Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and usability on "Moka Point of Sale" user satisfaction. Data was collected in June 2018. The population in this study were all cashiers, managers, and owners who use the Moka POS information system in the field of coffee shop business in Yogyakarta. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with structural equality model (SEM) analysis technKIues. The result of this study are system quality has a positive influence on user satisfaction, which the effect of system quality on user satisfaction will be greater if mediated by usefulness. Information quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, which the effect of information quality on user satisfaction will be greater if mediated by usefulness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business experience, business knowledge, adaptability of the business environment to business performance, with the quality of the business strategy as a moderate variable. Hypothesis testing is carried out to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and test whether there is a mediating effect through the business strategy excellence variable. The population in this study were all the managers of the SMEs in the Pottery Industry in Kasongan. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research data was collected through a questionnaire with a survey method and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with an analysis tool using SmartPls Ver. 3.2.8. The results of this research can be concluded that there are three variables that have a positive and direct effect on business performance, namely business experience, business environment adaptability, and strategy quality while business knowledge only has a positive effect, but not significantly on business performance. hypothesis test results from the mediation relationship, business strategy quality mediates the variables business experience, business knowledge, and adaptability of the business environment to business performance.

Abstract

In realizing the implementation of village governance that is honest, fair, transparent, and following the wishes of the community, it is necessary that village officials who have competence in village governance. Training to increase the capacity of village officials in the field of village governance is very important to establish quality village officials. Researchers try to find out whether there are differences in the level of performance of village officials before and after attending training at the Yogyakarta Village Government Office. Based on research through different tests with paired sample t-test, there are significant differences in performance improvement, before and after training. It can be concluded that the village apparatus who have attended training at the Yogyakarta Village Government Office has improved performance.

Abstract

Di dalam Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji lebih lanjut “Analisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di sektor layanan publik”pada kantor kecamatan waru sidoarjo. Yang melatar belakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah penulis melihat adanya fenomena layanan di kantor kecamatan waru yang kualitas nya sangat menjanjikan maka dari itu para pegawai di kecamatan tersebut mempunyai peran yang cukup signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sample sebanyak 100 responden, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Teknik probality sampling. Dalam pengambilan data penulis menggunakan kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala ukur likert.Pada hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat begitupun dengan variabel kinerja pegawai yang juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

Sikap telah diketahui sebagai prediktor dari perilaku. Namun, pada penelitian pemasaran pariwisata, meskipun penelitian mengenai sikap dan perilaku berkelanjutan telah cukup mapan, masih diperlukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan penggunaan variable sikap yang spesifik sebagai prediktor yang lebih efektif dalam studi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap lingkungan yang negatif terhadap perilaku wisata berkelanjutan. Studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui survei kepada 106 wisatawan, dan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 dalam proses analisis data. Selain mengonfirmasi teori, temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa sikap lingkungan yang negatif merupakan penghambat bagi perilaku wisata berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi bagi para praktisi di sektor pariwisata mengenai strategi intervensi yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk mengelola destinasi dengan prinsip keberlanjutan.
