perceived service provided on the services of transport container for export in Jakarta Tanjung Priok Port Area on the basis of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence may result in satisfaction of the shipper (the exporter)?The purpose of this research is to analysis, examination and explains influence the services, based on dimensions reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence against customer satisfaction, and reviews and determine dimensions the services, which has important to increase customer satisfaction. The study is done at shipper that is active in 2010 and on Bugis road at Tanjung Priok Port Area as manyas 122 companies. Meanwhile, samples this research is all member population, and put their manager deal directly with that activity as respondents. Data from the scattering instrument research analyzed using structural equation unified with software Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that service quality are reflected from the reliability in providing services, responsive service, the guarantee given in the process of customer service,empathy, as well as the availability of physical infrastructure and facilities which are able to increase the satisfaction of the transportation service users in Jakarta Tanjung Priok container Port Area. Interesting finding of this research is the dimension of the guarantee in providing services is the most important element in improving customer satisfaction on the transportation service of container for export in Jakarta Tanjung Priok Port Area. Furthermore, it can be informed from the result of this study that the insurance included in the qualityof the service, the employee in their confidence in customers; security guarantees in the attitude of the transaction, polite in the service of employees and to provide services employees in knowledge is an important role in creating a service quality of excellence in transportation services container. These results indicated that the role of human resources is the key success in guarantee to produce quality of the service, which can improve the shipper satisfaction.

Abstract

This research purposed to find the influence of Adversity Quotient to influence nurse performance in document processing of nursing care standard at RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi. The research design was analitic descriptive survey, using cross sectional study, cluster random sampling on 76 respondents (nurses). Tools of research were Adversity Quotient questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, and nurse care standard document study. Data was analized by using path analysis. The result was Adversity Quotient indirectly influence nurse job performance in documenting nursing care standard through motivation in RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi.

Abstract

 Important role small and medium industry in economics of Indonesia uncompatible with competitiveness storey; level, publication of The Global of Competitiveness Report published by World Economic Forum in the year 2008 showing Indonesia competitiveness storey; level in global emulation reside in sequence of ke-55 from 134 state. This research have the character of exsplanatory with quantitative approach, Population [is] the overall of small effort/ethnical micro effort Moluccas which have activity toservice sector, while sampel which used in this research 100 responder. Sampling technique in this research use sampling method of nonprobabilitas, by using technique of judgment sampling. strategy of Resourcebased which aqualitation and resource of kapabilitas have an effect on to improve orientation of kewirausahaan. strategy of resource better based can improve competitiveness in the case of excellence of expense, excellence of small industry diferensiasi and ethnical micro effort of Moluccas specially the effort service. Orient kewirausahaan in the case of attitude of inovatif, risking proaktif can improve small industry competitiveness and ethnical micro effort Moluccas in the case excellence of expense, excellence of diferensiasi and excellence of focus.

Abstract

Despite of religious and moral values of Indonesian who should have strong influence in ethical value in their day-to-day life, some Indonesian micro scale entrepreneurs seems does not care about businessethics by using dangerous chemical substances such as fomalin to the'tofu'and'chicken meat'industries. The objective of this research is to uncover the phenomenon concerning of un-ethical business behavior on micro-scale businesses and its implications on management. The research was set in the traditional flea-market in the city of Bekasi, West Java area in Indonesia, by using qualitative research and Qualitative- fenomenologi design. The research is focused on why un-ethical business, the use of hazardous chemicals such as formalin, are hapenning on food sector of micro-scale entrepreneurs, specifically on Tofu, and Chicken's Meat Industries. We interviews many informants to obtain information to be analyzed. The research tools including notes, tape recording, photo, deep interviews, etc. The data were studied and processed with coding and theme analysis. Peer debriefing, triangulations, and auditing were used to maintainthe credibility of research. After analyzing data, revisit the site, discussion with colleagues, the conclusions was made. The finding of this research are (1) Misunderstanding, misinformations, economic pressures,job pressures from supervisor/boss/markets made the mid-set of micro scale business do not feel guilty of their unethics business; (2) Business ethics of micro scale business influenced by environment, knowledges,economic pressures, and norms.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the process of policy implementation on government management transparency of Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The result demonstrates that the process of policy implementation on government management transparency of Gorontalo City that had passed through several stages as perceived from the policy substance, organization executor, and policy target dimensions is effective in the government governance of Gorontalo City. The transparency policy objective is to achieve information accessibility that can be accessed by the society. The suggestions of this research are: 1) need commitment on every aspect of transparency policyelements such as policy actor, policy executor, and policy target to collectively be responsible for the related Local Government Regulation, 2) Local Government Regulation Num.3 /2002 as the legal foundationof the transparency policy implementation needs more detail policy to operate the intended Local Government Regulation.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out if there are any significant duration/visit difference between potential customers who come from direct, search and referral traffic sources in a service provider web site. Sample data were collected from google analytics then analyzed using descriptive statistic and ANOVA. The result shows that duration/visit from referral is the lowest and direct is the highest compare to other traffic sources.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically: 1) whether socio economic influence ondevelopment decisions palm farming people, 2) whether socio economic effect on farm management, 3)whether the socio-economic impact on the productivity of planters, 4) whether the productivity of planterseffect on farm management, 5) whether the productivity of planters influence on development decisionspalm farming folk, and 6) how to influence farm management decisions of the development of oil palmfarming folk. The research method used is a mixed approach design format (mixing approach). Location ofresearch on oil palm plantations in Keerom District, Papua Province. Total observational deep populationit as much 200 farmers or oil palm people gardens on kampong/sub-district at Regency Keerom, PapuaProvince. Sample that is utilized as much 200 person pekebun little or oil palm people gardens on kampong/sub-district at Regency keerom, Papua province. The results showed that: 1) the influence of socioeconomicvariables on the decision of the development of oil palm farming folk who do not have a significant relationshipwith the effect of path coefficients (direct effects) amounted to 0.049, the indirect effects (indirecteffects) of 0358, and²- value 0.647. 2) the influence of socioeconomic variables on farm management hada significant relationship with the effect of path coefficients (direct effects) amounted to 0.426, the indirecteffects (indirect effects) of 0168, and²-value < 0.001. 3) socio-economic impact on the productivity ofplanters who did not have a significant relationship with the effect of path coefficients (direct effects)amounted to 0.166, the indirect effects (indirect effects) = 0.000, and²-value 0.252. 4) influence theproductivity of planters on business management farmer has a significant relationship with the influence ofa direct effects path coefficients (direct effects) amounted to 0.482, the indirect effects (indirect effects) of0187, and²-value < 0.001. 5) the influence of productivity planters against the decision of oil palm farmingbusiness development people have significant correlation with the effect of path coefficients (direct effects)amounted to 0.396, the indirect effects (indirect effects) of 0409, and²-value < 0.002. 6) the influence offarm management decisions of the development of oil palm farming people have relationships significantwith the effects of the direct path coefficient (direct effects) amounted to 0.498, the indirect effects (indirecteffects) of 0187, and²-value < 0.001.

Abstract

This research aim to know and analysis influence of organization culture, working ability andorganization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of officer of Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru.On the basis of target, organization culture, working ability and organization commitment is independentvariable and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as dependent variable. Population in this research isofficer of Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru amounting to 56 people. By using method of census got sample amount to56 responder. While used data collecting technique that is with and interview of questioner. For the examinationof hypothesis is use statistical test that is analysis of regression multiple. Examination of legibility ofmodel obtained by value of adjusted R square is 0,625, meaning 62,5 percent officer organizational citizenshipbehavior variation can be explained by variation from third independent variable organization culture, workability and organization commitment. While the rest 37,5 percent explained on the score of other cause outsidemodel. From result of examination of causality obtained by result of which is significant that is organizationculture, working ability and organization commitment influence organizational citizenship behavior variablewith degree of confidence (confident of level) 99 percent. From the result taken conclusion that organizationculture variable, working ability and organization commitment have an effect on significant to officer organizationalcitizenship behavior on Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru and organization culture variable have influencemost dominant to officer organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The study aimed at measuring and analyzing the effects of probability, firm size, growth, assetstructure and non debt tax shield to the capital structure and the impact to the firm value of food andbeverage companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is expected the results of the research able to givecontribution for study development about financial management, especially at the capital structure andfirm value. Study population is the food and beverage companies that is listed in the Indonesian StockExchange 2005-2011, in data collection, the census method was used. The regression of two stage methodwas used to analyze the qualitative data. The study results are to find the influence between profitability,firm size and capital structure, but did not find influence between able growth, asset structure and non debttax shield to capital structure, and the influence capital structure and firm value.
