Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea that humans are social creatures or people who can not live alone and will always be in touch with others in the surrounding environment. Humans can interact with one another to communicate with one another, or maybe by giving signs that can be understood by normal humans. However, is not the case with some people who have special needs, including in children with autism, because children with autism just busy with himself. Based on this background, the formulation of problems that researchers took is’’how interpersonal communication patterns children with autism in social interactions with the environment?’’ The method used in analyzing patterns of interpersonal communication in autistic children’s social interaction with the environment in the Autism School Fajar Nugraha Yogyakarta is a descriptive exploratory qualitative method, in which researchers tried to dig deeper when doing research. Based on these results, can be explained that the pattern of interpersonal communication in autistic children communicate and interact with the environment is way wrong if there is not the first approach to the child if the child is not a good mood, and if there is no eye contact with the children. Communication patterns can occur in both directions if there is al- ready the first approach to the child if the child is a good mood, and if there is eye contact with children. Communication process is always spontaneous, because autistic children can not concentrate for long periods of time. The children with autism to communicate with verbal and non verbal language. Non-verbal language such as screams, eye hand movements, and gestures. Children with autism are more likely to use non-verbal language of children with autism because they are children who have the disorder and difficulty in communicating orally.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kekerasan aktual dan simbolis pada wanita.Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan kekerasan personal dan struktural pada perempuan dalam programtelevisi anak-anak seperti Ronaldowati, Jagoan Si Pitung, Ben7 dan Baim Anak Sholeh. Teoristrukturasi gender sebagai turunan dari pendekatan media politik ekonomi pada paradigma kritisdigunakan untuk menganalisis fenomena ini. Teori tersebut mencoba menjelaskan proses produksi danreproduksi hubungan gender dalam masyarakat melalui optimalisasi aturan dan sumber daya yangdiduduki oleh aktor laki-laki dan perempuan dalam interaksi sosial. Aktor dinegosiasikan dalam skemainterpretatif, yang melibatkan interaksi aturan dan berbagai fasilitas yang ada . Dalam negosiasi, aktorlaki-laki memiliki posisi sosial yang lebih unggul dari aktor perempuan. Pengaruh situasi tersebutmenciptakan sebuah relasi gender asimetris dalam masyarakat.Aktor laki-laki mengalahkan aktorperempuan dalam setiap lembaga-lembaga sosial. Media adalah salah satu lembaga dimana keunggulanaktor laki-laki dimuliakan.Aktor perempuan tidak bisa memberdayakan posisi mereka untuk mengatasistruktur laki-laki dalam industri media. Analisis wacana kritis telah diterapkan untuk membingkai studiini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kekerasan struktural pada perempuan terkait stereotip gender.Tulisan ini direkomendasikan untuk menghasilkan program yang menggambarkan peran gendersecara berimbang.

Abstract

There are still provisions that potentially inhibit the right of people to obtain information in UU KIP. First, the article mention about the applicant’s information must be citizens or Indonesian legal entity. This will lead to discrimination, including information on where foreigners can no foreign journalists access to information from public agencies in Indonesia. In addition to conflict with international standards on the rights of public information, this provision makes us shut out of global information flow. Second, the applicant must include information on the reasons. We worry about this provision is used as an excuse not to give public officials the information requested by the community if the reason it was considered not appropriate officials / public body. Third, the existence of sanctions for deliberate use of information against the law. “Conditions that are not directly punish the users of information. But it may cause fear of public access to information. This is counterproductive to the goal itself of UU KIP. The presence of UU KIP is the beginning of a long struggle to realize the rights of society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was found a model of communication between companies, Bank Indonesia (BI) and Small Medium Entreprises (SME) in Bantul, and communities. This research used subjective approach by qualitative data. The data collection was conducted using interview. Subjects of this research included occured SME who suffered the earthquake in Manding, Bantul Regency. Another subject was Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team from BI Yogyakarta. The data analysis was conducted qualitatively. This research found synergic communication model among Bank Indonesia, government, and society Through CSR Program. CSR Program of BI had fulfilled the systematic of CSR program that suggested by Ambadar, i.e. by planning the implementation and evaluation. The communication held between the company, government, and constructed partner, i.e. SME in Manding industrial centre had been intensive, through the official meeting, reviewing and informally via telephone. CSR program conducted included successful in outsourcing the SME post-earthquake in Manding, Bantul Regency. It seem by the existence of human resources of which had followed English course and computer, physical development by shape of parking lots, ATM, the meeting hall, gates as identity as letter handicraft centre of Manding, and the ballyhoo concerning on Manding, there are plenty of crowd shops visited by both domestic or foreign consumers.

Abstract

Balong settlement at Surakarta is a portrait unique of settlement because there are Javanese and generation of China. They was could harmonies live and when racial unrest gen- eration of China at Surakarta, it settlement not touched by protester. Difference culture not problem but it applied color live them in settlement. Not reason for know each one to other. Intercultural communication in settlement live of society here as focus observation. Informant succeed dept interview as many as eight, four ethnic generation China and four Javanese. Intercultural communication composed dynamic communication between China and Java eth- nic. They used Javanese as language everyday, difference shake hands between man and women, difference flag or symbol when overtaken by death could understood between ethnic China and Javanese ethnic. China claim to be there’s cultural succeeded in uniting with java cultural. Social interaction China and Javanese looked in kinds of social activity like social gathering, fasting open together, village patrol, independent day celebration, and voluntary labor service, etc. Social activity is interaction social medium people in Balong settlement. When racial unrest of China at Surakarta fifth, Balong settlement safe in this town. There are tolerance very nice, care and familiar among people in village very nice, it communication generation China and Javanese effective.

Abstract

Institutional reputation is commercially significant since this closely deals with share- holder value, finance, independency and market share. Notwithstanding the fact that some in- stitutions do not consider reputation in more detail, others pay highly attention on it. This leads to the needs for measuring and evaluating publicity. Nonetheless, the way to define publicity effectiveness is not simply operated by some institutions. This paper introduces an alternative formula to define publicity effectiveness level mostly needed by some institutions, including business and academic institutions.

Abstract

Komunikasi antarbudaya berlangsung dengan serta latarbelakang budaya, kebiasaan, norma dan adat istiadat yang berbeda yang dapat membantu suatu sistem kehidupan bersama yang saling mengadakan penyesuaian. Pola penyesuaian inimelibatkan suatu konteksmanipulasi identitas etnik yang secara langsung mengefektifkan suatu proses komunikasi antarbudaya. Penelitian ini berfokus dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola manipulsai identitas etnik Jawa pada saat mereka meninggalkan daerah asal kemudian beradaptasi dan berinteraksi dengan budaya baru yakni budaya Bugis-Makassar di kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi adalah bahwa pola manipulasi identitas etnik Jawa dalam komunikasi antarbudaya cenderung mempertahankan identitas etnik meliputi logat atau dialek bahasa. Kebanggaan sebagai etnik Jawa, pandai berbahasa Bugis-Makassar dan memahami adat istiadat Bugis-Makassar sebagai upaya untuk beradaptasi. Manipulasi identitas etnik ini merupakan kombinasi dari dinamika hubungan antara konteks dan hasil konstruksi. Komunikasi antarbudaya dalam melakukan manipualsi identitas etnik Jawa tetap meneguhkan kejawaannya, pergaulan yang luas dengan identitasetnik lainnya.Berfungsi sebagai karakter dan peran dari seorang individu untuk memikirkan dirinya sebagai bagian dariposisi sosial tertentu untuk diterima.

Abstract

Komunikasi antarpribadi mantan narapidana perempuan dalam adaptasi diri dan pengembangan hubungan dengan nilai ‘ade siri’ pada masyarakat Bugis-Makassar diKota Makassar. Fokus penelitiannya adalah bagaimana komunikasi antarpribadi mantan narapidana perempuan dalam melakukan pengembangan hubungan antarpribadi dengan masyarakat Bugis-Makassar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan mengkategorisasikan pengembangan hubungan antarpribadi, menggambarkan pola tahapan pengembangan hubungan antarpribadi mantan narapidana perempuan dengan old significant others dan newsignificant others. Dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif atau paradigma interpretatif. Berdasarkan pada metode penelitian kualitatif, maka pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasinon partisipan atau pengamatan tidak berperan, wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), studi dokumenter yang relevan penelitian subkultur Bugis Makassar. Pengembangan hubungan antarpribadi yang dilakukan oleh mantan narapidana perempuan dalam mengembangkan hubungan antarpribadi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah, yakni terbuka, semiterbuka, dan tertutup. Penentuan bagian ditentukan oleh faktor internal (in self) dalam diri mantan narapidana perempuan termasuk kelekatan siri’ yang dimiliki dan faktor eksternal (outself) significant others.

Abstract

Human relation is an integral part of an organization or company since all of activities conducted is intented to create organizations or companys positive image before the public. For creating such positive image to the existing role of human relations in the management of infor- mational contens of regional government’s website as media of communications relation with society. Human relations has role as communication fasilitatos i.e legal practisioner behaving as communicator or mediator to create two why or reciprocal communication between the organization or company and its public though online media. The purpose of this reseach was to know the role of human relations of regional Government of Sragen Regency in management of informational content in Regional Government’s website as communications relations with society in Regional Government of Sragen Regency. This reseach used descriptive qualitative reseach method. Technique of data collection was conducted by interview, observation and literal study. The result of this research suggests that human relation of Regional Government of Sragen Regency has role in organisational management in management process of informational contents contained in Regional Government’s website. Human relations strives to fulfill social demand to gain information on all policies, program and activated conducted by government. However, active participations of society is still felt as lack. Communication relations relate between government and society through online media has not been conducted optimally. There is still few amount of society that knows Regional Government’s website. Society only takes the advantages of website merely for gaining information. Thus, human relation keeps maintaining the use of conservative media as medium for conveying information to the cociety.

Abstract

The growth of journalism, now days, has been following market demand. The global condition, such as capitalism and social politic situation have contributed significant impact to television programs. This research is entitled “The Pattern of Work Infotainment Journalist (Descriptive Study at PT. Bintang Advis Multy Media, Creative Indigo Production, and PT. Shandihika Widya Cin- ema) at Jakarta-Indonesia. It aims at revealling the thruth of assumsion among television audi- ence, as well as, to understand the work modelis accured in the infotainment program. Result of the research are : there is deviation of paradigm on the infotainment program, such as, a program which is inserted with amusement has become a program “gossip” / intriguye in fact, it said by the “ Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia” that program is part of journalism. The pattern of work at infotainment of work is linier think.
